Party city was the best! I loved coming here for Halloween and never knowing what to be. It was a great place to get cheap candy, costumes, and more. We came here on Friday 8/28, and most of the things were over 50% off. We ended up spending 54 cents (with tax). Thank you party city!

Ive been coming here the last, almost 5 years, since we moved into the area. Its about what you would expect from a party city. However, unfortunately, they just told me today that they are closing the store. No closeout sale or anything, just boxing it all up. So if you need anything from them, get it now before its all gone!

They have everything you need for a childs birthday. Dont expect to get balloons with helium. Every time I have gone there I always hear them tell people they are out. They have candy and come December 1st they start putting out the Christmas stuff. It seems Christmas is becoming the new Halloween. The first thing they had out was the sexy elf and sexy santa costumes.

Manager was extremely helpful. He called and reserved an item for me at another store, even though they were extremely busy. I will be coming here again.

Walked in, saw a guy hanging up balloons, wasnt greeted or acknowledge. But theres a pic of him identifying him as the store manager.Ordered balloons and he acted like I wasnt even there. Terrible service. And they ran out of the ballons I wanted. I had to pay more for something semi- comparable.

This store is one of the best. Always clean and well stocked. The staff are the best and take their time to really help you find what you need and if they dont have it they help you improvise and or locate it elsewhere. If the helium runs out its not the stores fault there is a national helium shortage (do your research ppl). Have a great time shopping 😘

The store in Rancho San Diego is a great store, fully stocked. Customer service can be a little better. I always look for the one or 2 customer service employees that I know have great customer service skills

Halloween costume shopping was a bust here. It would help if they would label the costume wall with the ones that were out of stock. Waited in line for 30 minutes to find out the costume our kid wanted was not available.

If it werent for the fact that they have been out of helium each time we have been over the last two weeks, I would have no issue giving them 5 stars. If you are a party supply store and cant even fill balloons, there is a big problem. Especially when there is a grocery store a few doors down that has never not had helium when we needed it.

Store is closing. Shopping Center did not offer a renewal on their lease.

They have just about everything you could need for a party. Not only the cups, plates, Etc., but all the decorations as well. Seems to be fairly priced.

Always room to park, great selection of craft, party and costume items. I love going in for the big holidays like Halloween and Christmas since the decorations are always fun. Huge selection of latex and Mylar balloons and you can even buy/rent the helium tanks. One of my all-year-round favs about this place is there candy selection. In the loose bin area I can always find hard-to-find candies like Zots and Razzle gum

Such rude service and all we wanted was balloons for a party. Asked for 22 red gallons and was told can only habe ten per group. Sent my wife in about 45 min later and tried to decline her the balloons after she paid.

To be fair they were going out of business but they were rude and when I tried checking out the girl couldnt work the register and no one would come help her. I had to leave the items without purchasing them.

I will NEVER set foot in that store again. I did not buy anything yet Google is like a communist spy that knew I went into the store. Google and Party City are evil.
