Im still on the phone waiting for the pharmacy. its been a good 15+ min. personal-wise, staff is not awful to me, but professionally they seem indifferent to medical urgency. perhaps theyre understaffed and stressed. but the service is strained.

Sam and the Caucasian woman (I didnt catch her name tag) at the pick up desk in the pharmacy, gave the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a CVS, EVER. Communication was at its lowest standard and they could CARE LESS about the quality of their service. The cvs nearby even apologized for them. What a horrible experience.

Service was excellent and I was helped by a nice young man named deonte that works at the El cajon CVS across from parkway plaza hes very informative and polite and help me navigate my prescription with a manufactured coupon which save me money without his help I would be unable to get my prescription thank you

Store was clean and well run.Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.Manager (Debbie) was a ROCKSTAR, she made herself available to assist me and was very helpful and kind.

They are horrendous. Delayed getting my sons ADHD meds for nearly 2 weeks. The lady told me to take him to the ER or not to send him to school if we ran out! Can you believe that madness? I will be making a complaint to corporate and further.

COVID TESTING UNTRUE I WENT THOUGH THEIR ENTIRE PROCESS TO GET MY PARENTS REG AND EVER AVAILABLE SLOT THAT SHOWED AVAILABLE ENDED UP SAYING SORRY THIS SPOT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE> YOU MAKE US ENTER OUR DATA 200 times then say its no longer available? NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN FK U

When you have to use the restroom really bad, you will get to this bathroom and realize that it is locked. You need to run all the way back to the front to get a key to get in. One cool thing though! I am pretty sure this was the restroom the first SAW was filmed in. As I was finishing up, I knew this was the same restroom from SAW, because that one didnt have toilet paper in it either!

Terrible pharmacy, very inefficient and slow even in the drive thru. Well never return.

Staff are friendly thats why the 3 stars. There is always a long wait though because their is not enough staff. There should be someone at the counter and another floater for the drive through. Other CVSs do this I am not sure why they dont hire more staff.

Rude customer service in their drive thru pharmacy. Didnt even come to the window to help. Just yelled thru the speaker I cant help you if you dont have your prescription#Wouldnt even come to the window to physically speak to me me nor go above and beyond and make a call to my provider to help since I hadnt recd my ID cards yet. Immediately changing locations.

The pharmacy put me on hold for almost 15 minutes. 15 minutes on hold that is ridiculous call another Pharmacy dont use this Pharmacy.15 minutes on hold is very very very unacceptable

Anh Nguyen and Francisca went out of there way to get a prescription I needed changed to one my insurance covered, then had it transferred to their store and filled it right away. They really we t above and beyond as they had to wait on hold for quite a bit. They were beyond great and very friendly.

Associates are always really nice.

Awful service and customer communication from Wendy and Grant. ..stood at the photo pickup window for 10 minutes while Grant we serving the line. Saw me never said anything about getting in line .Called for help from Wendy she then told me to get in the existing line to get my photos while she took care of the people in line. While I had already been there .....

The drive threw,,,terrible!!!!! The island u have to drive up to scratched my whole bottom side of new car!!! Take islade drive threw out!!! I was leaving and the car behind me did the same thing!!!!!
