Lots of cool stuff. The people that work there were very helpful when I had an item to return that I purchased online and received damaged. No fuss, just smiles and a swift resolution and exchange for a new item. Theyll get my business in the future.

I love Box Lunch so much I have notting against the brand my reason of giving this place a bad review is I recently purchased a jacket I didnt get to use it unfortunately so I had my receipt [originally purchased this on LA] so I went here to support my local store and wanted to return it to get a new item from this location. I gave my receipt to the cashier and she gave me a stare and started to spot check the jacket to which I found it was weird and akward and told me that she couldnt refound me because the item was a bit damage and she assure me she was going to give me store credit.... then after inspecting more of my jacket she started to point out stains and told me she couldnt sell the jacket and couldnt refund me anything. I walked away without saying anything. Gave my receipt a look and no where in the receipt says that you cant return an item that is damage or spotted?. I am upset because this is the only location that is in San Diego. Overall I love this brand but I will have a sour experience at this particular location.

Cool store with super friendly employees. It was super busy inside and there was a huge line but thats the holidays for ya. The guy with long hair and glasses was super funny and personable (cant remember his name but his service was impeccable). He helped take down a bunch of shirts to see which sizes they had and went the extra mile to look in the back when we couldnt find the correct size for my son. They even gave me a couple coupons after purchasing. Will definitely come back!

This place is STOCKED full of memorabilia and nostalgia for fans of all types. Their shelves are full of Disney, Pixar, Anime, and Television shirts, toys, bags, and figurines.... they have a rewards program that helps you keep coming back every time!

Went looking for a stitch wallet and found the perfect one! So in love with it and its stitched flowers

This was my first time going inside a boxlunch store (usually shop online) and i was greeted by this really nice guy with long hair / glasses. he was really patient with me and told me all the deals + what the store was about. he helped me find a disney backpack that wasnt inside the store, and we thought it may have sold out at first, but he was able to find the last one in the back and i was very happy. i bought a mug as well and he wrapped it for me as well, it was greatly appreciated! this store is really cool and i cant wait to come back when im in sd :)

The store might be a bit smaller than I expected, but its packed with awesomeness. I went for the first time since it opened in Parkway and had a bag in mind, that Ive seen online. The store didnt have it in stocked but the employee was kind enough to order online and it would ship to store for free. Came in a week, and couldnt be happier. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to returning soon because I love their merchandise and customer service.

Ever since I began to collect Funko Pop! figures back in 2017, I had longed for San Diego to have a local Boxlunch. Especially since the store have released some nice exclusives throughout the years. Anyways, I thought it was impossible to have my father take me to Temecula so I just sucked it up and ignore Boxlunch.Thankfully, Parkway Plaza introduced San Diegos first Boxlunch store and I must say that I am grateful about it. I like the workers over there. They are very lovely and are always willing to help their customers. At this point Ive gone twice to this store and. I am planning to return whenever theres a new Pop! release or whatever, you know? Although the store is located quite far from where I live, I think that this might be the beginning.Hopefully in the near future, we get many more Boxlunch stores opening in San Diego, just like how we have several Hot Topics around town.
