I go to many many Starbucks all over San Diego County You guys had the worst customer service Ive ever experienced I spend thousands of dollars in Starbucks a month for one of my businesses. Employees arent trained very well and dont know how much the products cost. I was overcharged and given the wrong merchandise and they had less quantity than they had told me they had when I had called And then when I brought it up to their attention that they overcharged me one person told me I was wrong that the cups dont include the straw. So then I had them check with somebody else that person comes and says that they charged me for the straws because they didnt have the correct straws to go with the cups So they gave me the wrong straws because theyre short on their inventory, I am being charged more without them telling me anything and I dont even want the different color starws to begin with, its actually an inconvenience for me to execrpt those starws and they gave me a cup without a straw because they didnt have any more. Your manager needs to do a better job of training on product knowledge and work with you guys to improve customer service.

The staff here are amazing and so sweet. They truly make u feel welcomed n are very helpful. This is my favorite store

I love using my coupons, so the cashier should be more happy to ask for coupons, and extra care bucks....also when they suggest self checkout and my coupons dont work so they have to bring me back in the reg line it upsets the other coustomers.

LITERALLY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! As a teenager, I often observe people who work at starbucks and how they behave. Two workers here had amazing positive energy and it made my day a lot better.

Great customer service but often slow. Have had orders be wrong as well. But again the crew overall is awesome!

Spacious coffee shop with multiple indoor and outdoor patio seating, usually crowded in here located inside a large shopping plaza with restaurants and pharmacy stores.

This is my favorite Starbucks to come to for longer times when I need to study. They have a nice cafe with decent seating including some comfy chairs. John that works here is one of my favorites, he’s super charismatic and makes it feel welcoming. Griffin was nice too and had a good attitude while also fast at making drinks. Also Nicole, working on register was very nice. Always enjoy it when I come here to work on homework. :)

One of the best dates that Ive had in a long time. The store was spotless and clean. My companion ordered the ultimate drink entourage, and we had the best day Ive had since 2010. Not enough can be said about this location and how splendid the employees all act, behave, and serve. Serious kudos to anyone who respects this establishment with patronage and the correct amount of United States currency.

Ive come to love Starbucks recently. They are not all equal, but I have always found them to he a wonderful place to meet with people. Something amazing happened this time though and I recognized someone and we ended up having one of the most valuable conversations Ive ever had.

This is my Starbucks. Convenient. Next to my gome and where I can stop to get my fixins. I have had nothing but trouble with this location and pre-dating covid. The manager Tim is always arrogant, giving horrible customer service and is clearly inept. I watch as his team does circles around him amd he struggles to fet through tasks. I think he needs to be managed better or replaced so this location can work better. On top of that, Tim cannot take an order to save his life. My order was completely wrong and wasted company materials because again, he is inept. Also just overheard Tim verbally yelling/screaming at 2 female employees in turn creating a hostile environment for both customers and employees. This dude is TOXIC.

Love that Peppermint FrappuccinoThis is a nice Starbucks but the seating is so clustered with people and computers that theres no where to sit and truly enjoy a conversation. There must be away to organize seating so customers cran enjoy a coffee without sitting outside all the time. Today there were more than 6 tables for 2 utilized by 1 person and a computer. Its a bit disappointing. But the staff was nice and the drink good. My friend had a white chocolate mocha hot and it was good.

Not sure whats happened recently, but wait times are so much longer because they have to remake drinks all too often.

I love going there. I expressed a need for very little sugar, but what the girl recommends was very high in sugar.

They are the best of the bunch. I would know. Ive pretty much been to them all. Fast service, clean, know what they are doing. Definitely a family feeling.

The kolaches are delicious and full of meat! Not the typical too much bread and not enough meat...almost could be considered a hot pocket. The pastrami w/ bacon, cheese and jalapeño was amazing! To top it off they have huge, homemade cinnamon rolls right out of the oven! Caution: Do Not Attempt to Eat Alone!

I go to this starbucks on a daily, I would say I am a regular customer for about 4 years but after today I will not be returning to this starbucks anymore because a store manager named Tim was very rude to us after my brother in law asked him if he could pay using his employee discount. He gave us a lot of attitude and insisted he couldnt use his code because he couldnt give out his discount like that and accused him of abusing his employee benefits when in reality he was simply treating the family to starbucks. My brother in law works at starbucks and earned the right to use his discount no matter how many drinks he may be buyig as long as he is the one payig for it. Despite this the store manager took our order very rudley and even asked my brother in law for the store location in which he worked. Overall killed the mood of our afternoon and was definitly not worth the trouble.

I had told the cashier to sweeten a regular iced coffee but they didnt sweeten it, I had to go back to get some sweetener and it still wasnt as sweet as how I wanted it.

Who doesnt like a good cup of coffee or a frappuccino come on I personally like the cinnamon dolce Frappuccino my daughter is into the nutmeg my. So she likes the eggnog and the peppermint my daughter also likes the pumpkin when it comes around its just a nice Splurge when you go and get it it makes the day brighter somehow

Very slow service, even if you order ahead with the app. My wife and I try to avoid this location if we can, though they do have nitro cold brew on tap. A number of times we have had to wait 10+ minutes to get our drinks when there is little to no crowd.Management Tips: know how to hook-up the nitro cold brew system, update the app so we can order nitro ahead of time, making one drink at a time is not efficient.

Baristas were super nice and incredibly kind. Made my day. Also the drink being ready before I even knew it was great!
