Came into Verizon to upgrade a phone. Omar helped us and was beyond amazing. He explained everything and even showed us the price breakdown to ensure we were getting a better deal. Upgrading was a easy and fast experience!!

Omar was incredibly courteous and helpful. I watched him simultaneously multi task with three different people at the same time. All of which walked out as satisfied customers. He thanked me for waiting restarted my contract from 3 years ago and sent me on my way with an oil change coupon. We need more Omar’s!

Omar was very patient with us for the over 60 couple. He updated our phones and answered all our questions. We were there for almost 2 hours to back up our phones to the cloud and he was able to assist other customers in between. Thank you Omar!

Omar is the best! He helped activate our phones after another Verizon store said they had but actually didnt. He went above and beyond to make sure we could get our phones activated without having to drive over an hour back to the other store. I highly recommend coming to this store and asking for Omar to help you!

Its an authorized retailerWe just started discussing a phone ... wasnt quite what I had in mind, so options? . ..This is when the ole man (owner?) comes out of the office all hot under the collar I dont know why you want this or that, others dont have it, new phones (models) have bugs (did he really just say that ???) I came by this store because my entire screen was damaged (I Phone 7+) ! Im very glad I chose to stop by because I had such an amazing experience. The manager Matthew was so generous and helpful! Matthew is very helpful with wireless devices and he gave me some amazing deals on phones, accessories, etc. He informed me of the process (for my phone) step by step. He gave me such an amazing discount on my damaged screen! I was so grateful, all the employees were wonderful and it was an amazing atmosphere. I totally recommend stoping by! By far, out of all the Verizon stores I have been to, I would totally recommend this store on Jamacha Rd.

I went to this store the other day to ask some questions I had about my current Iphone 6 and to inquire about other Iphones (7 and above) and Matthew was very helpful. The customer service was excellent! Matthew is an expert on wireless devices and he was able to tell me things I never knew about my phone as well as the great features that were on the newer Iphones. My phone had a crack on it as well and Matthew did an excellent job in repairing my Iphone 6 screen at a great deal. He went through the whole process step by step to to ensure I was satisfied with the service. The outcome was great and I recommend this VZW store on Jamacha Rd. for all your wireless needs (questions, screen repairs, accessories and for great deals!)
