Had to order a phone cover and a screen saver and Jason was great. Still waiting on one of the items but Jason called just to update me on the status. Good business practice.

Jason is the MAN! Dont be put off by the small kiosk location, Jason is well stocked and knows exactly what hes doing. Fixed my S8 in two hours, new screen and a serious discount on a new Otterbox. Performed a thorough pre-repair function test. Very very impressed. Jason was super helpful, pleasant to talk to. GO HERE!

My phone’s home button stopped working after I dropped it into water, but Jason from the store fixed it without replacing any parts which saved me a lot of money. I am so grateful for his honesty and great service. I will return to the shop if I had any issues with my phones. Strongly recommended. My power button was stuck, the tech looked at it and was honest enough in telling me that all it needed was to be cleaned out. And here I am thinking Im going to spend money on a power button. I honestly love this place, I also come here when I break my phone. Apple tried to charge me $160 just to fix my iPhone 6s+ when I come here it’s $85 at most. Great customer service and very quick.

Very informative and honest. Went to get my screen repaired. They really explained the difference between the Apple screens and the aftermarket ones. Most trying to fix your screen for lower prices aren’t going to tell you it’s incomparable. I appreciated the information.

Fast friendly and best of all honest

Had to get a new screen for my iPhone 5c. Previously been here before when I had to reset the screen. The service is awesome. Mario did a great job. Probably could have been prevented the first time if I had bought a screen protector.

Went in to get a battery replacement on my phone. They broke my screen and damaged my phone to the point that it has trouble charging. Ive wasted $200 on these guys. Id recommend UBreakIFix over these idiots.

I have been going to the Phone Zone Express (near Tabu Sushi and Starbucks) since they opened. Always been satisfied with their work and immediate service), but today JASON knocked it out of the park. His customer service was amazing. He explained the problem, offered solution and shared the deals of the day. I felt he had my back covered. I also learned that their phone repair is not from some DIY hack or Youtube. These guys are manufacture trained. So, got device problems? need a screen cover? case? These guys got you covered and have lunch at Tabu or Starbucks while you wait.

SCAM I got my iPhone 6s fixed here and it was the worst exprience ever. I cannot stress to you enough on how I do not recommend this place I was charged $175 for a fixed crack and a screen protector. The iPhone 6s is supposed to have 3D Touch, I no longer had 3D Touch after my repair I know that the glass for my phone was expensive so I was ok with paying so much money but I did not get what I paid for. They claim to have a life time warranty if the screen is not cracked but let me tell you that is not hassle free. The man that helped me argued w me every time that there was nothing wrong w my phone. Because I had later cracked my phone for some reason a minor crack caused my phone to glitch tremendously, my phone was sending snap chats and emails, repeatedly would send my location to my recent contacts and I could not access anything on my phone.Their screens are not from Apple and I refused to pay more money to get my phone fixed with them and low and behold Apple wouldnt fix it either bc it was not the correct screen. Believe me when I tell you this is not the place to go to. The trip to fashion valley Apple Store is worth it.

Broke my phone will repairing it. Replace broken screen with a lower quality screen which subsequently did not work. Had take it back in for repairs again. Was without phone for weeks.
