Very easy buying process. I viewed the inventory online. The vehicle I wanted was 2 hours away. They brought it to the location near me for free. I test drove it, traded in my old vehicle and made the purchase within a few hours. My new Enterprise vehicle is in pristine condition and has a lot more upgrades than I would pay for if purchased brand new. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Being able to trust that not only are we buying a great car, for an unbeatable price, but there is a guarantee that you avoid shenanigans, hijinks, scams and lemons. With the vehicle, you get a full history and service history, and seven days in which to change your mind. This is all just to describe the business, however my review is more personal. My salesman was Morris, and there isn’t a good word I know that doesn’t describe him. This man stayed in the office until 845 pm helping me get my car, he drove to Ramona to collect it, and when I forgot to follow up with the process, he chased me down, and patiently discussed the pros and cons of dozens of different vehicle before we found the perfect fit. I would take a rusty screwdriver to the spleen for this man. Excellent service, 11/10 would buy again, will recommend shamelessly to coworkers, friends, parole officers, loan sharks and homeless people who live near me.

I had a great experience at the location in El Cajon! A friend had recommended me to come here after she recently bought a car there and I’m honestly so pleased that I took her advice! Overall happy with how things turned out, but started off rocky. I had initially scheduled an appointment to test drive a car on a Friday, then had to reschedule for Monday. I called to let them know and was told i was rescheduled for Monday. I show up Monday and the car isnt there. It seems like the person who rescheduled my appointment, never let my enterprise rep (Ruben) know, so they never retrieved the car. (Lesson learned: even if you can an email confirmation, confirming your test drive appointment, STILL call the day before to confirm with your enterprise rep).Ruben was very accommodating and woke up at 6am the next day to go retrieve the car, so i came back on Tuesday. They apologized for the mishap and threw in a few perks for inconvenience! (Full tank of gas with the new car, bought my old car for a little more than originally agreed on, ordered a nav system chip, etc.)The process of actually transferring the title(s) (my old car and my new car) was seamless and fast. (I had purchased a car from CarMax years ago and i remember that process taking an extremely LONG time to complete and was exhausting). It was nice to have this transaction with Enterprise go a LOT smoother - no fuss, no haggling, no let me check with my manager back and forth, very straightforward and clear.Highly recommend!

This was an excellent car-buying experience! Katie was incredibly helpful, listened to my preferences, and offered feedback based on my concerns. The vehicle was a good price, and its nice not to have to haggle.Only reason I didnt get 5 stars is that I did have to ask Omar, the finance manager to properly adjust my trade in to GOOD condition instead of the FAIR he used to quote me, as well as ask for a better interest rate more comparable to what I could get on my own. He quickly met my requests, it just wouldve been nice if it was offered that way to begin with.Overall, a good experience and Id consider them again if I was in the market.

Because of this, the actual signing of papers wasnt quite as long as at a regular dealership, but it still took some time. Was able to put down payment on credit card !!!Great sales people and staff. Might be able to go on line and have vehicle brought to your location... ask about that.Traded in a 20 year old truck and was given a trade in amount sight unseen. May not always work that way but it worked for me. Drove my old one in and picked up our new one all after the papers were signed !!!I would definitely shop there again.

Not your average used car buying experience. MUCH better. There is NO PRESSURE to buy a vehicle from Enterprise. You find the vehicle youd like to look at online, you already know the price (its there in black and white), and you go look at it and test drive it. There is NO switching from Salesman to Sales Manager, there is NO negotiating. You are offered an extended warranty, but there is NO pressure to purchase; you take it, or leave it. We only dealt with two people, from start to finish...the Salesman and the Manager, who did all of the paperwork and financing. Its unlike anything youll experience at a dealer...a PLEASANT experience!

Outstanding service, no hard sell, just a desire to fit you into a car that suits your needs. Plenty of inventory. I have bought 5 cars from them now with no complaints or issues with any of the cars.

Love the fact that their salesman are more like consultants than the typical used car salesman. They are paid salary and not commission so there is no pressure to buy and no need to up sell their cars. If you like a car, just buy it, took me about 10 minutes to decide on a car. Unfortunately the paperwork still takes about an hour or more. If this process could be reduced to 20 minutes or less, the rating would have been six stars.
