The best in the business. The collection is stunning. The prices are so fair. Amy is the best. And i love that i get to have an appointment all to my self. I feel more confident and comfortable. I got to try on my dream dress. So happy and thank u for letting me feel so beautiful.

Although I’ve purchased couple of gowns from the dressing room, my experience was definitely not it this time. Amy placed an order for my bridesmaids dresses and when I got the dresses, they were different shades That did not match at all and anyone could spot the difference, I let Amy know but she was not helpful and said sorry we are unable to do anything about it since it’s already on sale, she also told me that it happens sometimes but after I paid and got the dresses if she would’ve mentioned it before I would’ve never purchased. Now I have to go look for another bridesmaid dresses else where because the ones I paid for look Off next to each other since the color is not the same. I wasn’t expecting a refund but I just wanted my bridesmaids dresses to match and be the color that I choose in store. What a waste of time. Not the best customer service definitely do not recommend if you are shopping for your bridesmaid. Do not waste your money.

I wish I could give this store 10 stars! I recently got married and had the absolute worst experience with a brand called Portia and Scarlett for my bridesmaid dresses. Long story short, I researched a bunch of stores in the USA who carried them and came across The Dressing Room. For months, Amy and I went back and forth and she helped me out as much as she could to resolve my issues with the company, even though I didnt order the dresses from her. Not only did she contact the company for me, but she went above and beyond to make sure they knew how truly unhappy I was and let them know that they need to make sure they fix this for me. She also checked in with me on a weekly basis to make sure that I was doing ok and to make sure that the company was making me new dresses and making this right for me. I honestly dont think I would have been able to get through this all if it wasnt for Amy. She even set aside a ton of different dresses and sizes for my bridesmaids as back up just in case Portia and Scarlett didnt pull through for me. I have never met a manager of a store who was so caring and compassionate for their customer. She truly wanted to make sure I was happy and went above and beyond in everything she did for us. My mom ordered her mother of the bride dress from them, and I also ordered a few other dresses from them as well. I will never order from that brand directly again. Only through this store and Amy!! Thank you so much again Amy for everything you have done for us and thank you to The Dressing Room for being such an amazing store with an amazing team!! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

The Dressing Room saves the day! I have a wedding in two weeks (no big deal, just my sister in law marrying my cousin) and I STILL DIDN’T HAVE A DRESS! Of course I’m always last minute and it’s not that I haven’t been searching, I just couldn’t find anything I fell in love with. Then I remembered this little gem of a dress shop, TDR. I was like whatever I’ll just see what they have and SURE ENOUGH, I found the one - exactly the style, color, material, EVERYTHING I wanted. I inquired online and they emailed me right away. I went in the same day and now I have a dress checked off my list. Huge thanks to Amy Toma for helping me out and putting in a rush order to Australia to make it just in time. That’s why I never stress, good things always come to those who wait :) Thanks Amy!

Very bad customer service the girl named crystal was sooooo rude and I’m very disappointed because I loved that place but after how I was treated i had to write a negative review about this place !

Ran into a situation but the staff went above and beyond to fix it and make sure I recieved the dress I wanted.
