BEST OF EVERYTHING! Jesse and his crew are honest, very friendly and shared knowledge with me on how to keep my truck reliable. This has never happened before. I love this place and so does my truck! These guys are perfect! The Chevrolet dealer misdiagnosed my Duramax so I towed it to The Diesel Doctor and Jesse got it right the first time and every time thereafter. If you dont want to waste money anywhere else like I did then please go to the diesel doctor and get it done right the first time. My truck has a hundred 110,000 Miles on it and has never run better. I searched far and wide for a company to help with my late fathers Classic 86 Ford F250 6.9L IDl 4x4 auto with a Banks Turbo no one would even try to help, that is until i found Jessie, the owner of Diesel Doctor, He immediately knew what i was describing and what was wrong with the truck and in no time he had the problem resolved.

Was experiencing hard starts on my 06 F350 6.0 and were getting worse and worse. Finally thought I better go to the dealership after my gas mechanic couldnt figure out my diesel trucks problem. Ford dealership said that my lower crank case seals are leaking and recommend replacing, saying low oil pressure can cause a harder start. After having my truck for a week, quoted me over $4000 to take care of the oil leak! Had I done this, it would not of solved the problem. Called up The Diesel Doctor on a Sunday and left a message. Got a call back first thing Monday morning. Jesse scheduled me for the following Monday to bring my truck in and scan it. I figured it must be a busy shop if I had to wait a week for an appointment? Showed up for my appointment to a very clean shop with some very, very polite mechanics as I waited a couple minutes for Jesse. They did the scan with his million dollar scanner and thought they had the problem nailed down - IPR. He ordered it up right away, installed it - but after a quick test drive up the hill, discovered that at a certain temperature the truck continued to have the hard start, once he turned it off after the test drive. He gladly decided hed not charge me for for that part/install and removed it as they misdiagnosed the problem. Did some more testing and discovered the problem and had it fixed and ready for me the next day! Now a week later my truck is still running great! Great job Jesse, you and your team of diesel mechanics set the standards, I just wished you guys had a location in the South Bay area! When you need a diesel pro, this is the place to go. Forget about the dealership!

Great place with friendly staff! I took a 2015 F250 into their shop for a pre purchase vehicle inspection. They were very thorough with the inspection. What i appreciated most is when the inspection was just about finished, the actual technician that was working on the vehicle came out and talked to me about the truck. He could have passed the info to the front desk and had that person go over it with me but he took a few minutes to talk me thru what he found and what he recommends without any high pressure tactics. That was very appreciated. I will be servicing my truck here!

Took Excursion in for needed repairs big expensive job with multiple repair issues. The owner takes customer service to another level by allowing me to borrow batteries, since my current batteries were still under warranty. Only trouble was after was told all repairs were done, vehicle broke down on the way home this caused repairs to take approximately 3 weeks. Deisel Doctor towed vehicle back to garage and repaired as needed. Owner took my vehicle for smog since I mentioned I needed and exceeded expectations! Overall excellent service, great experience and quick response when needed. Thank you Diesel Doctor, back on the road!

I needed some rather major work done on my Ford 6.0. Normally I do all of my own work on my vehicles but what I needed was more than I wanted to tackle. Too much expertise required. I had recently done a lot of research on what problems that were inherent to the Ford 6.0. there are several design shortcomings that can cause some major problems. I thought that at some point I would invest in the upgrades to make the engine reliable but at that time I had none of the issues that many people had. Well shortly after finding out about these issues, my truck did not start and I discovered I did have those problems. I was interested in Bullet Proof Diesels products but they only offer a couple of packages and it would be $14000 for the repairs. I did not want to spend that much but found Diesel Doctor was one of their approved installers. I contacted them and after talking to them, I felt they would be an excellent local shop to do the work. I think that was an excellent decision and have been very happy with their work. They are very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend them for work on your Diesel vehicle.I had the repairs done in February and am now on a long trip from SoCal to Oregon. Yesterday, while driving in Northern CA, my truck developed a disabling engine problem. I called Jesse at Diesel Doctors and with iPhone face time, he figured out what was the probable cause. Even though it was something other than the work they had done, he arranged for our truck and trailer to get towed to a local Ford dealer, convinced them to get the truck in and repaired on Friday afternoon (they are closed on the weekend), so we could continue on our trip. Luckily, it was a rather minor and easy to fix item, but we still could not drive it till the work was done. And to show how amazing Jesse is at Diesel Doctors, he paid the entire bill. Jesse and his team are a solid shop. I called and had them do a pre-sale inspection on a bus for me while I was out of town. These guys are more than accommodating, they treat you like family. Jesse and his guys went above and beyond to guide me through the purchasing and mechanical processes. From giving me a thorough diagnostic, their professional and personal opinions, to even Jesse calling me on his time off to advise me about registration and where I can get a good deal on tires. These guys are more than mechanics, they’re guys I’d go get a beer with and take to meet my parents.

Did diagnostic? R an R old starter $ 195.00. Diagnose problem $225.00. need to rebuild engine at lleast $12.000. Took it to an honest shop and it was a frozen AC air compressor. $853.00 complete...Back on thr road..engine is in Great shape

Not sure if things changed there as I had a good experience in the past... but I asked for a quote on new injectors for a 2003 Chevy 3500 Duramax LB7 and they came back later in the day with two options, a GM Injector option and a Bosch Injector option... Quote included the injectors only and didnt include Random Parts they may need, they said, but the GM injectors were 3910.40 plus installation and tax (5888.54 total) and the Bosch Remans were 2899.84 plus installation and tax (4799.66 total). I then looked online and found a solid injector company with a very good track record for remanufactured injectors for $1250 and it included all gaskets, seals, and everything else needed to do the job right. I asked if Diesel Doctor would install injectors that I brought and they told me that the last two they did, didnt fire properly and that they would increase labor because I brought the parts in (basically telling me they mark up the prices on their injectors like crazy to make the labor number look good. This really rubbed me the wrong way... nobody likes a dishonest mechanic so please be aware of what the job should cost and what the parts should cost as I feel they arent all that honest when it comes to sourcing parts.
