When we got there the young man didnt really seem interested in helping us, like most other jewelry places do. But the second time we went the young lady was so friendly and professional.

Just left here and got 2 of my 3 baby girls ears pierced. All 3 got new fresh earrings in their ears. Props To Mr Rich The Employee There On excellent Service.

Coming in here I wasn’t welcome at all. The big woman vivane or vivana however you spell it had the nastiest attitude. She was unfriendly, unprofessional, rude and wasn’t helpful at all. I never experienced any bad services until I came across her. I had my children with me and wanted to get their ears piece. I was helped by Edwin. I was able to pick out the perfect earrings for my daughter.

Would probably be my last time coming after my visit with the rude lady name start with a V. I waited 27 mins to be serviced. That lady is mean and just not polite at all. This location have nice things but not all the staffs are nice. A young man name Edwardin came back from his break and serviced me. This why this is getting 3 stars because of being treated unfairly by that lady but Edwardin help me and was nice.

I was out of town for work and was picking out an engagement ring. The service Nick and Melissa gave was way above expectations. The fun and the laughs made the whole experience well worth it. If you guys see this Thank You! Truly from the bottom of my heart. One hell of a team!!
