Handy location and never busy. You can get in and out very fast. This store is neat and clean and huge selection.

Went in the other day trying to find a rare bourbon and tequila that a few other stores didnt have. Brandy was very helpful in locating both of the bottles for me. She was very friendly and I will definitely be coming back.

Used to go here a lot won’t anymore. I was returning a keg and buying a new one and they asked for everyone’s license when that has never been asked the 3 years I’ve gone here, someone in my group had a valid motorcycle picture permit and a recently expired regular drivers license and they rejected us what doesn’t make sense is he wasn’t the one buying the merchandise and clearly wasn’t under 21. I will no longer be going to this establishment for wasting time on both sides and just being completely unreasonable and acting like children when explaining the situation.

They had the best price for glenmorangie quinta ruban out of the other liquor stores.

I love coming here to find new things to try. I always find the staff to be friendly and helpful.

Looking for a Brazilian rum called cachaca that the website said that they had but when I got there not only did I have to wait for a half hour to get helped, but the manager wasnt very friendly and said thats the only brand & bottle that he has as I was looking for a different brand. He was cold, uncaring, and he did not offer to check any other local stores to see if they had some other brands that I was looking for. So in the end the website was wrong & I purchased the over priced Cachaca since it was the only bottle that they had & after 45 minute I was tried & did want to drive else where. I should have called first to verify & saved myself the money & my time. Not a pleasant experience. :(

I ONLY buy wine at BevMo when I cant find it anywhere else. Prices at Costco and grocery stores (30-40% off) are way better. 5¢ sale items are mostly garbage. Personal are not very knowledgeable. Not sure how they stay in business.

This is a great bevmo! The employees here are super engaged and love talking about the various types of alcohols and distillers / Brewers / vineyards. The pricing here is okay, but this is just a great place to go explore when youre looking for something new

BevMo is always a great place to find a good variety. This one is smaller than some others but still always has a decent selection. So much better than the grocery store selections.

Good choice for easy shopping but the La Mesa store has more choices.

Good selection most of the time. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Store is off the beaten path in rancho san diego, so it tends to be a quiet store. Can always find parking. The only downside to the store location is that its a challenge to get out of the parking lot when theres a lot of traffic. Better have some horsepower to make a left turn back to Jamacha Rd.

I recommend the tasing area, where I recently found and love Unruly Pino Black. The second bottle was practically free. The staff are all very pleasant and professional. Right on!

Lots of options and some price saving but still quite pricey when purchasing higher end alcohol.

Very nice location, minimal outs on the shelves. My main reason for visiting was for the silly sodas like Peach Cobbler soda and such, which I was sad to see they didnt have any of. Still got some great service and the store was very clean!

Staff has gotten lazy during covid, everywhere else is open yet still cant enter the store and now theres a 3 item limit. Most businesses appreciate the business during this time. Not sure if this is the policy now or just the employee helping people outside. Wasnt like this when I came a few weeks ago

Customer service was good. I was greeted when I got there and a nice young lady helped me pick a wine for cooking. This was my second visit and last time I was there I asked for St. Pauli Girl in a 12 pack and was assured they usually carry it but were just out. This time they said they dont carry it but should... I guess its a smaller BevMo so I shouldnt expect everything. I do expect accurate information however. If you dont carry it and wont carry it dont tell me you do and/or will carry it.

Its a bevmo. So expect a funny saying when ever you history scotch button for the help to come out and open a case of the he good stuff for you. All the favorite spirits and 12 packs of beer in the fridge. Your 40 year old single aunt will love the wine selection. It goes with her ironic win shirt with cab stains on it.

Great selection but unless its on sale, the prices are just way too expensive. A bottle of Patron that was on sale was the smallest and most expensive bottle that I have seen from everywhere else. Feel like I wasted lots of money after seeing the same liquor cheaper & bigger bottles at other stores!
