I always have to go into a Bath & Body Works store when I see one. They do have lots of sales and that uis a good time to stock up. There prices are a bit high but it is a good product. From there soaps to there candles and there body mists. I love going in and buying my favorite scents as well as trying some new ones from time to time. Very hard not to find something that you will like in that store.

This is the best place ever Im like a kid in the candy store and the employees are always so helpful

There was 4 employees within 5ft of me, Im waiting line for like 10 minutes and the only cashier was taking forever. Why didnt the other 4 employees come to the register? I was staring at them and they literally never greeted me or anything. Get more employees to work the register and btw im never shopping here again just for having to wait 10 mins in a zero person line. Waste of my time.

Always great products, but now they guide you to what you need and youre not allowed to open anything to smell it. Whats the point? Its annoying to get the attendant to open a candle for your to sniff just so you can get an idea of what scent you want. They touch it, I touch it, whats the difference?

They have awesome stuff it does get pricey but thats to be expected being that its Bath & Body Works

I came in here just to kill time. They were helpful but not annoyingly so. There when I had a question. It wasnt salespeople overkill like it can be at Bath and body. I just came out with the mini trios for $12.50. Not a big spender since I really didnt need them but I had to try the new Gingham scent because it smelled really good when I initially walked in.

The customer service at this location was stellar. I must say though, it was so good that I ended up buying more than I intended to. Lol

Uncoordinated efforts to get me a bag to shop with from outside the store. Very hard to understand fast low talking greeter. A long wait trying to balance all my items before getting to register. Very unaware clerks.

The lady cashier was so patient and so helpful also is very knowledgeable about her job

I went to Bath & Body Works to get some hand wash soaps for my bathrooms. They were on sale for 4 for 20.00 or 6 for 26.00 I got the 4 . Got some really good scents. And I needed some room sprays too. I love their room sprays they last long and smell great. Good prices too.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. I went yesterday and the only friendly staff was a young girl and a guy that were working on the sales floor. The cashier was really rude and ignored me. She did not want to help me create a rewards program at all. This is the second time that the customer service with the cashiers was really horrible. I will not be coming to this bath and body works anymore.

My go to place for gifts - especially for ladies friendsas we all love anything & everything that smells good & makes your skin smooth! This trip was quite disappointing - as I was paying for everything I purchased, & like mentioned - these are presents, I was expecting the Blue Checkered gift bag, but instead, got an unsightly, ugly, yellow & red - gift bag, with big SALE printed on it. The cashier apologized as I asked for the blue bag, and she stated that they do not have those bags right now. I also wanted to purchase a small make up bag - one that is empty without any mini lotions or hand creams in it, which they carried in this store prior, - not available!! Quite a disappointment for this trip. It would do them well to bring back the Blue Bag as that is a very good promo for their products & image!

Went when they were having a sale... it was cool to revisit and see what was new and old.The sale was not a huge discount but the lines were so backed up. I waited 10min. In a line that didnt move... I had things to do so I left.Decided to pass by 15min later, the line was still backed up. Almost every time I come here this happens.

You can find just about anything for any hobby any craft art it doesnt matter its all here home furnishings wall hangings its its a Superstore of hobbies and crafts and art work for sewing for knitting crocheting all kinds of needlework their floral section is huge and so diverse the employees are polite and helpful knowledgeable its a great place to go for beginners and for the well experienced

Of course this place is awesome!! Always good deals and great scents but every once in awhile u get a worker who follows you around trying to up sell, which can be annoying sometimes.

This store is huge! They have all of the latest and greatest products. The store is clean and stocked regularly. They offer great deals on a regular basis. The customer service is always on par.
