Working with John on my order was great but unfortunately and not Johns fault, I paid in advance for a pressure regulator that was not in stock. It came in and I drove from Ramona to El Cajon to pick it up and another clerk had sold my special order part that I had already paid for!I was NOT happy, as you can imagine and the clerk suggested he reorder and I come back the next day or go to one of their other stores that may have one.I left, called John the next morning when he was in and he made it right by delivering the part to my door, next day. So, happy ending since I couldnt install the regulator until the weekend anyway but sounds like a process improvement is needed to prevent a future repeat with someone who is not as understanding.

When I needed a new street side water valve, Jones 3/4, Ferguson Plumbing Supply had the right replacement.

Excellent help behind the counter. Was able to locate a closet auger from a back room because of their computer and a sales person willing to help out.

Excellent service. The guys know what they are doing and have worked in the field. They work closely with their other locations when necessary.

My all time favorite Fergsuon Supply store. No matter who is working the front sales desk to the crew in the sales office in the back, a really nice set of crew members to assist you. Just to warn you, there is a line for service about 50-75% of the time, but if you really need the part and your local big box warehouse doesnt have it, there is a good chance that El Cajon Ferguson has it or they can get it. My favorite time of year to come here is in the winter time, the parts in the warehouse chill over night and carry on through the day, worst time to visit here is in the summer time or any time the weather and thermometer crest 100F, this place gives a new meaning to; Its hotter than Hades in here! Other than that I recommend you give them a go, they will wheel a new water heater right out to your-car or assist you loading a toilet right to your bumper. 5 Star Crew all the way.

The people at Ferguson are very knowledgeable and they have pretty much anything you need, or they can get it. Why waste your time at a Home Depot where the people dont know anything.
