We drove from North County to El Cajon and couldn’t be more glad that we did. After coming in set on buying a Telluride, we walked out with a 2020 CX9 and are completely in love! If you go, ask for a salesperson named Darrell! Hes friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy in the least. He got us in the car we wanted at the price we hoped for and had us laughing along the way. It’s hard to find a salesperson that makes you feel he truly cares, but Darrell did just that. Bashar and Bryce in financing were excellent to work with as well! While we were looking around, we also met the used car manager, Mike, who was great too. Truly in all of our car buying experiences, I’ve never walked away grateful to have worked with every single person we encountered at a dealership until we bought this car! This was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had in purchasing a car! The main problem was the exorbitant amount of time it took to complete the deal. My husband & I were there for 4 hours! We became very frustrated with all the red tape & being shifted from one person to another. We shall never purchase or recommend buying another car from this dealership!
