Great, I needed a large wheel rim to make a base for a grinder, I called A&B first told them what I was looking for, & they quoted $100.00! So I called Pioneer he said come on over & we will fix you up, they had a bunch to look at some with tires some not I found one that would work, I asked him the price he said what do I think, I said $20.00 he said ok. I was in&out in less than 15 minutes. He even carried it out for me. What a pleasure to do business with such nice people!John

Went there to look for a part per their Craigslist ad. Vehicle shown in the photo looked pretty complete. Not so much in person. Not very helpful and outright rude when I went to find someone to ask a question. Couldnt be bothered to get off their personal call, so after a few mins I interrupted to ask a question was told to get out, I wasnt allowed in that area. It was a back entrance with what appeared to be a long service counter, which he was behind. Fine, Ill get out and leave!

Got a part, didnt fix the problem I had. Owner happily gave me a full refund. Let me go back into the yard for different part and now everything works! Thanks!

I needed a starter and they had it! Then i got it for a ridiculously awesome price! Then they tell me if it dont work bring it back and theyll hook me up. Thats service! I didnt have to bring it back because it worked! I can say hands down the best!!

Just called and talked to a friendly man that found me the part I needed (even though they didn’t have it). He gave me several options with numbers to call. I will definitely call them first in the future!

Bought running boards, paid by CC in advance. Went to pick them up an hour before they closed and was turned away because of a hidden deadline I unknowingly missed. Picked up the part the next day, brought them home to find out Pioneer yanked the part out without taking off the bolts first and tore out holes in the brakets. Called and sent photos of the hidden damage with no response or refund. Not even going to waste my time driving back a third time because I know I will be treated rudely and wont get a refund. Amazed they are still in business.

Went over bought a part and was told there was a 30 day warranty ...took it home and it dident work and when i asked for a refund they told me that the man who deals with returns and refunds was out sick and i needed to wait for him to have a conversation about my refund. It has been several times ive been told this now. So if you go here dont even try to ask about a refund. They will treat you like your robbing them
