Not often do I give compliments, I recently visited the Blythe store and had a Terrific experience with the manager Amber! I’m not by any means mechanically inclined,Amber had great knowledge on my situation of a cracked fuel line (impressed), I followed her through the store and gathered the parts needed to do the job! Thank God for Amber, she is polite,incredible knowledge with a great personality!! At first I said to myself Oh NO a girl behind the counter, Wow I was wrong! I’ve owned several sports Bars for over 35+ years and you don’t find to many ladies of this caliber ! I can imagine most customers coming in are not the happiest but I’m sure when they leave they have a smile on their face ! There not many employees left out there that have the drive & personality - care about the customers situation! Again I very seldom give compliments, it is with great pleasure to let you know about Amber!

This is a terrific auto parts store. The guys actually care about their customers they have tons of parts and definitely know what they’re talking about. These are real people that work on cars I know the game. I was a few minutes after the closing time and they open the door and got the parts for me and save my nights project, thank you very much for caring about the community.

Bought a battery a while back. It lost its charge. Didnt have a receipt when I took it back. They kept the battery overnight and charged it for me no questions asked. Worked perfectly. Thank you Napa!

Dealer quoted 3K to replace brake boost pump on my tundra. I was able to purchase the same part for 600 exchange. I went back to the dealer and they agreed to install my purchased pump. I returned the core-pump back to County Motor Parts and was out the door for less than 900 including the dealer’s labor. They saved my truck!!

Every time I go here its because its close and Im in a hurry. And, every time I go, I tell myself NEVER AGAIN! OVERCHARGES! Just bought two parts at $45 each for a piece of equipment. After I installed them, I thought to look up the part number on their website. $27.95 each. ill tell myself once more-NEVER AGAIN!

Tried to overcharge... I even called the Napa down the street and the price was over 20% less for the exact part... Napa has higher prices as it is so lesson learned wont waste my time again. (Got in my truck took one look at the receipt, turned around returned the part and left! ha close call)

Terrible customer service, I bought this truck battery right after I noticed it wasnt the problem, tried to returned and the guy told me right away theres no returns accepted on batteries giving me no options at all, tried to return it to another store, they accepted and while the procces I find out they overpriced it about twelve percent including the core. Im very disappointed!!!.

Stopped in to get oil filter they didnt have it said they could order it and have it in two days. Guy was kind of rude so they lost a star went to the other Napa and got it same company different location. Big selection easy to get in and out of parking lot.

Ive been here 2 times and both times they mark up the parts way over retail. Jerks! Dont go here ever! Better off ordering what you need online so they cant rip you off by over charging you.

Wow! A nice big store that looks like it must have everything, just like in the good old days! When you had to replace spark plugs every year! Ok that part wasnt so good, but back then there were well-stocked parts places everywhere.

All I wanted was to buy a funnel and leave. The cute tattooed girl behind the counter was too bust chatting with the previous customer to allow me to pay for my purchase. After standing there for several minutes, I gad to butt in and ASK to pay fir my funnel. Unprofessional, wont be going back.
