Called about 2 of my shocks leaking and their limited lifetime warranty, lady on the phone told me to bring them in and a tech would see if they fell under the warranty. Took them in and when I told her they were 7 yrs old, she touched the shaft and said it was pitting and wear and tear, I didn’t feel any pitting and the other 2 are fine. Seems like there wasnt a tech available so she wanted to get rid of me....will not buy there product again.

The shocks I bought from Doetsch are as good as any out there I recommend these guys to all.
