Called requested a quote for an engine swap. Never heard from them. Called for the second time, was told I would get a quote in a couple of days. NEVER heard from them AGAIN. Not sure why, maybe a bad representative on over the phone. If so, they need to replace her. However, Lous Auto Repair Shop is the place to GO. Engine swap done, in a matter of 3 days!!!

Great service! I dropped couple of heads that needed to be rebuilt for my boat engine. They were ready 6 hours later. Dave jumped through hoops just so I can put my engine back together and enjoy fireworks from my boat. Mike waited for me after they already closed, and took his time to explain to my how to set my valves. Old school customer service! Highly recommended!

Arce recently helped me with a 383 stroker build. They prepped the block and balanced all the internals. They did a great job.

They really know what they are doing.

Dave Is A Great Guy, Had him rebuild some cylinder heads for my DOHC Cobra, had some light welding done on them too. All the work was well done and he did exactly what I asked him to do. Communication was good, he is very prompt about answering emails and he kept me updated about the stages the heads were in and how he was moving forward with them. He is not Cheap, nor is he overpriced, I felt that the services rendered were worth the costs . Be Wary, there can be delays in the peak racing season (Spring-Summer) as he has his own racecar and im sure plenty of locals use his services so plan accordingly. I plan to build a Small Block Ford in the future and will use ARCE to do all of the machining.
