I had my clutch upgraded to a stage 3 clutch at a shop in Chula Vista on my 17 Civic Si and that mechanic did more damage than actually doing the job. I had my downpipe and front pipe reinstalled incorrectly, my shifter kept locking me out of gears, metallic sound as I drive in low RPMs, and an oil leak from my turbo oil return hose! My knock control was staying very high since i received my vehicle from the clutch job. The mechanic couldnt fix what he damaged so I took it to Lamar at Proline.Lamar adjusted my front pipe and the sound was there but not as bad so he didnt charge me for the labor. I drove home then gave him a call an hour later and told him to do whatever it takes to fix it and that i noticed oil on the ground. His response was, Ill figure it out dont worry about it.I dropped my Si at Proline and an hour later, He calls me and notifies me that was turbo oil return line was damaged. He ordered it from Honda that same day to fix that issue the next day.He texted me civic is doneI told him that Id be leaving work late and he waited for me after closing hours just to pick up my car. I received my car running absolutely perfect with no metal rubbing sound, no oil leak, and perfect shifting. The price he charged me was technically the price for the part. Just as he told me before he did the work and nothing more.I should have took it to Proline first. I would of saved myself a headache. I definitely recommend going here first if you want the job done correctly and in a timely fashion.Now just need to wait for springs to be released for my car and Ill definitely be back at Proline.

Went in to get lowering springs installed on my car and I spoke to Lamar. He pointed out from the start that my bushings were cracked. After he removed the wheels, he called me and informed me that if he would open it up, the bushings would break, forcing me to get the all of the control arm replaced. He was very honest with me and I ended up getting all the parts replaced as well. He gave me an amazing prices and did an amazing job! overall a happy customer, 100% would recommend to all my friends and family. Will be going back for all my automotive needs :)

By far the best mechanics in town! I went to the dealership earlier this morning and they tried to charge me $270 for a repair on my car and would take about 2 hours. Luckily, a friend referred me to Proline Auto Care and they were happily ready to take me in!! The repair only took about 15 minutes and he only charged me $40. What a steal!! He said honesty is the best policy. You cant rip customers off. Needless to say, I will be coming back here for all future needs!!

These guys are awesome. I took my car in because it would shake every time I pressed the brake. Lamar inspected it and told me my rotors were bad and my shocks were leaking. After getting a quote from Toyota for $2600, I was going to expect something close. My entire care was fixed for under $1000 bucks! That included an Oil Change, Rotors, shocks and an alignment. My car will be going to them from now on.

I would like to introduce my case for you guys.My car was broken in an accident and my insurance company paid me 3000 USD to fix it.I paid the 3000 USD for this auto repair shop to fix the car but he did not.He asked me to give him the amount in advance so he can buy the spare parts and do the repair. I paid the 3000 USD but he did only some minor repairs but he did not fix the main problem in car. Still I have problem in stern and wheels.First contact with the auto repair shop was in December 2016 and till now he did not accomplish the repairing. He was receiving the car each time but returning it with same problem.He was deceiving me all the time. One time, instead of fixing one air sensors, he took out the all air sensors from wheels for No reason and kept them for himself.Furthermore, he took out air bulb from dash board to prevent me to see the indicator of problem he made. I contacted his father who is working with him in the shop and complained to him, he asked me to bring the car and he only returned the sensors and bulb but they are not working plus he left other problems.

They were professional, attentive, and courteous..........oh yes and quick!

Keep away from this auto shop they are cheaters be careful ....
