I was so relieved with this company! I was able to drop my off my truck with no hassle! I knew they were about to close but the guys there Robert and Luis helped me out! My insurance referred me to this body shop. I was extremely satisfied by their service fromthe beginning to the end. I got the estimate and was explained to me thoroughly. After my car was finished I picked up my car in a timely fashion. The quality of service was beyond what I expected. I came here feeling so stressed out. The front desk was amazing they calmed me down and relaxed my mind with knowledge and understanding. The office manager even made popcorn for me. Poor customer service, this shop obviously does not have skilled technicians. This shop has blatantly mishandled my car during a repair where I had trim falling off of my car the day after picking it up. The folks that manage the shop are incompetent and kept telling me my car would be ready and pushing the date back. After almost a month I got my car back, the repairs were poor and upon following up for further repairs I was avoided by the “managers.” I finally got my insurance involved after receiving such poor service. It’s a shame because I’ve used caliber collision before and the service as fantastic. This particular shop was a major headache.
They have an amazing office manager that cares about their work and makes sure that the customer is taken care of.. they were clean and I didnt need any rework. Hopefully, wont need to come back but if I get into a car accident again I will come here before another place...
Ive taken 2 different cars to East County Auto Collision over the past couple years. Theyve done an excellent job, and both times have returned my car to me in outstanding condition, in less than one week or right at about one week. Excellent repair facility with exception of time of completion. However that was understandable with making sure all the details of the repairs was taken care of and the safety operation of the vehicle. Very please with the staff and keeping me updated o the status.

I dropped my car their for repairing but I found the fuel is low while I dropped it in full tank and also all the settings are wrong!! Also they didnt repair all items supposed to repair it per insurance companys estimation.Please, be careful of these guys if you have to repair your cars with them!

Well pilgrims, Im going to leave my car this Friday NOV2 at the shop for a minor repair. I just left a message for the Geico person to call me back - ... we will see. I trust, these professionals do what they are trained to do and make the necessary repairs. The estimate person from Geico was professional enough to make feel they are on it. ...leave at that for now, Ill keep you posted.

The lady Marlene gave me a call very aggressively was very disrespectful and sounded very very very aggressive and her voice this is what she was telling me telling me to come and get your vehicle and she doesn’t even work for the company of my insurance she isn’t even a adjuster she works for caliber collision she was talking to me very rude over the phone I don’t think I want to go in there I got this weird feeling from her over the phone I would hate to see how she treats me when I walk in for my appointment
The level of incompetence at this place is just insane. they dont listen, they dont return your calls, they will outright lie to you....then stumble and stutter and backpedal when you corner them with the truth .by far the worst experience ive ever had with any repair facility(and i use that term VERY loosely) period.every single person i dealt with-with the exception of a nice, older hispanic gentleman who seemed to be in charge of the shop guys-was inept, had a crappy attitude, and couldnt be bothered to answer their extension or return a call in anything even remotely resembling a timely manner .DO NOT make the mistake of thinking that because the insurance company or AAA recommends them, that its a decent place to leave your car .Youve been warned. 👎👎👎
Do not go here...Horrible service. My front light cover got damaged in the accident and they did not even include it on the estimate.I had to show them how damaged it was and then they tell me they will try to buff it out but dont know if it will work..Then why not replace it..And they use all aftermarket parts and my car is a newer car..
I got my car back incredibly dirty. They left a greasy hand print on my trunk, I had waterspots allover my car, and the interior windows had overspray from something. I have never gotten a car back from a shop not cleaned. I dont understand how I got my car back dirtier than when I brought it on. Will not use again!
STAY AWAY!!!!! Heres the short story:- Took my car 3 times and it came back worse each time first time broken blind spot monitoring on right. Second time broken blind spot monitoring on left AND right. Third time still broken blind spot monitoring AND the bumper wasnt put on correctly.- Put 135!!!! MILES *NOT a typo* on my car and used half a tank of gas.- Left a MESS in my trunk, including their garbage and a bag I had in my car just dumped out everywhere.- Were EXTREMELY rude and blamed everyone else for their faults.I went there in May 2019 to get repairs to my vehicle after being side swiped on the freeway. I took my car there the FIRST TIME (out of THREE total times) and left feeling fine. They kept me up to date and repaired my car fine. Well, my car has blind spot detection where it was hit and after leaving I had a malfunction on the side they repaired so I called them and they said to take it in. So the SECOND time I went, they did some sort of recalibration or something and I was in and out. After leaving I had another new malfunction on the left side AND STILL the right side. So naturally I call them again and explain whats going on. They said okay, they will take it in and send it to somewhere in Mission Beach (or Valley) because they dont know whats going on. I drop my car off the THIRD time on a Monday. They told me my car would be done Wednesday, I didnt hear anything and called back Thursday. They dont update me, they say they called and left voicemails and never did. Marlene, the woman working on my car, was extremely rude and put the blame on EVERYONE EXCEPT HERSELF. I dont know because your car isnt here (its at one of your shops though right?) Sometimes our text messaging system doesnt work (You said you called and NOTHING). So long story short, I get my car back the following Wednesday with 135!!! Miles put on it, half a tank of gas gone, now both blind spots are still broken AND my bumper is not aligned where they took it off ANDDDD they through everything from my car in the trunk, including some of their garbage and just left it everywhere. So please, stay away from this terrible shop.

This is, without a doubt, the worst collision shop I have ever dealt with. Inconsistent communication, missed deadlines, and incomplete work are the specialties of this Caliber Collision. Previously I have had good experiences with Caliber Collision, leading me to bring my Subaru WRX here for a major collision repair. This turned out to be a huge mistake. The shop went over their deadlines multiple times and when they claimed the repair was complete, there was still a plethora of issues. When I received the completed car back all of the dash lights were illuminated, the alignment was completely off, multiple parts were missing, and the paint was bad at best. I was appalled that they deemed this to be complete after going six weeks over their estimated completion date. Along with this the car was cleaned poorly and miscellaneous parts were strewn about the car. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT bring your car to this Caliber Collision
They took longer than expected to repair my 91 Mustang, but getting parts was the big problem. After a hit and run they got her looking almost as good as when I bought her in 1991. Thank You!!!
Terrible, unprofessional, and untrustworthy.I was given a projected completion date of Oct 26 from Sept 13 on. I was updated multiple times a week as on course for Oct 26. Monday, Oct 8th, I get my weekly reminder that we are on track for 10/26/2018. 4 days later, 10/12, we leave town until the 20th. That afternoon, I get a text saying my car might possibly be done that day. I call the company and explain we are out of town until the following Saturday, 10/20. They start HARASSING me. Calling, texting, emailing, calling my husband, etc, threatening me with storage fees, etc. We came back EARLY, just to handle this mess, and HALF A TANK OF GAS IS MISSING FROM MY CAR. I took a photo of my dashboard before my car was towed (on a flat bed, so no mileage there) 3 miles to Caliber collision. We tell the guy helping us, he goes inside and verifies that yes, substantial gas is missing (apparently they take photos as well) and offers us a gas card. Says his manager will call us on Monday. Well, a week has passed and no manager ever contacted us. We called on Thursday and they took a message.So, where did the gas go? How were that many miles put on my car?Please, this is the epitome of unprofessional. Do not ever bring your car here.Edit- November 6th, and still no call about the missing gas and extra mileage. Weve left 3 messages so far.
The absolute worst mechanic I have ever been forced to deal with. If you have any choice at all, avoid this place at all costs. Our insurance company chose to send our vehicle here after an accident and in our naivete we decided to trust their judgment. They took more than a month and a half longer than projected, keeping our vehicle for 2 and a half months. Full of excuses and blame for anyone not in the room at the time but in the end it was just bad workmanship. When we were finally able to pick up the car it was literally missing pieces. I am baffled that a company like this is in business at all.

Avoid this place at all costs.I had minor damage to my car from hitting a semi truck tire tread on the freeway. All cosmetic damage, nothing broken. My insurance recommends Caliber and made everything sound so easy and great. After 2 weeks Im told my car is ready to be picked up. I put a lot of trust into somebody or a company that is supposed to know what theyre doing. There was dust on the car and everything looked pretty good upon quick inspection.I get home and notice that a cover plate on my driver side door was broken off. All the damage is to the passenger side. I go to the passenger front door and notice that the door interior panel is off by an inch or more. Somebody thought that if they pushed hard enough it would go in. Well, they broke the door panel, left the gap, installed it completely wrong and figured that was good enough. After that, I pulled the door panel to find the weather sheeting inside was installed improperly and they got the black mastic that holds it in place everywhere.Now, I start to wonder what else they screwed up, so I took the car to the car wash and started my inspection. They broke the Ford emblem in the front, screwed up the headlight with the buffer, broke a plastic panel under the hood, used a pry bar or screwdriver to remove the rocker panel which damaged the paint on the body and broke the rocker, painted dirt into the rear bumper, paint runs, orange peel, broke the retaining clip on the headlight harness, left overspray inside the doors, gas cap and hood, scratched the roof, the rear bumper and insert, dropped the front bumper after painting it, didnt install the fog light bezel properly, scratched the steering wheel, and forgot to put body plugs back in.I took the car back on July 30th with a punch list of everything wrong with the car. On August 6th, I hear nothing back from them and at 2 oclock I call for an update. Ill call Gary and call you back, Eddy says. At 4 oclock I go by and talk to Gary, and was told I would be updated by the end of the day. Nothing. I call the next day at 11:45 AM and leave a message for Eddy. At 1:30 PM I receive a call from Gary and was told the detail guy was coming on Thursday. Never hear anything back.On August 13 I call for a status update, and Im told its being washed and is ready to pick up. Really? were you going to call me? I asked. After 2 weeks with a punch list, they may have made 4 repairs and also created more scratches and damaged the paint with the buffer. That night I filed a complaint with corporate and received a call the next day from John Casale, the Regional Operations Manager. We go over the list on the phone and Im told hell follow up before the end of the week.A week later, I have yet to hear back from John, Gary or anyone from Caliber. At this point, they have had my car for 3 weeks, on top of the 2 weeks from the original repair. I call today, August 20th for a status update and Im told theyre repainting the front bumper. After 3 weeks! I still dont have my car, and I know that Ill have to take it somewhere else to be repaired properly when I get it back.In a nutshell, do not trust this company to work on your car. If you are a car guy like me, you will not be happy with the clowns that work here.

There Customer service is horrible, i couldnt speak for anyone else czuse i havent gone in yet, i was trying to make an appointment & there customer service who answers the phone is suppose to want to customers to come in is quite the opposite! Very rude, name is Shevon at 12:09pm.i highly recommend doing some MAJOR changes in that department. Really dissapointing, for what i thought should be such a great business! Im only giving 1 star because of the horrible customer service, i give 5 stars to the company!

Husband rear ended in the commuter lane, other insurer claimed full responsibility, said Just give us the bill Fis it - undecipherable from Geico, whose sticker they flaunt, talked us out of taking it for an assessment on our own and got us to leave it with them with their Enterprise car ready while they checked it for a few days… then waved us off, didnt do any repairs. It was a gloomy, mixed up blurr of who worked for who and who was making what appeared to be qualified recommendations all on our dime as nothing was ultimately run thru GEICO.AVOID THIS MESS!
