The stores are clean and the people helpful. I can generally find whatever I need in terms of basics. The selection is not always as large as another box store in my area, but the friendly people, cleanliness, organization and clientele will keep me skipping at Target!

Your employees are gross. Theyre less than helpful and have very snobby outlooks for working at a department store. I wasted a trip here, my tip is to engage with them as little as possible. They dont want to talk to you anyway.

Your people are great. The gentleman who handled a return for me was capable and friendly and, later, was pleasant and agreeable when I asked to leave my (paid-for) cart items with him while making a rest room stop. Thanks!

Walmart really isnt an option unless target doesnt have it re cleanliness, aesthetic and sort of civility in my usual experience, unless broke or in need of polarized lenses. And you have rural king, kohls, farm and home, car stores, etc.That said, Ive been wondering the past few months why I had such a low opinion of Edwardsville and preferred the more blue collar outlying areas, even with their rough, often very rough, edges. Well a recent trip made that clear. After an incredible year and a half of bliss, the full complement of siue students are back.

Love the store - though on Monday mornings they’re really light on products. With few exceptions, the employees inside are super nice and helpful The biggest gripe I have with this store is how many of their employees park right up front in the first spots.

I was so impressed with my visit today and two of the team members went well out of the way to help me. I was leaving the store and noticed my car was blocked in by the person parked next to me. I asked the customer service members if they could page the owner of the other car. A tall blonde lady (I believe the manager?) offered to page them or have one of the smaller team members climb over my passenger side and drive my car out for me so I could get in. I believe the team members name was Julie, she was working the drive up orders. I really wanted to shout out these members and make sure their exceptional customer service was recognized. They went above and beyond to help me during this busy holiday season and I cannot recommend this Target to my friends and family enough!

This store is always clean, decently stocked (when not in a pandemic) and the staff are friendly.

I like this store. Clean and staff are available to help, but will leave you alone to roam around. Food section is average. A wider selection would be great. The girls clothes section didnt have any plain shirts for our child to mess up outside. The home decor department is constantly low on stock - please figure it out. Self checkout goes quickly.

Ive been to plenty of Targets in my life and this is one of my favorites. Everything is stocked on the shelves and the asiles are cleaned. If theres a mess and you let the employees know who are on the floor, they will take their time to clean it up. A very tidy and clean store, would recommend.

Store manager Rick is very unprofessional and has a very bad temper. When asked to make an in store complaint was told no by him.

I had no time to run into the store and had 2 kids with me. I placed an order before leaving to my appointment and it was ready in no time at all. I selected I was on my way and I swear the person was walking toward my car before I even stopped my car. I called looking for a specific shoe that they had in very low stock, as it was the only Target in the STL area that had any left. The employees were very helpful and kind, and I was able to pick up the shoes!

I think shopping at Target can be a little frustrating. You can select items in the Circle/Cartwheel program that are not available in your local Target. The Target app is pretty convenient for regular shoppers.

Accuracy of my order and ease

This is a beautifully remodeled Target with extremely friendly employees and a wonderful new layout. Everyones favorite, home decor, is located right in front where most Target stores have their dozens m womens clothing or swimsuits. The layout was modeled much like a department store, with highlighted goods and accessory tables in the middle of main aisles. Made for a very nice shopping experience, especially with all the beautiful new spring items out in every department. Worth the drive if you are in the st. Louis metro area

Im thankful that we have a good Target in town. Very clean store with a good selection. I do wish they had a pharmacy, but its not the end of the world since they make up for it in other ways. Its nice that they have the expanded grocery section; I enjoy the Target brand of many things, especially their maple syrup. A nice, convenient place to get the essentials, and it keeps me from having to go to Walmart!

I usually choose to shop at this target. The staff are usually great and the store is very organized and clean. However, I am only giving one star because of how we were just treated in this target tonight. My two young sons were playing hide and seek in the curtains while my wife and I were trying to pick out curtains. A staff member approached my sons and rudely told them to get out of the curtains. This staff member then quickly left before I was able to speak with her. I do not appreciate a stranger raising her voice to my children. I feel that this situation could have been better handled if the staff member had addressed me instead of my children. We did not purchase any curtains, and we will be buying curtains from another store now. I am very disappointed, because I have always enjoyed shopping at this target.

I want to love this Target, but I just wish it were a bit more organized and had a better layout. Normally I am intrigued by the items in their $1/$3 section but it appeared cluttered and unorganized. Regardless of which location you shop at you are going to find the same products so not many issues there. The clothing department for infants was not very spacious and difficult to manuever a cart through. My main complaint is overall organization and presentation.

Very clean and organized not cluttered. I would have given 5 stars today but item was marked wrong. The glue clearly marked in the isle $3.89 at checkout it was $4.99. Didnt have time to get a pice check. I normal take pictures of the isle prices so there is no check needed.

Went to the newly remodeled store. Please tell me why a company would spend that much money on a remodel and the bathroom is nasty! I am a General Manager of a truck stop and I dont think I have ever seen bathrooms that nasty. I understand you cannot control what other people do. What you can control is making sure you have someone in there cleaning or checking on it hourly! If you allow your bathrooms to look like that what does the rest of your store look like? No thank you! I will drive out of my way to not visit this Target again!

Went to use the restroom, no men this time makes me very sad they are willing to bring men into restroom. But have no place for a new Mother to Breast feed her baby she had to sit on a very unsatisfactory toilet seat . How sad is that??? Will not go back to Target.

This target is clean, and a great place to walk laps during the off-busy times. Its also convenient in that there are other shops within walking distance.

I pretty much live here. ;) But mostly because its the closest Target. Sadly, its smaller than most others and doesnt have the same selection, but I still shop here more than anywhere else.

The store is clean and well kept. However, there’s NEVER enough stock for of common everyday items. Since the remodel, the clothing sections are way too cluttered.

While typically I find what Im looking for, prices can get you. Use the new Cartwheel app which is their rewards system. Ive already been able to get several free items as well as coupons that at times, I can nearly get it for free!The downside to the store is that its smaller than other Targets, more than twice a staff member has mentioned to consider going to the store in Fairview Heights, IL because they are a mini version which in my opinion hurts not only the store but the area.Prices in the food area come and go. You just have to be savvy and watch deals between the local stores. Free wifi is nice and having the ability to search for items and get a map of where it is, helps a lot - even if you want to check a price or see if its elsewhere or order online.Also, they regularly clearance items. Sometimes a bust but sometimes its a steal! Read online about when to catch the deals.

Its an older Target store, but has been retrofitted with a grocery section. Good selection. Carts are older and smaller. Check out had a self checkout area, but no conveyor belts at any register.

I have worked at this target. The team members are cruel and disrespectful to other team members. If you are planning to work here, make sure you don’t transfer. They hate transfers, they will be rude to you and act like you are stupid. I was only there for a couple months and the whole team gave me a negative vibe. 10/10 the worse target to shop or work at.
