Doug & the tech also discussed other issues found with my vehicle. Pictures were used to provide a better understanding on those issues. Photos were sent directly to my phone for clarity. The workers are Meineke’s are always very kind and efficient. They take the time to explain things to customers who may not be as knowledgeable on cars (such as myself), and they have the best intentions when fixing up what you bring them. I grew up with my dad fixing things - we never paid anyone. But, being away from home I needed somewhere to go and they rocked! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this location over a lot of car shops in town! I was calling around to a few places before choosing one, and Meineke was able to get me in in 2 days, while most other places wanted me to wait until the next week, but that wasn’t possible with a 1 car family. They had my problem fixed the same day I brought it in. I really appreciated how quick they were able to complete my repairs and I will definitely go back to them if I have more problems in the future :)

Had my oil change which includes free tire rotation as long as you have purchased your tires from them which saves you money and is a excellent bonus! Put in a air filter and all done in a timely manner! I would highly recommend Meineke. Plus If you ever have a major expensive thing happen, they have a payment plan that you can apply for and make payments even with fair credit! Very professional and courteous Manager!

Went to go an oil change using my 19.99 coupon. Guy asks me if I wanted tires rotated (I say yes). But wondered why he asked me that as I thought it was included with service. Went up to pay after being told they were finished, asked him to apply my coupon and he said it doesn’t apply and it was 40.00! Told me it was because of the tire rotation! I’ve been to Meineke twice before this last visit and never had this issue . Had I have known that, would have went to Valvoline. At least you can stay in your vehicle . I usually don’t pay more than 26 at Meineke so I’m not sure what happen but I didn’t feel like arguing with the guy. Not going back to that location again.

I stopped by because I had a low tire warning and the staff went out of their way to check each tire and fill them up to where they needed to be. Everyone here was professional and friendly. I liked that the had a children’s play area, WiFi, and (for parents) there is a baby changing station in the restroom.

Great place to come get your car or truck fixed! Dropped off my car at 10Am and they were done by 1Pm!!! They were fully booked! Great quality work, with quick service and very reasonable prices! I would definitely recommend this place over any place in Edwardsville/ Glen Carbon area. I’ll definitely be going back if any other issues arrive! Came in for front and rear brakes and was informed that the fronts werent to the point of needing replaced but I could still have them replaced if I wanted to. Decided to hold off so I can save the money. Really enjoyed going to this location and will be using it for any maintenance needs in the future.

Had some work done to my truck that resulted in it having to get towed there and stay overnight. The staff was very easy to work with and honest about the issue and their work to solve it. They were quick and had the work done right on time. Ive come here for problems before and Ill be coming back when they happen from now on.

My experience could not have gone any better. I brought my son’s car for a routine oil change for first time since purchased. Very friendly and professional and efficient. In a short time I received a text and call. Again, all paperwork was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely have my son return here for his future oil changes.

I took my truck to Meineke but not before calling around and getting higher quotes every single place I called. I was a few minutes late on my appointment and they still got me in right away and were so professional and courteous. I lived just a few miles away and had no one to pick me up. So instead of having me sit around for hours and hours they actually dropped me off at my house!!!! And they even picked me up when the truck was done!!! 5/5 stars from me!

This place is TERRIBLE. I went once and had a horrible experience. Thinking it might be a fluke and given that the location is convenient I thought I’d give them another chance and they screwed up even more. The first time I went I had an appointment at 8 and I didn’t get seen until 9. The other person there for an 8 o’clock appointment wasn’t seen until 9:30. And that’s just when they took the car in. NOT when they finished the work. The manager at the desk was also rude. This time I had another appointment at 8 and my car didn’t get taken into the garage until 8:30. Same excuse as last time “we have a lot of cars from yesterday”. Except they say this like it doesn’t happen EVERY TIME. This time the manager asked if I wanted the standard package and I said yes. But when I went up to pay he had actually changed it to one of the premium packages without asking me and it literally doubled the price. He said the regional manager would call me to fix things but I never received a call.

Back in October I got an oil change from here, not only was the manager super cool and showed us his nice Vette while we waited, he went over options and very professionally explained different ways I could go with shocks, tires, brakes, etc. and his master technician got my oil change done super quick. The decor is really relaxed, and overall I will be doing business here for a while.

I am from out of town, and developed a rattle in the front end of my car after hitting a pothole. I went by there shop upon recommendation, and they were happy to check it out for me. Though it was not an issue they were equipped to work on, they told me what the problem was, and that I would make it home fine, and to see my personal mechanic when I got home. They relieved my mind, since I had to drive 6 hours to get home. I want to thank them for being so accommodating and so nice! I would recommend them highly!

Everyone has been friendly and professional. I have older vehicles of which I am very particular, and pay close attention to detail. The staff at this location have been very patient and accommodating to my service needs. So far, they have been servicing three vehicles for me and I believe prices to be fair. I came in thinking I needed a wheel alignment and my wonderful service technician (Chris) helped diagnosed my problem and got to the root of the issue. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and saved me a lot of money.

Came here for a car diagnostic a while back, and most recently came in to switch my halogen lights to LEDs. They don’t sugar coat sh*t, they will tell you exactly what’s wrong with your vehicle. Also, they have a friendly hands-on staff with a laid back atmosphere. Only downside, it’s a bit pricey. I would definitely recommend Meineke to a friend/family member.

They missed up my car. I went to get an oil change. I drove it like I normally do. I couldnt figure out why my car was smoking, after I drove it for a while so I parked it. The next day I went to drive it and all my oil was in my garage. Raise up the hood and oil was everywhere.

They were fantastic! They got my car in last minute on a Saturday morning, which if you live in the area, you know how crazy that is. My car had been shaking and making a noise like I had a flat tire (It didnt have one) so I was nervous driving it, especially since I had to be in St Louis by 11:00 am that day. They figured out that the protective plate under my car was broken. They took off the broken part and sent me on my way without even charging me! I couldnt recommend them enough.

Went in for a check engine light. I was quoted for $600 to fix a misfire in the engine and an EVAP gross and small leak. I went to Autozone to have them verify the codes the mechanic found. Autozones report showed only a small EVAP leak. I tightened my gas cap and bought my own code reader to reset the check engine light, and to read misfires in the engine. After two weeks there has been zero misfires, zero EVAP problems, and zero check engine lights. $600 for tightening my gas cap? This place is a joke.Response to the owners comment: So charging me $600 to tighten my gas cap is: Our honest recommendations ... and were sorry if you found these to be excessive.? You dont think charging $600 for a simple fix is excessive? Your mechanics first idea is to replace every spark plug and half the EVAP system instead of checking something as simple as the gas cap? Your mechanics need some serious training. The statement you made as an owner is asinine.I would rate 0/5 if Google would allow it. Will never recommend this shop to anyone.

I would like to thank Frank and the new shop in Edwardsville for being stand-up people. I came in expecting to spend hundreds on (at best) a wheel alignment or (at worst) some other suspension/steering issue. It turns out my problem was negligibly simple and the oversight of another shop. They fixed it right away. I appreciate that they told me the truth about it rather than charging me for some extravagant service. Ive had that happen before. A shop you trust is hard to find. Ill definity be back.
