Worst bridal shop in Washington state!!! Beware of this bridal shop as they lie compulsively about all there services. Do not believe them when they say they have international shipping accounts etc and that they have shipped all over the world these are lies!!! Idina bridal is completely incompetent on all levels. In talking to the dress designer I chose they said they had no communication from them on one of my request!! The shop is dirty and completely unprofessional when dealing with a customer. Stay away!!!!!

It all went downhill as soon as I paid for my dress with Idina Bride. I specifically came here to look at Liz Martinez dresses. I was promised by purchasing a dress there I would receive a custom Liz Martinez veil, the dress would be completely custom fit to save on alterations, and if I purchased a dress that day I would receive a 10% discount (which also felt a bit salesy). After purchasing a dress on my first visit I was told Nadine takes all measurements and I would have to come back when she was in. Later that day I noticed on their website they had a Liz Martinez trunk show coming up and was surprised they didn’t mention this when I told them I specifically was there to look at her dresses and they didnt have a few I wanted to see. After a few days of trying to get a hold of Nadine she finally got back to me and recommended I come in during the trunk show to see the other dresses and that she can take my measurements then. She said she would get back to me if there are any fees, but I never heard back. I was a bit naive at this point to think that since she didn’t have my measurements (therefore they havent started making the dress) that if I looked at other dresses by the same designer the fees would be minimal. At the second appointment I tried the other Liz Martinez dresses that I was excited about and fell in love with one. Nadine assured me that it should be fine to make the switch since she didn’t even have my measurements and she would be in contact with me if she needed anything else. A few weeks went by and I reached out to check on my dress and Nadine said that I would now have to pay a 15% extra rush fee in order to get my dress in time for my wedding, which was shocking as I had already paid for the dress. This was in January 2021 and my wedding was at the end of June 2021. She said I needed to pay the rush fee to guarantee it would come six weeks before my wedding. It was upsetting she took weeks to get back to me and it felt scammy. Feeling stuck at this point, I paid the additional rush fee to assure I had my dress and tried to put this behind me. On May 17th Nadine emailed me and said my dress should be arriving soon. Then she went dark- never emailed or called for the next month. I kept calling and emailing and no one got back to me. My dress arrived ONE WEEK before my wedding. I arrived at my first fitting to try on a dress that was about two feet too long and no matching Liz Martinez veil, as I was promised. I asked where the veil was and Nadine said I never picked one out. I have confirmed emails from her stating she will have a matching Liz Martinez veil with my dress. When I asked Nadine why the dress didn’t come in the correct length she said “We thought there was an issue with the measurements because the dress shouldnt be that short then looked at me and said “oh now I see what the issue was” Referring to my height, I am 5’ 2” this was just incredibly rude and hurtful for her to be so judgmental about my body. I told her how disappointed I was about all of the issues and she said “I am sorry, weddings are stressful”. What I thought would be a quick appointment where I could pick up my dress and move on from this terrible dress shop became an hour and half of me standing in my dress while each of it’s 6 layers of tulle could be pinned and by the seamstress (she was the only good thing about the shop) Nadine also came in at one point and told her she needed to hurry. Which was extremely unprofessional and rude. I don’t think anyone wants their wedding dress to be hurried when it is being altered two days before their wedding. She could have avoided this by just confirming the measurements with me with a quick phone call. Nadine was so rude to anyone she wasn’t trying to sell a dress to. She ruined what should be an exciting part of someone’s big day. I debated on leaving a review for this experience since I provided private feedback to her but looking at her most recent reviews it seems she is still doing the same thing to others with her scammy practices.

I had an off feeling when the actual stores name is Nadias Evening but the name on Google shows Idina Bride - this must be because of the bad reviews they got from Nadias Evening. Now it all makes sense.My experience with Nadia’s evening/IDINA Bride is that they would try to sell and lock you down with a sale but did not care about you as a person or a bride. They pressure you to buy but their customer service was horrible. The consultant Nadine made me feel like I was in nothing different than a car/insurance sales office. I had shopped at other stores and I could feel that her tone was not kind, rude and a bit condescending. She offered me a discount, which i thought was helpful and due to my timing n budget I decided to go for it - Despite her making comments like “it’s up to you sweetie, I know i can sell this dress quick!” (Ha!) I can also count how many times I was called ‘sweetie’ and ‘honey’ during this appointment.When I found a different dress I really like at a different store, I reached out to try to find a solution, they took FOREVER to respond. A week went by after multiple emails to customer service, I texted Nadine a few times to follow up but she legitimately ignored them. Typical sales behavior, so responsive when you buy from them but then disappear when issues arise and kick the ball to other folks leaving customers stuck with no one helping.I was happy to pay for the rest but the unresponsiveness on their part has made this experience so awful and even more stressful. Finally got a hold of them, I went in to pay the whole thing, get the dress and be done with this store.They kept saying “small local business” so they are not able to do this do that - I thought you could sell dresses just like that?!? And sure, but as a small local business you also were not accommodating and supporting local customers. Not recommended and never come back.

I wish I could give them 0 stat. It was the worst experience ever. Don’t waste your time and money here, they are unprofessional and do not value your time and money. As soon as I bought the dress, they have not been responsive and did not take responsibly for what they had promised. It was the worst experience ever. Stay away!

Tl;dr- I had a great experience here, and would highly recommend looking for a gown here. Nadine is great, and there is a great selection of unique gowns.I made an appointment with IDINA Bride specifically to try on a specific dress by Chosen by One Day. This is the only local place that the designer is available, and they did have the dress I was interested in (NALA). Nadine got back to me very quickly to see if they could fit me in since she had another dress on loan (Anna Campbell Sydney) that was similar that she thought I should see before it got sent back the next day.I was able to try on both dresses, as well as a few other on my list. Nadine went above and beyond, and really took the time to make sure I could try on the dresses multiple times to compare.The Nala dress was not for me, but I did really like the Anna Campbell. I wanted to see our venue first, and Nadine followed up to say that she was able to keep the dress a couple of extra days and overnight it back if that would help me make a decision.The dress ultimately was too heavy for me, so I didnt purchase it, but my experience was incredible, and I definitely recommend looking for a dress. There are many unique gowns, and Nadine is kind and helpful.

Such a special Bridal Boutique! Nadine made my experience amazing. She spent hours with me and all of her attention was focused on me 100% of the time. She and I both knew when I found the dress! She made the process smooth and super fun.

Although this is not where I found my dream gown, I will say the experience and kindness Nadine provided was unparalleled. She fit my mom and I in for a fitting last minute since my mom had driven 16+ hours to help me make a final decision on THE dress. She made us feel welcomed and special, and gave us her undivided attention. After having a terrible experience dress shopping in California, Nadine offered an opposite experience and restored our faith. This is a once in a lifetime shopping extravaganza, and you deserve to feel respected and special- which is why I would highly recommend IDINA Bride. They have unique gowns and exquisite customer service.

I would highly recommend Idina Bride to anyone looking for their wedding dress! The owners were so incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with. They had the perfect balance of letting me navigate what I wanted to try on while letting me know their opinions based on their experiences with different brides needs, wants, body types, wedding venues, etc. The shop itself is very elegant and clean. I found my perfect dress at this shop and could not be more grateful!

BE WARE! DO NOT SHOP HERE BRIDES!!! Worse experience. Wanted to post this so no other bride goes through what I did. This 4.9 star review is a lie. Theses must be her posts or friends of hers. Ordered my wedding dress here, which I was told was a custom dress made to fit me. First lie! As any bride does, I was trying to lose more weight and told in 6 months Nadine would follow up with me to take measurements again. Makes sense so that if any adjustments were needed, it could be done before completion of the dress since it was being hand made in Spain I was told. 2nd Lie! Never received any email or phone call for 2nd measurements. Had to chase after her to get a response and when I finally did a month later, was given the option to measure myself versus a few dates available in 1 week. Given the dress was suppose to be ready in 3 months, I moved forward with the original measurements due to fear of not getting the dress on time. For a custom dress, seemed odd right to be able to still turn in measurements that late? Should of been another clue. Finally, in February, my dress never arrived on time. I ordered this back in June of 2000 and was pressured to give her the money within 48 hours to guarantee delivery with COVID and international travel she said. She stated that if I didnt she couldnt guarantee delivery by February. My dress did not arrive until April 2021. It is because she literally forgot to order it and kept the money because she needed it during COVID. I found this out later. Then when my dress finally came in, I asked where my veil was that we ordered in July of 2000 and paid for. She stated not to worry, it would be shipped to my house in a week and she would follow up. She also had thrown in free earrings and a hair piece because I spent so much, but did not have those on time either. I was also told my dress had built in spanks....another lie! Found this out when I went to the seamstress whom advised this dress was not custom made, it was just ordered in the closest size to me and if there were spanks in it, I would be stepping into them. They also informed me of how they have heard of these experiences of this boutique or should I say con artist before. A week later, I heard nothing in regard to my veil, earrings, and hair piece. I had to call and email and was given excuse after excuse. She even blamed it on the company it was ordered from, when in reality, she never ordered the veil in time and just kept the money. I called and spoke with the company and know that is not true. I asked for a refund for the veil and she would not give it to me, but offered other options for veils. When I refused and stated I only wanted that veil, which was matching to the dress, she still would not refund my money. I literally had to place a dispute on my credit card to get the money back. In addition, when I told her I wanted the veil by a certain date or money back period, she accused me of harassing her and didnt appreciate it! I was so taken back and could not believe this horrible customer service. FYI, all of this was over email too so have proof to back it. She would never call. My credit card gladly gave me back the veil money after reading her responses. In addition, she never gave me the earrings and then tried to say she never offered the hair piece for free to me. Please brides, do not put yourself through this. A wedding is already stressful enough. I have learned there were many of other places I could of gone to that were cheaper and had the same, if not better quality dresses.

Wonderful bridal shop! Customer service was warm & professional. I was able to ask questions & feel comfortable through the whole experience. The staff is highly knowledgeable and quick to help in any way they can. They have many beautiful & unique gowns!

Right off the bat, the staff made me feel incredibly comfortable and made the whole experience very enjoyable. Within the hour and a half, I found the perfect dress. She saved THE dress for last and did an incredible job of building rapport. Not only did she not push dresses I did not like, but she also suggested dresses that were different that I really did love. I would send any bride I know here in the future.

If youre in the Seattle area, I highly recommend going to this bridal shop. It was perfectly sized, and really intimate. I showed want I wanted and I was present extremely similar looks for a lower price. So happy with it and bought my dream dress!!

Wow wow wow! This bridal shop was everything and more, a clean and beautiful space close to the water with amazing dresses and a lot to pick from! The dresses there are just absolutely stunning! I am someone who can easily get overwhelmed, I had a warm welcome upon arrival and felt so at ease while looking through the dresses. IDINA bridal custom orders your dresses and the quality of them are superb, they also offer a payment plan which can be helpful for those who want a high quality dress but cant pay the price all up front. Im happy to say that I said yes to my dress today! And I am looking forward to working with them during this process. I highly recommend visiting this bridal shop when looking for your perfect wedding dress.

Right from the beginning, Nadine made me feel like anything was possible in her shop. She taught me all about customizations and helped me narrow in on the styles that best flattered my body. It was the most amazing bridal experience. There are killer accessories here too!

Idina Bride is a rare gem of a bridal store in the greater Seattle area! I have been to 20+ shops, and there are only two other stores that have sold these types of dresses. Can you get classic and/or romantic dresses here? Of course. But what sets them apart is that they sell dresses for the modern-day, edgy, “doesn’t want to look like anyone else” type of bride. Nadine clearly loves her work, and she’s amazing at making her brides feel unique and beautiful.

They were been super helpful! And everything in the store is gorgeous! Highly recommend for anyone who are struggling with their wedding dress.

Nadine and Madison clearly love what they do and are incredible stylists. Nadine nudged me in the right direction for a style that fits my physique. The two of them took extra time to get to know what I like. They know so much about the designers and all the things you can get altered to make the dress perfect. They carry beautiful designer dresses from Australia and Spain. Some really unique pieces. Highly recommend.

I went to this store on a whim hoping to look at dresses, thinking that none of their samples would fit my plus sized bride body. Well Nadia and Madison never made me feel it off place our that any dress was out of the question for me to try. They turned an experience I was dreading into a wonderful experience. I didnt bring anyone with me because I was embarrassed to try on dresses in front of anyone...Even though I didnt end up purchasing my dress here (because I let myself fall in love with one out of my price range) I will forever be grateful for both Nadia and Madison for their kindness and engagement.Please go to this dress shop, the dresses they stock are truly amazing!

Go to this shop, you will not regret it. It offers a great range of both modern and classic dresses, designers, accessories and prices but was really makes it special is the staff. They are authentic, super helpful and patient. Cant recommend it more!

Madison and Nadine were so helpful and friendly. I really loved all of the unique pieces they had and how special they made me feel, asking questions to try to get to know me, to understand a bit more of what would be a good fit for me and the feel of my wedding. I would highly recommend checking them out when wedding dress shopping!

Love love LOVVE IDINA Bride! This by far was my absolute favorite bridal shop to visit amongst all of the boutiques i visited. Nested in a really cute waterfront community, the look and feel of this store was everything and more that I could expect when trying on such pretty dresses. Their collection is definitely much more refined than the other shops i visited, but after visiting so many shops Ive realized its really not the quantity of the dresses that make it easier, but the selection itself. So happy I was able to say yes to my dress here! Make sure to say Yes to the custom tea they serve you- so good!

Lets be real... getting engaged is so exciting. Until you realize you have taken on a part-time job visiting venues, scouring pinterest and putting together address lists. I knew trying on dresses was supposed to be fun, but honestly... I was just kind of over it all.I had tried on dresses at SEVERAL other stores. I was at the point where I thought maybe I just didnt want a dress because I disliked so much of what I had been trying on. Everything felt cookie-cutter and same, same... until I got to Idina! This little store, in this little town... I imagined the inventory would match. I WAS SO WRONG! Idina is amazing! They have a gorgeous selection of unique and different dresses. I came here to try one specific dress, but honestly almost fell in love with 2 other dresses as well!Short story... I am writing this review because I finally bought a dress!Nadine was so sweet and helpful. I ordered the dress, but was unsure of what underlay color to get and she ordered a new sample so that I could see the difference in the 2 colors and allow me to make an educated decision. I now am obsessed with my dress, and cant wait to wear it!

IDINA Bride was so perfect. Honestly, dress shopping was the thing I dreaded the most, being a thicker girl and knowing that most of the dresses on the rack would likely make me look like a sausage. haha...but when it came time to finally bite the bullet, what brought me in to their shop was that they were one of the biggest suppliers of the Pronovias line which was the one style that I just needed to try.I had really good vibes about this place from the moment I hung up the phone with them to book my appointment. I mean, when a place takes the time to put together a survey to get to know you a little better and go as far as asking you what your happy music is, you know youre dealing with experts who know what kind of stress youre under when youre trying to cross something as big as picking out your dress off your wedding to do list.I was lucky enough to land Najla as my consultant. She was calm in her demeanor and most importantly, she was thoughtful and honest, which is huge for me because some places tend to be a little too high-strung when they think that you need to be SUPER EXCITED every given moment and that can just be exhausting.Ill be honest, walking in to the shop made me a little apprehensive because of how small their collection looked compared to the bridal shop I went to the day before, but once I started to look at their collection, I realized that this place was LOADED with QUALITY dresses and not just generic things youd find anywhere else.In the end, I walked away with not one, but two dresses, each very different from one another and hit on all the points that I wanted to express from clean and elegant to romantic and whimsical. TWO DRESSES from a little shop considering how apprehensive as I was at the start...not too shabby.When I came in for my fitting, and consultation with Kim, their AMAZING seamstress, I also had the opportunity to meet the owner, Nadia, who had just come back from NY Fashion week to check out the next seasons looks which, to me explains how and why their selection is so concise.As far as alterations, Kim is so knowledgeable and really listens keenly to what it is you want to feel like in your gown and how to accomplish it. All the ladies really are so wonderful to work with and Im so thrilled about how Ill be able to look back fondly on the memory of how my mom and I went to go and find my dresses together at IDINA Bride.
