Been to this location a couple of times now after moving to the area and I have had nothing but great experiences at this location. Staff is always friendly and professional and get me taken care of with no problems.

Came here on 18Feb2020 to dispatch some documents to Houston TX. This ship center is big than I was expected. Staff are customer friendly.I have done with my things quickly and left from here.Customer service is little late when I have been Visited second time on 11Mar2020.Please improve your service and care about customers with smile face.....!!!!!Came here again on 26Dec2020 to dispatch my wife passport.This time no so much crowd.

Wasnt greeted when I came in stood there for 5 mins just ridiculous.

I was here Saturday 1/23/21 around 1pm and the two gentlemen that helped me showed great customer service and who seemed to be the manager was very patient and really listened to what the customers had to say. The price was a little bit high but I normally look a companys service and they were spot on. Highly recommend this place.

I just called this FEDEX location, and I was very impressed by the patience, professionalism, and competence demonstrated by the person I spoke with as I had several questions. DJ was polite and thorough. I will use this location for all of my shipping needs while in Edmond! In my prior experiences with FEDEX and USPS, I have found representatives to be impatient, abrupt, and at times absolutely rude. Todays experience was quite different, and I am most grateful. Thank you!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, If you need anything printed Id suggest going to Apmok up the street. I was at this location way too long (in fact 5 people whom came in after me were helped while I stood where DJ told me to stand from the line I was in when I got to the front of that line) and they had no desire to help me whatsoever. I would have still be there had I not had the cash to pay for my stuff because the other guy that finally helped me was logged out of the system. I unfortunately left them a tip for an AWFUL experiences and left. DJ was the only one with a name tag.

Driver put on tracking information no one lives at this address. I am here all day two vehicles in front of house and lawn furniture . We called the shipping office and they stated it went out on wrong truck. This is incompetence and who lied., worker delivering or worker at the shipping site?

Staff can be a little hard to flag down, but machine signage getting more user-friendly if you have to wing it. If a document is accessible on your phone, theres a way to print a hard copy. Scan/take photo of important docs and store in the cloud on Evernote or Google Drive, etc. Theyre preserved and accessible anywhere.

This location has always been great to me! They are smiling and pleasant. They always help me with all of those confusing issues that make me go there. I go all the time to mail packages and I get a little excited just knowing Tiara or Paige will be there to say HI!

I work for a local landscape design firm with two other designers. We all print at this location and have never had any problems. Sometimes they get backed up and printing takes longer than desired, but that is no fault of the store or employees. I would venture to say that among the members of my firm alone, weve printed a few thousand designs, ranging from 11x17 to 36x48. Color, b&w and presentation board. Always been what we expected.

We sent 1 page at 24x30 at 10:46am. We arrived the the store at 11:25am. The FedEx employee said he printed it. We went to the machine to grab it, it was not printed. The machine was not working. He tried fixing it but after a few minutes he decided to help someone else. At 11:37, I had to ask him when the machine will be ready, with out looking at me he said with irritation, they he will check on it when he was done. Far as I am aware, you finish with one customer before you help another or at least let your customer know what is going on. This is also not the first time this has happened. The service and equipment at this location are horrible. I will gladly drive to another location so I dont have to deal with the may problems of the edmond location.

I always experience great customer service except for one of their employees. Each time I go there and I see him, I expect the worst! He is always eager to do something even before you explain to him what needs to be done and usually quotes the wrong prices, I always have to mention to him that I had called in earlier and was given a different price --only then he adjusts the price. He does not go out of his way to do small things and always claims that it has to be set up by a design shop, even if I have done the same thing before for an extra charge. So usually I have to go back to my laptop to make small adjustments just so we can have it printed. In all my trips of visiting the Fedex office here in Edmond, I never have a bad experience unless I meet this guy at Fedex.

High Price, Low Service (Dont Laminate Here)Ive been in here a few times, and it has consistently taken a long time to even get anyones attention. Today my wife is there, wanting to do some laminating. It cost $100 for 36 sheets. Even though she has three small children with her, and other customers are saying Cant they cut those for you? the staff is not helping. Took two hours to laminate. My wife is not upset about this, but I feel its worth leaving a review. Another friendly customer let us know that laminating is much cheaper (and Im certain the staff is more helpful) at Mardels.

Ive had nothing but the best, most courteous, most helpful and INEXPENSIVE service at the Edmond FedEx Office Center for the past three years! Theres better ways for other Service Centers to compete than posting dissing revues on this FedEx Center.

Tom the manager was very and unlikable. Very rude to me when i entered. Said couldnt take packages that were in there orginal packaging. Cause of a taped over hole. Also a packaged box completely encloses he wouldnt take. Very rude man. Especially from a manager. Once i repackage i will return

I liked this fed ex. Until one of the employees rudely asked me to wipe my feet AFTER I HAD ALREADY WALKED AROUND IN THE STORE. I was walking out and he stopped me and told me to keep my feet dry walking in. I was walking out. I had already walked around. There was not a lot of water on the floor......Jerk.Great fed ex though.

The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because some of the workers actual help and do their work. As far as the manager he is ridiculously rude, acts like he knows everything and anything but in reality doesnt. He talks at you rather than have a conversation. Just flat out unprofessional. ALSO Office Depot prints way better quality!

Went to kinkos on 8/10/14 to get pictures made, tried to get my change, they couldnt give my change unless they had had a manager there or I could go to another store to get my change. this is stupid, where was the manager? had to wait 1.2 hrs to get my change when the manager got there she was a reel snot. I WILL FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GET MY STUFF DONE, THEY ARE NOT THE ONLY PLACE TO GET THIS DONE IN EDMOND ON SECOND AND BROADWAY. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doesnt accept money as payments apparently they wont take credit/debit cards. Couldnt print off email, apparently the employee didnt know if they were open for business or not, but considering they wont accept payments am inclined to believe theyre not even a business.

Ran by a bunch of careless college kids. It seems like EVERY TIME I come in they avoid eye contact and/or look busy so they dont have to help you.I wouldnt mind driving to the city to get proper customer service.
