Terrible customer assistance. I placed an order online, I called the next day right after they opened and asked if I could change an order I had placed the night before. I was told their system needed to be rebooted to call back in an hr. I called an hr later, I was place on hold for ten minutes. I hung up and called again only to be told they had already prepared my order. Very disappointed because they could have handled my initial call more efficiently and maybe then they could have been able to change my order.

Wish I could give them a negative star.Ive been calling multiple time at the Edmond, OK location and no answer. No lie, I called about 15 times or more within 2-3 hrs. Sounds crazy but its so annoying that a store doesnt answer during operation hours. I mean how busy can you be to not answer the phone or do they not have enough employees to answer phone calls or a voicemail?? Ive been calling to ask few questions and to cancel my order I placed online to delivered. At this point I am upset/annoyed and just want to cancel my order! I tried canceling my order online, but it states I need to contact the store. How am I suppose do that, if the store dont answer??!! I started to read google reviews, apparently I am not the only person who have had this same issue with them. This is so inconvenient and unprofessional!! I DO NOT recommend them at all what so ever!!After calling the 1800 number provided when I made a claim, they finally answered and was able to cancel my order. After 3 hrs. calling them, UGH!

I placed my order on April 23rd for a May 6th delivery. I called the store numerous times with no answer on May 7th. I called their corporate office. Most unhelpful people ever. They told me they would contact the store. They didnt get an answer either. They sent an email to the owner and told me to call corporate back in 24 hours. I called the store again all weekend with no answer. I called corporate back today and they said they heard from the store and they would deliver it today. I asked for a copy of the email and corporate said they could not send it to me because it is internal communication. I asked to have the store manager call me. still waiting on the call. The person I sent it to sent me a message stating that she received it but there was no card so she didnt know who sent it.I wish I had read the reviews about this store however when you order on line and put the address you are sending it to they assign it to the nearest store. They also give you options of when it can be delivered so I didnt even pick delivery date. But since it was before mothers day I had no issues with it. Very disappointed in both the Edmond location and the corporate office. Very poor business!!!

If I could rate this particular E.A a zero star, I would! I ordered my husband an arrangement with balloons that said I love you on them, a day ahead of time. The next day for delivery, I tried calling multiple times at different times to ask a few questions I had concerning the delivered but no one ever answered. The phone rang and rang. That was super unprofessional to me. Then when they dropped off the arrangement to my husband he was confused because all the balloons stated happy anniversary when I specifically ordered I love you only. To top that off the balloons werent even fully blown up. They were partially blown up and wrinkled and tacky! It cost a good amount of money so things should be in order. I do not recommend this location at all!

April wrote: placed an order for my secret Santa at work. I arrived early to pick it up and the lady in the back making the arrangements, was I ind and quick. The arrangement was so pretty. My secret Santa was pleased and so was I. Fantastic customer service from the front to the back.

Not open during normal business hours. 11:00 in the afternoon no answer on the phone no one in the store.

No one answers the phone and there is no answering machine. I spent almost $100 on an arrangement and can’t get anyone to answer the phone! Also, the place was disgusting when I went in. I walked in and no one was at the front counter and it took her a few minutes before she came out and she looked like she just rolled out of bed. I could see in the back where they make the arrangements and there was trash all over the place. I’m very disappointed.

No stars would have been a better option. I ordered 4 trays on March 16th to be picked up March 27th @ 4:30pm. My card was charged $238.11 on the 16th and I received a confirmation email. I called the morning of the 27th to confirm pickup time and no one answered the phone. I continued to call time and time again with still no answer. We went to the store at 4:20pm and the store was closed. We called again while sitting in front of the store. We then called corporate who said I could just pick up my order mo day...the gender reveal was less than an hour away. We had to run to Walmart and grab the cheap looking fruit trays they had so people would have something g to snack on. Monday morning rolls around and I call the store at 9:15am and no answer. I call corporate again. They tell me that they will give the store 24 more hours to respond. I then get a call at about 10:30am and the girl on the phone was rude and just blatantly lied and said they tried to call me for early pickup. I have my call log and screen shot it and texted it to her and told her...what number did you call from then because as you can see I didnt miss any calls. Then I asked if she left a voicemail? She said No. I then asked asked why they didnt email me and she said I didnt provide an email address. Then I said she was again living to me because they had my email on file. She said oh yeah I see it now.This was terrible and ruined the gender reveal for my daughter and son in law. She was so upset and cried the entire night.Monday the girl that called me said the owner would call me at 4:30pm. I started calling the store at 4:35 and again no answer. I drove to the store and they were closed. I called corporate back again and they said it can take upto 24 hours for them to refu d the money to my account. This entire experience was awful and I will NEVER use this company again. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL RUIN YOUR EVENT!!!

This is the first time I used this place. I placed my order online and way In advance for Valentines. Then I was informed by the person I was sending the items to could possibly be leaving early on that day because it’s on a Friday. I called a couple of days in advance to find out if it was possible to have it delivered before noon? The sweet lady on the phone said she could and she would add it needed to be delivered before 11. This lady was extremely helpful, very friendly and happy to help. In fact if she had said no I would’ve understood. It is Valentines! I simply would’ve canceled my order and made other arrangements. Friday came and of course noon came and she did not have the special delivery. I called this store a man, not a gentleman answered the phone and rudely and abruptly said in a very harsh voice that they do not guarantee delivery. I mentioned that I had spoken to someone earlier in the week that had told me differently. Like I said at first if I was told there was no guarantee I would have made other arrangements. The main reason is because I spent $155.00 for chocolate covered strawberries. It’s not like something that can sit in the office til Monday. He once again was extremely rude, very rude! We don’t guarantee delivery!!! I am very disappointed, very angry, and upset. I wouldn’t have spent $155.00 to a place that doesn’t value their customers. The ugly man needs to take customer relations from the lady I spoke to earlier in the week. I hate this cuz this is a new job for my daughter and I don’t know of any other place that has this available. My daughter was having a difficult time and I wanted to surprise her. Plus I do something for my kids every holiday. But bet my butt I will figure something else out!!! It’s not the ladies fault, she was being accommodating. Like I said she was so nice, even if they couldn’t have done it. Because of her attitude I would’ve understood!!

Ordering was straightforward, simple and fast--and I love that I could get next-day delivery without a ridiculous charge. The fruit arrived as pictured on the site (and to the delight of the receiver), midday--and from ordering to delivery, there were no hiccups. I especially like how you can add on additional fruit, to customize your bouquet.

Ordered online for next day delivery for my son’s birthday! When my order still wasn’t delivered by 5 o’clock Pm, I called them and they said it would be delivered in an hour. At 6:30 PM I called again and They said it would be delivered within an hour. I called back at 8:15 pm to cancel the order and the store was closed. Order was finally delivered at nine pm....My son missed his dinner date waiting for the delivery.

NO STAR would be my choice if it was an option! I ordered a PLATTER and they sent a LITTLE DINKY cup of fruit! When I called, they said oh we are out of platter - UMM why did you still take my money! YOU SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! I will be contacting everyone I know, better business bureau, your corporate office, social media etc. OH and cancelling my payment!

Ordered a box of assorted chocolate covered fruit for my husband for our anniversary. It was my first order, so they included a box of 12 chocolate strawberries at no additional charge. They delivered exactly when they said they would and my husband said they were delicious. Will absolutely use edible arrangements again!

I ordered an Anniversary gift from this Edmond location for my husband and I am very pleased with the entire experience. My husband was completely surprised! We did have a balloon pop at delivery but that wasnt the end of the world. The fruit was delicious and everything went as planned, the delivery driver had no issue getting through the security gate and delivered before they quoted. I even got free delivery with a special they were promoting!I was so nervous after reading reviews not only locally but nationwide and called to check on my order three hours later to confirm delivery and I was treated pleasantly on the phone even though they were busy.I am so sorry to anyone else who had a problem with this business and truly wish everyone had better experiences. I will point a few things in defense of this company. Im not sure why ANYONE would order fruit in winter. Christmas and Valentines Day are not the time to order fruit, its not in season and I would have thought people would be wise to this. I understand this company can not survive if only open seasonally, but it just makes sense to me to never order fruit in the off season unless its pears from Harry and David. I also wish people understood just how crazy Valentines Day can be for businesses and ordering fruit, even days in advance, isnt helpful because unlike flowers they can NOT make this days in advance. I hope that more people can have an experience similar to mine in the future. Thank you edible Arrangements for my great experience.

This place is such a disappointment. $80 on some fruit that was part rotten and small in scale. I was excited to receive this from my husband and that excitement left just as fast as the disapproval came. We will never order from this place again. They should been embarrassed to pass this over to a customer as satisfactory or complete. And to add, the lettuce that was with it looked disgusting and thrown together. If a refund was possible I would definitely be getting one. This was a first and a last. Merry Christmas

So I am fairly new to edible arrangements but I purchased a box from this store for my mother in law and paid an extra 10 dollars for same day delivery since it was a little later in the day around 1 when I ordered the box. I received a call at 3:50 saying that they didn’t deliver to MWC and that I pull come pick it up. I explained I had paid extra to have it delivered for today and that it was the website that assigned the delivery to them the lady proceeded to tell me that a manager would call me to see if they could deliver it.... I received a cal back at 4 saying that they don’t deliver to MWC I had to explain again what the situation was he proceeded to tell me that it’s a rule they don’t deliver to MWC but I could pay another 10 dollars for them to deliver it.... I told him I had already paid the extra 10 for same day delivery and asked why I needed to pay another ten when asked he proceeded to tell me they would just cancel my order even though it was already made and ready to be delivered. Extremely rude customer service even by the manager of this store. Before anyone says well MWC has a store they closed at 3 and the website wouldn’t process an order through that store.

I ordered from Store #552 online & over the phone. Delivery driver was in a NON refrigerated vehicle. He delivered another Kims arrangement (I understand mistakes happen). It took almost an hour to get the correct one. BUT the box of chocolate covered bananas never got delivered. I called at 1448 - was told he would call delivery driver. 1614 I called back - no one knew where the order was. I was told they would be delivered with her arrangement. I am glad I had a 20% off code it helped cover the refrigerated delivery. The guy was looking in trunk, backseat etc for her order. Yeah IF I ever shop with yall again it will NOT be with this store!

I ordered an arrangement on Thursday for deliver today (Saturday). I called at 4:42pm to see when the delivery would be made. (Its a birthday gift.) They said the driver was just leaving. Its now 6:51pm, the store is closed and the delivery was never made. I will be canceling my order first thing Monday (since they arent open on Sunday).

Made order at 8:30am for same day delivery at an office close by. It is still not here and 4:30pm. I have called twice since 3:00pm and been told it is out for delivery. Spending well over $100 for the gift plus the extra for same day delivery and it MIGHT barely make it before we close for the day. I rarely have to leave a bad review for a place but Im truly not pleased with this service. If it is just a stellar arrangement I might raise to 2 stars but my confidence is not high at the moment.

Terrible customer service and incorrect order. I placed a single order containing two items - one box of strawberries and one package that included a fruit bouquet, balloon, and bear. I included pick up instructions that were not followed. First, the person picking up was given just just one of the items. She drove back to the store and was given only part of the second item. I called the store line several times and the line disconnected. One time, an employee picked up, could not locate the order, said he had to restart the computer and would put me on hold for a minute. I hung up after 6 minutes of silence. I called the 1800 number and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Not impressed.

I called every florist in Edmond in order to get my friend some birthday arragements delivered, and no one could deliver, same-day. I stumbled upon edibles website and they were able to deliver the gifts the same day! In fact, they delivered 3 hours later. A+ service! Will continue to use from here on out.

****EDMOND LOCATION****This place is terrible. Rude owner/manager. Ordered two weeks ago to be delivered to a SCHOOL teacher today, the 14th.....the school closes at 3 (common sense). Called the first time at 2pm and the rude guy answering the phone said it was out for delivery and they would try their best to get there by 5, I’m like NO, the school closes at 3. He said “ma’am, we have over 300 orders, we are doing the best we can. I’m like, the school closes in 30 minutes. He hung up. Really??? I call back at 3, talk to the manager and tell him that this is the worst service. He says “thank you for the compliment. I said “can I get a refund” he said call me back Saturday and I’ll give you a refund, I need to make sure it doesn’t get delivered” I’m like, are you kidding me? The school is now closed, it won’t be delivered! Omg! Long story short....I will never order from the Edmond store again. Holy moly. Ordered my daughter an arrangement two days prior to her birthday to make sure the shop had plenty of time to make and deliver the arrangement. Verified delivery 3 times with the shop. They assured me delivery would be made between 12:30 and 1:00 on her birthday. At 1:15 the delivery had not been made. I called the shop.....At 3:30 and 6 calls to the shop later, the arrangement still had not been delivered. Was told the delivery driver would not answer their calls from the shop. Really? Was also told the delivery driver had vehicle trouble. Vehicle trouble and he wouldnt call the shop or answer their calls???? One excuse after another. Come to find out there were 3 orders on that same day that were never made and delivered. Dont waste your time with this shop--will only end up in heartache. I would give zero stars, but it wouldnt let me.

My boyfriend ordered an arrangement days before Valentines day and it never showed. I called on Thursday and they told me they had gotten behind-totally fine. We agreed on the arrangement to be delivered on Friday (two days after the original delivery date) and it didnt show on Friday either! The arrangement was $120 and they were completely okay taking that money and not delivering the arrangement! Completely outrageous, use the Moore store!!

I was so surprised when I got an arrangement from my family, the basket looked amazing. It was a delicious bouquet for a 4th of July party I hosted.

My boyfriend ordered me an arrangment for Valentine’s Day the Friday before Valentine’s. It didn’t show up on valentines. It’s the day after valentines and it still hasn’t come. With a call to this business we found out they didn’t even print out the order to make the arrangement...they didn’t call to tell him we can’t get to your order or even cancel it. This the 3rd year in a row where my husband has ordered an edible arrangement for me for valentines day, and it was not delivered before 5pm. I say 5pm since he puts my companies name on the address so they know we will be closing at 5, since most companies do. I live 30 min away, so now I am stuck waiting by myself at my office for this to be delivered. Have I mentioned yet that I work less than a mile from them, I can actually see the back of the office park where they are located from my office window. I will make sure to NEVER have him order anything from this location again. Being close is not an excuse for them to not deliver my item in a timely manner. He worked so hard to surprise me and then had to tell me I need to wait at my office so I can receive it. Last year my chocolate covered fruit was melted and the rest of the fruit was extremely warm like it had been siting outside in the sun all day. It was absolutely disgusting. How corporate has not noticed all of the negative reviews is beyond me. NEVER AGAIN!!!

After reading the negative reviews, I was concerned about ordering from Edible Arrangements. I literally just picked up an arrangement an hour ago and I thought they deserved a current review. I placed an order two days ago and the gentleman that spoke with me was very courteous and helpful concerning my selection. The arrangement was ready for the pickup time scheduled and it was exactly what I ordered. The two individuals in the store were very pleasant. I dont know if there has been a change in management or if the earlier complaints were isolated incidents, but I do know that my experience was exactly what it should have been and I would not hesitate to order from them in the future.

My daughter in law sent us a fruit bouquet for our 60th anniversary from the store in Edmond,OK and none of the fruit was edible. It was under ripe and tasteless, except for the chocolate covered strawberries, they were squishy, overripe. We had to throw it all away. I posted reviews on two websites and even went to the store. Of course, the manager was not there, but the employee said he would call, which never happened. Never again will I cross their threshold.

Do not order from Edible Arrangements, especially in Edmond. Made a specific order for Valentines Day which was never delivered. Called at 7:30pm worried about the delivery and was assured that they were delivering until 9pm so it would be delivered. As such, another order at another florist wasnt place and the Edible Arrangements order never showed. Contacted corporate who said to allow the store 24 to 48 hours to respond. No email, no contact for 2.5 days, then was asked how could they help me. No apology for ruining a Valentines order. Only offered a refund or deliver of something 3 days after Valentines Day. My expectation would be a refund and a free delivered item to truly apologize for ruining someones Valentines day and to prove that the business could actually fulfill a delivery order. Why would I again, freely, give you my money to screw up another order? Im not going to blindly trust the store. You need to earn business. Its not just guaranteed and expected. I would never order from here because you wont get your order and will be treated like crap if you expect anything other than a refund of the money they took from which prevented you from spending your money somewhere else. Corporate wont step in because they just hide behind every store is independently run. The Certified Happiness policy listed on the corporate website is meaningless.

I will say the food was wonderful but the staff was just horrible!!! I call to have something sent for a sweet 16 birthday. There was snow on the ground so I did asked if they could do it that day and was told yes they could but then they call me back to ask if I really needed it that day. I told the staff yes I did need that day and if they could not it was ok as I had call flower stores first and they told me yes they could make that day. The staff the said well fine and started to hang up as they were saying how rude that b---h was I really like the Edible Arrangements but will never order or pick up from them again. I was not rude and understood if they were unable to make to delivery and would have went with flower but to have they say that as they were hanging up phone is just bad business

I have to put a review about this place because they have gone above and beyond after a not so great situation. I had ordered my wife some chocolate covered strawberries two weeks before Valentines Day. I paid extra for it to be delivered to my wifes work before 12. By 4pm that evening I asked if she had gotten anything special for the holiday and she claimed no. I called and called and got the same answer, they will be delivered today by 6. Never got delivered. I was furious. That Friday, the strawberries arrived and were amazing. I got a full refund, a voucher, and today, they sent me an apologetic basket for the issue. Even though we had some issues, they really made it right with me and am thankful. Hopefully next time goes a little smoother, going to give another chance. I hope if you had a bad experience, youll do the same

Ive never ordered anything from here but just looking from the reviews they are a scam and steal your money. And even when they do deliver they are scrambling to make it on time. I was driving on the freeway one day and a car from this company cut me off by crossing a solid white line and failing to yield on the yield sign! 10/10 driving speed racer I hope you at least made the delivery. This place is a joke...

Horrible customer service. Would never recommend using their delivery service. They called to say it would be delivered within an hour and three hours later still nothing. Called to check on the order and was yelled at by the owner and the owner called us liars saying they never called and said it would be delivered again. Will NEVER order from them again.

I frequently order arrangements from EA and usually have the option to choose the NW Expressway location, this time I didn’t have that option. I ordered an arrangement for my special woman’s birthday expecting it to be a later delivery I had to convince her to stick around the house till around noon. I called the store at 3:25 just to see what the deal was because they never updated the status on the website. They informed me that the order was ready and just waiting for the driver. They showed up at 4:15 with her arrangement, I had to ruin not only my surprise and finally tell her why she was waiting around but my 3 year old daughters expectations because she had something to give her when she got her arrangement. I sent an email thinking ok this is a big corporation surely with all the negative reviews of this location on top of a quick email they will look into the situation. I was disappointed to find out that if you email about a specific order it only goes to the location that fulfilled the order. So depending on the response I get back if any my rating may change but I’m definitely going to continue to reach out to someone in the corporate side of this company.

2/14/2018 My order NEVER ARRIVED!!! I ordered DAYS ago to be delivered on Valentines Day. Its 10pm and not only has the arrangement not shown up but they arent even answering the phone. And I started trying to call at 1:30pm! These arrangements arent cheap and then add on delivery costs!!! I will never order from them again!!! They say they delivery to businesses by 5pm ALL LIES!!!! Dont order from this store!

Otherwise it would be none!They will gladly take your money, confirm in email receipt of order and then let you down with no delivery or phone call. I bought some chocolate covered fruits on Monday and the lady working was in the back preparation area. Apparently, the batteries in the doorbell were dead because I waited out in the lobby for almost 20 minutes. After I received my order, I asked for a manager to let them know of my long wait. She said there was no manager on duty. I asked her to have a manager call me and left my contact information. It took over 48 hours to receive a call back. When I did get a call back, it was the same lady from Monday. She offered me something free which I declined. I dont appreciate being bribed or an attempted poor coverup on unacceptable customer service. My family has placed orders with them multiple times in the past, however, this will be the last time I will go to Edible Arrangements.

We received an arrangement as a gift and the fruit was delicious! We will definitely order again!

I ordered a strawberry platter for Mothers Day. Ordered 5 days before and scheduled pickup for 3 days before the day. I waited 30 min past their scheduled pickup just for them to try and give me 14 strawberries, instead of the 30+ in the picture and they refused to add more. It seems that their method is to use someone with a foreign accent at the counter, to make it harder to dispute an issue, and then present you with a fraction of what you ordered so you’re either S.O.L or swindled. No comments on the taste because I left empty-handed.

As if now they dont get any positive reviews from me. I ordered for my husband online and called to get an update and right off the bat the girl was very rude. She said she cant give me an update or a status and said that there was nothing she could do for me more. I am still currently waiting for the order to be delivered. And since he leaves at 3 all efforts are pointless. I will not be ordering from them again.

Went in to pick up an order for my daughters birthday, the staff was great. I even got a sample.

My husband ordered a very expensive arrangement several days before Valentines day for me. It never arrived! We tried to call the store in Edmond that we purchased the arrangement from and was not able to get through all day. The other office on NW EXPRESSWAY said they probably took their phone off the hook because theyre too busy. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am very disappointed with the service from the company and recommend to everyone reading this review to go elsewhere with your money and save yourself the hassel! 0 star review.

There staff is really nice but .. I placed a order on the February 13 at 930am paid for it and wanted to pick it up on the 14 at 930 got there at 1030 they asked me to wait another 20min for my order that was unacceptable and inconvenience to my time.Then I got a call at 1240pm saying my order was ready and when I got it my order was wrong just be prepared for the lack of communication and your order may be messed up with out any consideration of u being the customer.

Ordered a week in advance and my love still hasn’t gotten her birthday gift. Horrible EA location!!

Edmond Store - Rude and hateful and put on hold three times when i called. I first tried using the web page and after filling out everything it said it was currently down and gave me a list of store locations that could complete my order for me. I called the store at the top of the list seeing it was not far from the house. the lady that answered was rude and hateful and while getting my information i was placed on hold three times finally i gave her my address and she said we cant deliver same day i said that was okay and arranged for delivery two days later. she then said we dont deliver to that area and hung up!!!

Horribly managed regret not reading the reviews before ordering. Go elsewhere or make your own arrangment itll be a better experince for you

Should have read the reviews... she said my order was in transit 3 HOURS AGO... I then call again and they told me it was sent to the nw expressway store and that he will be here about 4:40pm.. I ordered at freaking 12pm lol...

They sent it to the wrong address AND disnt get us a refund. Great idea for a business but RUDE and ineffective.

We arranged a bouquet for a friend to be delivered the next day. She did not receive the delivery at all the day promised. We tried calling but received no answer and will try again tomorrow.If we had read the previous reviews, we might have and probably should have, not placed the order with this company.We live in Canada and were visiting a friend in Edmond and now we have to call long distance to see if we can get this solved. Even if they do eventually deliver, the surprise is now gone as we had to speak to our friend to see if the delivery was made.
