I have had nothing but problems since I got here the owner is rude as hell and DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS!! I got a car with no heat. And a spare tire with the wrong rim. They said the heat is my problem. And when I came to switch out my spare tire it went from the one on the left to the one on the right. A COMPLETELY BALD DONUT!! NEVER EVER EVER EVER COME TO BUY A CAR FROM THIS LOT IN YOUR LIFE!! I would have rather took a bullet to the foot than deal with this sorry excuse for a business.

We are praying for this Owner and his morals. We have begun our search for another vehicle (no stars) NO STARS! brought a car from here 7 days later we have to put a new engine in the vehicle??? I guess you have to have a license to have a business not to run reputable business ??? I should have gone to Kalidy Kia

Greatest car buying experience EVER! There was no pressure to buy and they took the time to answer all my questions. They asked me what I was in the market for and made sure I got what I wanted. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. The owner even took the time to come by my office to help me finish the paperwork. Would recommend them to friends and family!!

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Receptionist literally hung up on me!!!! I dont know how she keeps a job.

We went by there and took 22 pictures and the Business License is in the window ... really?? And because I wrote Edmond Credit Auto and not: Edmond Auto Credit?? I had to start all over? Play semantics. Original Complaint: 06/26/2020 we brought a vehicle for the street ministry and to feed the ones who can not help themselves... from here drove it from Britton Road and Western to MidWest City ran hot??? Would Never Under Any Circumstance Use. Horrible Company 0 Stars

Bought a cash car sold as legal and running and no reported issues other than a missing passenger-side mirror. I left the dealership to get the oil changed and the mechanic refused saying I had a gas leak. Already starting to regret it, then I got the fuel filter repaired (for $300) and the next day my car wouldn’t turn over. Apparently the “new” battery wasn’t new and needs to be replaced. So purchase at your own risk here.

Bought a Chevy Cavalier back in 2012 and Im still driving it almost 6 years later. At that time it was easier for me to make weekly payments with tip money. Thankfully Ferlin worked with me on 3 different occasions when I didnt have my payment. I always made it top priority to communicate about late payments sometimes contacting them on a daily bases until I could make a payment. I had horrible credit back then and 2 other car dealerships turned me down. I am so thankful for the salesman named David. David told me that cavalier is the best car we have on the lot and if you keep oil in it and never let it get hot it will last you a long time. It wasnt my first, second, or third choice but I listened to David went with his recommendation and purchased my 2004 cavalier. What an excellent car this has been. With approximately 240,000 miles I continue to drive on a daily basis everything still works! If you need a car have little cash but have a job Ferlin will make that dream a reality.

I bought a car one week later it wouldnt start up called up to the dealership they where so rude didnt wanna hear me out at all just blew me off.......do not buy from this dealership

I was just there to lock at Chevrolet Impala for $1975 car runs ruff took to Autozone and was told battery was no good. I advise would be back with mechanic and the rude white lady told me I couldnt have a mechanic look at car. Very poor customer service, rude and sells lemon cars.... DO NOT BUT CAR FROM HERE!!!!

This is not a Grade A place to do business waiting more than 30 days for a title on a vehicle CASH purchase is simply not a noble thing this has nothing to do with him being atheist in the bible beltway but where are his morals and values a purchase on 06/25/2020 and a new motor (not rebuilt) was purchased on 07/09/2020 ... I KNOW RIGHT!

The commercials alone are hideous . I complained once about him YELLING and they wrote me back with rude comments. I wasnt rude about it. You get more with honey ..right?? Maybe he should try and whisper, no one has done that . QUIT YELLING...!

Terrible place to get a car.. the car we got broke within hours of leaving the lot.. the car is as is but hours? And when called the owner he was so rudeAvoid this place!!

The owner is rude and has no respect for himself or others. Also he doesnt have understanding of people and there, lives. Also if your a, day late he acts like a complete fool, customer service is, horrible.

But this man won’t trade me into another car! I put cash down Friday and Today is the first day I’ve gotten to drive it. & it STILL cuts off on me! I really would just like my money back🤦🏽‍♀️ Seriously! Worst customer service ever. Worst dealership ever!
