I had a great experience at Bella Rose in Edmond! I wasn’t really sure what to expect coming into the appointment. I thought I would just try on some dresses and leave, still searching for the perfect one. My consultant, Bry, truly made the experience memorable! She was very informative and took note of details I liked from each dress I tried on. I found my dress pretty fast! I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Bry!

This bridal shop was full of sweet encouraging women. That were so helpful. I went into the store already want a dress I had picked out at a shop I went to before them. I feel in love with a dress there and they helped me talk through a couple of customizations so that I could get the best of both worlds from my two favorite dresses. Thanks to them I am going to feel like royalty at my wedding! :)

I had the BEST experience finding my dream wedding dress at Bella Rose Edmond! My consultant, Megan, was absolutely incredible! First off, she was able to squeeze me in after I missed a phone call about being able to come in off the wedding list. Second, she listened to what I wanted and was able to pull everything within the budget I wanted to stay under! Which brings me to my last thing.. (I have plenty more I could say, but this would be so long! Lol) it was so nice that she only pulled dresses that I asked about in my price rang! This helped because I didn’t try something crazy expensive on that I couldn’t afford and fall in love.. then have to put back due to the price. I never once felt pressured to buy anything if I didn’t want to! She was absolutely amazing! The manager was also really friendly and accommodating! I loved every detail of my experience from the minute I walked in the minute I left. I dont have enough good things to say about Bella Rose, I would recommend it to all soon-to-be brides!!! Ask for Megan! You won’t be disappointed!!

Megan was absolutely incredible! She listened to me when I said I didn’t like a certain part of a dress or a particular way it fit and immediately found something else. Everyone at Bella Rose was so sweet and invested in making the experience perfect for us! I’m so thankful I had such an amazing day and found my dream dress!

Not only is the new facility lovely, bright and everything nice, the staff actually looks like they are HAPPY to have you there! WOW! This was my second time coming to get a dress with a young bride to be. So much joy in this place. I recommend them over JJ Kelly any day

Bella Rose is a beautiful place with gorgeous dresses, but I had a bad experience with the lady who was helping me find a dress, Megan. She made me feel rushed (like she didn’t have time), and made me feel somewhat incompetent too, on a couple of occasions. However, I still found the perfect dress. The other people working there seemed better, though. Recently, I got a call from Bella Rose (the same person who originally helped me) after I left a review. The call didn’t go well, so after she pretty much hung up on me; I ended up calling the again, so I could to talk to the owner. The owner was a very sweet lady and professional, and she apologized for my initial experience at Bella Rose Bridal. Therefore, I decided to modify my review, because there were some redeeming qualities due to the owner’s response to my experience. I’d say, try out the Norman bridal shop instead!

Absolutely love this place!!!!! I needed a dress in a month, Bella Rose was able to order me a new dress in my time frame! I originally ordered a dress from another local boutique. The consultant didn’t know how to correctly clip me. When my dress came in it looked nothing like want I originally picked... They gave me several beautiful options to choose from and I ended up falling in love with one of them! They were so helpful and so caring! Truly one of the best bridal salons in Oklahoma!!!!

To start off the facility was very nice. However, the consultant, Megan, was not accommodating. She kept looking at her watch and didnt take the brides opinion. The bride had a detailed list and it wasnt taken into consideration. The bride felt very rushed. Her shadow consultant, Sadie, was very nice. It was not a good experience overall.

I’m not one to typically leave a bad review but I felt the need to because my experience at Bella Rose in Edmond was terrible. I had high expectations coming into this bridal shop because I had such an EXCELLENT experience at the Bella Rose in Norman. I was also told on numerous occasions from when I initially called and during the appointment that, “our store carries the most designers and selection in the state of Oklahoma.” I was feeling excited to go to this shop and I even told my bridal party that I have a feeling that I will find my dress there. That was a big NOPE. Now to dive into the situation at Bella Rose in Edmond... my bridal consultant, Megan, seemed to be very annoyed from the start of the appointment. She told us that masks weren’t required because the mask mandate had been lifted in Edmond which is great but my mom just finished chemotherapy and told her that she was going to keep her mask on. The look on the bridal consultants face when my mom told her that was a little demeaning. I think she forgot the fact that she isn’t wearing a mask anymore and facial expressions can be seen full-on now. I took off my mask since I was going to be trying on dresses and so did one other guest. She asked me if I wanted help with getting the wedding dresses on and I respectfully declined because I didn’t mind doing so myself. I tried on multiple dresses, some that I liked and some that I hated. I was looking for a v-neck dress with a v-back but I was open to options. I wanted to make sure that I found “the one.” You know... since this bridal shop “carries the most in the state of Oklahoma.” In the middle of the appointment, she was like, “well you just don’t know what you want” when we were walking around I pointed out a dress that I liked and thought was pretty and she was like, “that one is for ‘bigger girls’ you wouldn’t like that one.” Turns out that dress is one of the dresses that I had pictures of on my phone, showed her, and wanted to try on. She didnt clip a single dress that I tried on so that I could get an actual feel of the dress. All of the dresses that I tried on swallowed me and if they were clipped up, maybe I could have envisioned them better. All she did was hold the back of some dresses. Close to the end of the appointment, I was upset. I had tears in my eyes but I was able to hold back. I took a second in the dressing room to keep it together because I was feeling defeated. The owner also doesn’t want you taking pictures of wedding dresses which was different because every other bridal shop that we’ve gone to encouraged pictures so that you can sleep on it and look back to narrow out the dresses that you liked and disliked. If you are thinking about going to a Bella Rose, I HIGHLY recommend going to the one in Norman and asking for Amanda. She was amazing. Just steer clear from this location unless you like to feel demeaned throughout the whole process.

Found a beautiful dress here! Grace was so nice and made my family feel so comfortable. I was able to buy my dress off the floor for my wedding in less than 3 months and they had a huge selection of dresses i could choose from in my Budget. The one I go was $1,200 and i loved being able to take it home with me that day!

I made an appointment here and had to drive in from the Tulsa area- we were almost 30 minutes late and the girls were still so sweet and welcoming. Grace was absolutely amazing, she was so sweet and helpful and made me feel completely comfortable when I had to have help trying on dresses and was down to my undies in front of her within 15 minutes of meeting 😂. I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn’t 100% and she found absolutely gorgeous .. all of them... dresses for me to try on; any of them would have worked but I did end up finding “The One” and cannot wait for the big day and to see my fiancé’s face! Their new building is also gorgeous and I loved the huge mirrored walls and platforms!

I was in this past weekend and had a great experience with Amanda helping. She listened to what I wanted and I ended up getting the first dress she pulled!

Bella Rose has a good selection of dresses and a knowledgeable staff. Our problem came at the end. My daughter was in from out of town and wont be back for months. She thought she wanted a dress she found there but we had another appointment and would not be done before they closed. They charged us a $100.00 non-refundable measuring fee, which we did not want to pay but they said it would go toward the purchase price of the dress. However, she found her dress at the next appointment. I called to see if they would refund the measuring fee since it was the same day and they would not. We went to four places and none of the other places charged a measuring fee. I think this is a terrible business practice and definitely would not have paid it if she lived here and could have gone back. Now were out $100 for them doing exactly the same thing the other places did for free. Im sure they dont care that were unhappy since we did not buy from them, but it is very disappointing.

I Had the most wonderful experience at Bella Rose. Megan was so attentive and took my opinions to heart when selecting dresses for me to try on. I felt like I was trying on dresses with a friend I’d known for years. I can’t wait to come back to order my bridesmaids dresses! I would 100% recommend this store to any future brides.

My sister has waited her whole life to get married, and when she finally got engaged we couldn’t be more thrilled. We’ve been to many dress shops, and each one has been a nice expertise with helpful consultants trying to help her the best they could.As with many brides, we were asked by my sister to take pictures so that she could review them later. Even with my own wedding dress shopping, I forgot how I looked in each dress after leaving the shops. So of course we agreed and proceeded to take pics at every place we went.There was no sign or anything requesting that pics not be taken, so we proceeded to take pics of each dress she tried on. In additions to this, the consultant actually asked for the pic of the dresses or things that she liked from past dresses she had tried on. The manager/owner (I’m assuming) came while my sister and another girl were trying on gowns, and proceeded to comment on each of the dresses in ways that a pushy salesman at a car dealership would; trying to persuade them to buy a dress. I get that’s the goal of going in to try on gowns/dresses for your wedding, but sometimes people need to sleep/think on a dress before proceeding. She apparently didn’t care and did proceed to do that for the entire appointment. It was obvious she getting frustrated with each objection /refusal my sister made to the dresses, and when she noticed me taking pics she made the comment of “let’s only take pics of the top 3”. I made sure to inform her that this would be better for my sister so that she can view each one later, and she insisted that it would confuse my sister. Let’s note that my sister really does ask for pics of each dress so she really can look at them, it’s not just for my entertainment, and she does note what she does and doesn’t like about each dress.We proceeded to have a slight argument about it, and I finally just said okay; and I still took photos after she walked away. I get where she was coming from, but if that’s what you want your clients and guests to do maybe you should have a sign or something that says this; and maybe not argue with the sister of the bride after being a pushy salesman towards my sister and the other girl there for her appointment.My sister was VERY excited for this shop, and the experience overall with everyone there made it unpleasant, and the fact that they did that to my sister when shopping for her special day will be forever unforgettable. We will all be informing future brides of our experience, and warning them to steer clear.

She was really knowledgeable on what I wanted. When I walked in everyone was so nice and welcoming. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I went in a couple days ago with a friend to try on some wedding dresses. The experience we had there was terrible! The consultant was making rude comments like you just dont know what you want. This is a special time for my friend and she wants the PERFECT dress for her special day. I mean, who doesnt? The consultant also told us that we can only take pictures of THREE dresses. I thought that was ridiculous! We should be able to get as many pictures as we want in case she has any second guesses. We also felt like they were being extremely pushy about her buying a dress from them. My friend left there really upset because of the customer service. I will not be coming to the Edmond location ever again.

Both of my daughters found the perfect dress at Bella Rose! The store is exquisite! So many gorgeous dresses to choose from & they were treated so well by the staff. Our experiences with Bella Rose has been incredible.

I needed a bridesmaid dress for a friend’s wedding, and they they went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for (and getting it in on time)! They have such a great selection to choose from, and the whole staff is so sweet. I’m so glad I went to Bella Rose!

Bella Rose made finding my wedding dress a dream! Patricia was my consultant and she was so incredible. They only pulled dresses from our budget and it was so hard to choose because there were so many options! When I wanted to try on the dress again, the owner of the store brought it to their Tulsa location, just so that I could be certain that it was my dress. 100/10!

My mom and I quickly dropped by just to see what we could find in a very low budget. It is appointment only, but when I called they worked me in LUCKILY. CALL BEFORE YOU GO. The very first dress the owner brought me to was the one. I bought it the next morning after she kindly had a different size brought down from Tulsa. Very quick adventure through them, and the most beautiful gowns I’ve seen in town. First stop, first dress, best experience.

I was very unimpressed with our experience from the greeting at the door until we left the store. Bella Rose was the first stop on our dress shopping adventure. We didnt know what to expect but with the glowing reviews we read about this store we were excited to start our dress shopping here. We were asked our budget, my daughter was asked what style she wanted and that was it. Our consultant put some dresses in the room and left my daughter to fend for herself. She did not get the dresses out of the bags, help my daughter into them, help her out of them or help put them away. She did not offer to help spruce any dresses up with veils or additional accessories. I got scolded for looking at other dresses. When I asked our consultant if she could have my daughter try a dress on I had found her reply was, I will have to ask the bride because it is not at all like she said she wanted. My daughter tried it on and it was her favorite! I dont know if our consultant was just having a bad day or what, but we were not impressed. Luckily our next shop was the exact opposite and we found out what a fun experience dress shopping could be! And that consultants could be helpful!

They have so many wonderful, beautiful dresses to choose from. Bradi put me in gowns that matched my taste and I immediately knew I was finding my dress that day! When I went to try it on, it wasnt like I remebered and I felt like made the wrong decision, however, Bradi went out of her way to fix it! We decided what i didnt like was the color, so they sent it back and got one on pure white for me. It was PERFECT and everyone loved my dress!

I had the most amazing experience ever at Bella Rose Bridal!!!! I tried on at all the local bridal boutiques in Oklahoma and Dallas. I bought my dress during Covid restrictions. Bella Rose offered a vip (after hours appointment) I was able to bring all my bridesmaids, appetizers and champagne! I found my DREAM dress with Bree. Bella Rose was very personal and made me feel so special! They posted me on their social media after I said “yes”to the dress! My amazing experience with Bella Rose didn’t stop after I bought my dress... I was offered discounts on bridesmaids, tux, flower girl, mother of the bride, my fiancé’s wedding band, free steaming of my gown, and then even after my wedding a discount on my cleaning and preservation! I would highly recommend Bella Rose to all my family and friends!

The store had so many beautiful options to choose from and did a great job with enforcing COVID policies. I definitely recommend going here!

I bought my wedding dress from here several weeks ago. My consultant was nice, but she had to ask me my name again when we were checking out. I feel like to spend so much money and it be such a personal experience, she could have at least tried to remember my name. Their communication afterwards has been poor. The consultant said my dress would be here in two weeks, but it has been three weeks now. Obviously, I totally understand slower shipping, ESPECIALLY with Covid-19, but their lack of communication and return of calls/emails about the location of the dress has been poor. Bella Rose is a good option if none other work, but their communication and lack of personalization would make me not refer others here.

Although I did not buy my wedding dress here, I still had a great experience at Bella Rose Bridal. I had an appointment earlier in the day at another store, and ended up falling in love with a dress there, but still wanted to go to Bella Rose just for my peace of mind. My consultant, Rachel, asked if I had been shopping before and asked about the other dress that I loved. I showed her a photo, and instead of trying to change my mind, she simply said that we would either find a dress I loved more, or reaffirm that was the dress for me. She pulled some different styles and made it clear she did not want to recreate the other dress, but explore if there was another one out there for me. She pulled three beautiful dresses, and when I tried them on asked my honest opinion on how I felt about it compared to the other dress. After the second dress I told her I just kept going back to the one at the other store, and she was so nice and happy for me that I found my dress, even if it wasnt at Bella Rose. She was very encouraging and did not try to sway me at all to buy a dress from Bella Rose instead, but to go with the one that I couldnt stop thinking about. Even if I didnt buy my dress here, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend!

I am giving this 5 stars because I found the perfect wedding dress! Because of covid, they had you take the dress out of the bag and put it on yourself and then step out of the dressing room and have them clip it. They have you hang the dress up yourself after you take it off (they re hang it better after - they just need it together to remove it out of the dressing room). The lady who helped me initially seemed a little annoyed that I didn’t know the style of dress I wanted which made me feel like a nuisance to her and when she asked where else I had looked at dresses, proceed to say how the other places were probably not upfront about the total costs and lead times involved with the dress (which was not true). It came across as a little unprofessional BUT as time progressed and she figured out my style, she warmed up and ended up helping me select an amazing dress. She went above and beyond and pulled a few different veils to try and made me feel beautiful. She even had another bridal party go to the other side of the store to try on so that my party was comfortable (to accommodate my very covid conscious friend). Overall a pretty great experience! The beginning was just felt a little unwelcoming/uncomfortable.

Grace was an amazing help today with our bride! She even communicated to me over FaceTime and took the time to show layers of the dresses and details I could not see in pictures!

I had the pleasure of working with Sydney and she was absolutely amazing at her job! She was patient, kind, fun and very encouraging. I had a great experience today at Bella Rose Edmond! My consultant was Shelby and she was extremely sweet and amazing. I told her what I had in mind and then two dresses later...we found THE ONE! :) A huge thanks to Shelby and her manager because they were also able to adjust the cost of the dress for me due to a broken zipper. I highly recommend this place, as you will not be disappointed.P.S-I had previously purchased a dress at David’s Bridal, but ended up returning it after my visit today at Bella Rose.

Unfortunately, my experience with Bella Rose was less than stellar. When I arrived with my small party, we were seated and everything seemed like it was going to be off to a great start-loved how the place looked, we were checked in by a friendly face, I was ready to look for my dress. The girl that was helping me came up, and asked what kind of a dress I was looking for, and to be quite honest, I could only give a couple of details as I did not have a specific dress in mind, but was hopeful to remain open minded and try anything. I did not think that was a bad thing, however, after trying on 3-4 dresses with none of them matching the few descriptions I had given the girl helping, she spoke up and not very nicely said l, “Well, maybe I’m just not understanding what exactly you’re looking for.” And to an extent, that’s fair, I have no idea either, but that comment seemed unnecessary, and it was at that point that I was just over the whole thing. We were finally given the opportunity to go walk around and look at dresses, and unfortunately, were less than impressed with the selection, especially with the asking price being what it was for some of them. My best friend had asked the girl helping me for two things: a corset, if they have one, because let’s be real, it’s a bit uncomfortable to be naked in a tiny room with a stranger that is also doing the most bare minimum to help me get into my dress besides just handing it to me waiting for me to jump in it. And the second thing being a mermaid-style dress, just to see how that style would look on me. Neither one of those things were done, unfortunately. And for whatever reason, throughout the entire appointment, she kept telling me about their selection at the Norman location and encouraging me to go check it out. Basically, the entire experience was such a downer that it made me honestly question wether or not I should be ready to be dress shopping, and it shouldn’t have been like that. It should be an exciting time, and I had hoped that I’d have as a fantastic experience as I did at another bridal shop the day prior. There my feedback was being listened to, I felt like a priority and the girl helping me was just a genuinely nice person that actually went above and beyond to make me feel beautiful. Sorry Bella Rose, very cute place with obviously lots of great experiences that others have had, just wish it was the same for me.

I’m not someone that would typically take the time to leave a negative review for any business, however I do feel that this experience impacted my day so negatively, it would be unfair to others in my position not to share. My consultant was inexperienced and was not willing to listen to our requests. We were not allowed to browse the selection like we’d asked. None of the dresses I tried on were clamped properly. The consultant grew frustrated as the appointment progressed. The Owner was pretentious when speaking with us and seemed annoyed that we were unable to find a dress we liked. We did not have a strict budget and were willing to buy the same day. We were mindful when coming close to the end of our appointment and asked the consultant if she had an appointment after ours, she said no. We were not able to take pictures of our “top 3 dresses” like we were told and when we were told no, the owner said to us, the consultant’s next appointment was “about to arrive.” Rushing us out the door, we believe this was due to the fact that we were unable to find a dress to buy. This appointment literally ended with me breaking down and crying when asked, how I was feeling as we were being escorted out by the owner. I went to my second appointment of the day at Chantilly Couture, where we were allowed to browse the selection, we were able to decide which dresses were pulled, our requests were heard, we were treated with respect, our consultant (that started her position 3 weeks prior) was FANTASTIC and I fell in love with the second dress I tried on. I would hate for ANYONE to have the same experience when making such an important, expensive purchase. Please give your business to Bridal Stores that deserve it!

I had the best experience here! I had tried on dresses once before, but each dress that was pulled for me here was right on as to what I was describing and looking for. My consultant, Sydney, was SO sweet, made me feel confortable, and listened extremely well! There is a very nice selection of dresses here. I am doing a slight alteration to my dress and they were sure to triple check the price estimate so they could give us a heads up. Overall a wonderful experience and memory - would do it all over again!

This was my favorite place to try on wedding dresses! The whole staff was very kind and listened to everything I wanted. I’m happy to say I said YES to my dress here. I would highly recommend this place

My daughter got her wedding dress there. We had a great experience. They carry a huge selection of dresses. The associates work with you. They were friendly and served her well. I would highly recommend them.

So I didnt buy my dress here, but I did buy a belt from this shop and everyone was super helpful and nice! I was looking for something kind of unique and they helped me piece together something perfect! The belt I was looking for needed to be ordered and we were close to my wedding date, so they helped me to ensure the belt got there the next week! I am really thankful to these girls for being super helpful and patient with me!

I absolutely loved Bella Rose. Brady was my consultant, and she was lovely. She never made me feel pressured or rushed, and was completely on the same page as me. She respected my budget and made sure that I was happy with what I chose. I highly recommend buying your wedding dress from Bella Rose!

When we walked through the entrance, we were greeted with enthusiastic people. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. When Taylor asked what we were looking for in a dress, we had told her and even showed her a picture of what kind of a dress we were looking for. My best friend had tried on five or six dresses, but none of them were to her liking. We wanted to love the dresses, but it wasn’t what she wanted. We had apologized over and over for being picky, but it was her day, so doesn’t she deserve the perfect dress? A dress that she absolutely loves instead of looking flaws and trying to fix them? After trying on those dresses, the other girls at least tried to help and ask what else we wanted to try. However, Taylor had answered for her and said, “No, she found something else, and we’re going to call it a day.” What if there was something we wanted to try on? But we couldn’t because we were pretty much forced out of the store? I can’t believe this is the service that we got. With all the good reviews they got, we tried to give them business and were going to recommend them, even if we didn’t find the dress. But with the attitude we received, there’s no way we’re going to recommend this place to anyone anymore. The reason I am giving it 2 stars is because of the selection and the welcoming from other staff members.

I very much enjoyed my experience at Bella Rose! I found out my mother had cancer just a few weeks before I got engaged. When I had my first appointment at Bella Rose I did not have a set date for the wedding. Depending on my moms condition, it could have been as early as 2 months or 6-7 months away. They were very understanding and patient while we were trying to get more answers on my Mom’s condition and prognosis. And in the mean time, made sure we found the perfect dress that took both my Mom and I’s breath away! After 3 appointments over a months time, I finally found my dream dress! Thank you!!

I had my appointment with the store owner, Petra, and the experience was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. The salon is beautiful and her selection is far beyond anything I could find at other bridal stores, not to mention she was extremely patient and friendly as I figured out just what I wanted. She extended my appointment almost half an hour over the allotted time, making it clear that she was truly on a mission to find my perfect dress. In the end she pulled something I never would have thought of and I fell absolutely in love. Great experience!

My time at Bella Rose was amazing. I went in the 2nd day they were re-open after the COVID-19 stay at home order. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean. I was also the only bride in the store and everyone made me feel extra special. Every time I came out of the dressing room multiple people oo-ed and aw-ed over my dresses.I hadnt planned to buy the day I went in, but Shelby was so amazing and listened to exactly what I wanted. She pulled as many dresses as I wanted and let me stay in each dress as long as I wanted. She walked me through each step and answered all the questions I had. She made me feel really comfortable and confident about my decision to buy THE dress! Thank you to everyone at Bella Rose for making my day so special!

Didnt purchase my dress from here but Bretani was amazing, helpful and super accomadating! I usually hate shopping because I get really uncomfortable but she made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. She also was able to help me figure out what I wanted in a wedding dress and what looks good on me.

I shopped at Bella Rose in October for my wedding dress. The staff was amazing! I was admittedly undecided about exactly what I wanted, but after trying on only 4 dresses, the consultant had found my dream dress - which wasnt even a style Id originally thought I wanted to try on! I was amazed that she took the time to pay so close attention to detail in what I said that I did and didnt like about each dress I tried on. The girls were all so helpful! They made me feel so confident and beautiful and helped match my accessories perfectly. Thank you so much to all of the staff for your help!!

Bella Rose Bridal was amazing! They were so nice to me and my family/friends and made me feel like a beautiful bride! We went on a weekday so it wasn’t busy at all and they allowed me to walk around the store and even step outside in the dress to see it in the daylight!

This was my first stop to shop for the perfect bridal gown!! The experience was so great thanks to Brittany D!! She listened so well and made great suggestions!! The process ran so unbelievably smooth and it took no time at all to get in and out of all the dresses with her help. I couldnt have imagined a better experience for our party of 7--She definitely had her hands full! Brittany has great attention to detail making it very easy to point out differences in each gown when I couldnt decide between a few! I believe she truly cared about finding me the PERFECT dress for my big day! She explained everything in detail about the ordering process, measurements, fitting, and alterations after I had finally said YES TO THE DRESS!! Brittany also assisted us for bridesmaid dresses as well! Another worker had watched me try on a few dresses too and was also oh so nice and helpful! Bella Rose is a fantastic place and they are beyond lucky to have Brittany!! I will forever recommend this place to all my family and friends!! Bella Rose Bridal far exceeded any expectations I had. Leah went above and beyond in helping me have a delightful time choosing the right dress. She also helped with flower girl dresses and my mother-in-law’s dress. I felt like Leah instantly cared about helping me! We had a slight issue with the first seamstress we went to, but Petra allowed us to come in and speak about the concerns we had. The customer service I received at Bella Rose was incredible and I will continue to recommend them.

I purchased my wedding dress from Bella Rose in June of this year. It was a fully beaded gown in a size 8, and I am a size 0-2. Our consultant heavily pressured us to buy the size 8 gown they had on the floor. She stated that no matter what alterations need to be made on the dress, their seamstress charges a flat rate of $265. Therefore, she said it did not make sense for us to order a new (more expensive) dress in my size, because it would have to be altered for $265 anyway to fit perfectly. Took my dress to their recommended seamstress and was charged $719. The seamstress has no knowledge of the $265 flat rate they promised us at Bella Rose. My mother and I both reached out to Bella Rose before the wedding. They did not apologize and no attempts were made to help fix their mistake. I would not recommend this bridal salon for obvious reasons.

My family went into the store. A lady came up to them and said she would find someone to help them. She walked to a door, turned around and walked back to them and said they didn’t have anyone who could help them today. They would need to make an appointment and it would be tomorrow before they could get in. She was rude. They weren’t even allowed to look at dresses. They left and we will not ever return to that store. They evidently don’t need the business.

Brittany was sweet and she made us feel very comfortable. Ive tried out other bridal shops and it was a night and day experience. They are way nicer, not snooty or pushy at all like Ive experienced elsewhere. I went on a weeknight and we were the only ones, so we got all the attention! I highly recommend Bella Rose and Brittany.

I had the best experience at Bella Rose, with no intentions on buying a gown I set up an appointment to look at their sample sale they were having. I called and they got me in the same day. When I walked in Leah asked me exactly what I was looking for and she pulled only what I had told her. Some other places had been showing me gowns that were far from anything I mentioned. She also told me I could look through the dresses as well. But, as we began trying them on I realized I wouldnt need to look for myself, she had pulled the perfect gowns, and I ended up loving the 3rd one I tried on. She worked with my mother and I to put it on hold until we could pay in full and I am SO thankful Leah made this experience so easy and exciting for me. We are going back to look for Bridesmaids dresses and the flower girls dress. I would recommend Bella Rose to any bride looking for the one.

I cant say enough good things about Bradi at Bella Rose. This was my second place to try on dresses and she was absolutely AMAZING! On top of that the dress selection was wonderful. They have every kind of dress you could want for great prices.

I loved this place. It was my second stop after an hour or so at Davids Bridal. I left Davids Bridal upset after a mistake made on my consultants behalf, ready to just go home and not looking forward to more dress shopping.But when I got there, the staff made me feel so much more confident in myself and in finding a dress. Very attentive to detail and even pulled out a few dresses for me to try on that I never would have picked for myself, and one of them turned out being the perfect dress for me!Id highly recommend this place to anyone I know.

Petra is amazing, she will do WHATEVER it takes to make you feel beautiful on your special day! She went above and beyond for me after we had to change our wedding date and move it up. Her and her staff are friendly, helpful and above all else KIND!

I just walked in without an appt to look at the dresses they had. Patricia had a cancelation and was able to help me. She was wonderful! She was very helpful and was able to find dresses that matched what I was looking for.

I came her for my wedding dress and found the perfect dress! I had to find a dress in a hurry, only a month before we got married. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dress!

This place is by far the best bridal shop in all of Edmond and OKC. The staff are very helpful, patient and caring! And the shop is clean and organized. Many of the others were NOT. Prices are VERY good and the quality excellent.

Well I walked in on a Tuesday n had wonderful service and told them I would call back on Friday to order my dress. I call on Saturday n then no one ever returned my phone call so then I emailed them and no response until late one night. Waited for a phone call the next morning and never got one, so I showed back up to order in person. I asked if they had a similar dress in the size I was needing so I could try on and they did. Well I saw one more dress I wanted to try so I grabbed it n went into room to try on and I over hear a conversation where two of the workers were discussing the dress I was needing and I hear did u find the dress? The girl responds yes and then the other girl responds with that is huuuugggeeee! Ive never felt so bad about my body before in my life. Also Ive lost 100 lbs already and that made me feel super ashamed of myself. If I could have I would of marched out of there and found a new dress somewhere else, but I fell in love with the dress I ordered so I went ahead and ordered my dress but after this they will never have anymore of my business and Im not normally mean like this. I usually brush it off but this is for my wedding day the happiest day in my life all ruined by one persons remark. Just wanted my story out there.

I would not go here to find a dress unless you want to be told what dress they want you to buy. The dresses look cheaply made and the consultants are extremely pushy. They make it sound as if your wedding will be ruined if you dont buy a dress from them. They have affordable prices but thats their only positive attribute. The girls are really nice but they do not have your best look in mind.

It was really nice got stuck on 2 dresses and everyone gave me a option about both of them till I was able to decide. They also work with other places that will give you great deals on things like rings and allegations.

Loved the lady who worked with my daughter. she found her the perfect dress and worked her best to get the right price!!! A++++ for service and gown selection.

SIZE MATTERS! WHEN SHOPPING FOR THE DRESS....we were told the dress of my daughters dreams needed to be a size 12 even though my daughter has never worn a size 12. We discussed them getting a 10 and they were adamant she needed a 12 and that with minor alterations that should only cost around $40.00 it would fit her like a glove! 3 months later when the dress came in it was so big that the alterations person they sent us to said, I can not take it up enough, without loosing the style of the dress...she needed a 10! We notified Bella Rose and the owner assured us it had to be missized from the designer, she ordered another 12- again we said we felt a 10 should be ordered....again we were told that by their measurements it needed to be a 12. The dress arrived in 10 days, the owner escorted us to another alterations person (as we were leaving the store one of the salespeople said, be sure and be very clear what you want done. Of course that concerned us....and when we arrived at the alterations person we understood it was due to the language barrier) we were still hopeful and trusted that we had been directed by Bella Rose to an expert. We picked up the dress 1 month later.....it had wrinkles SEWED into it, it had a definite BULGE in the front stomach area - it did not fit like a glove! I tried numerous times to make contact with owner.....and even the designer just trying to get someone to tell us how to fix the dress.....the only option I was given by Bella Rose was to purchase a different dress at a discounted price. The dress was over $1300.00 and we had $200.00 in alterations, purchasing another dress was not an option. We just wanted what had been represented to us....I tried getting other alterations people to fix it, and couldnt get anyone to TOUCH IT! It is a lace dress......the wedding is next week and now I tell my daughter that she will just have to put the bouquet in front of the bulge to hide it. I pleaded with the owner to make this situation fair to all concerned, with no reply! The dress of my daughters dream has been heartbreaking - we do realize the ceremony is what is important! If you want a salon that tells you anything to sell you the dress and doesnt stand behind the sale this is the place for you!

Operates like a car dealership and that is most certainly not a compliment. My fiancee was trying to describe what she was looking for in her wedding dress and it basically went in one ear and out the other. Instead of listening to what she was wanting and being accommodating, Taylor kept stating that the dress could be fixed in order to sell what was being tried. This was not our experience at the other stores that have been visited. My fiancee had tried six dresses when Taylor abruptly ended the session 45 minutes into the scheduled hour and a half session and insinuated that we were done as her assistant was still trying to help. Her demeanor suggested impatience and she acted as if my fiancee was an inconvenience. Brides are allowed to be picky for such an occassion, so youre certainly in the wrong occupation if you fail to understand such a simple concept.

The service here was AMAZING. They have a huge selection of dresses in all styles and prices. The owner is on top of everything and could not have been more helpful. This was the 6th place I looked at dresses and it didnt even compare to the others. I will always recommend Bella Rose!

Called them on the 14 of this month. And then they never called me back. Also I came in today on the 21st to see if I can make an appointment. She came up and asked if we have an appointment and I said no but I would like to make one adn she said its appounments only. Literatly said that to my mom grandma and my sister also. Then I asked to see if I could just look to see if they have what I like and I dont want to try them on. I know better then that. And she went to ask back there and they said no and that older lady was so snudy and had an attitude. There is a better place called pomp and pagentry. They let me look and I have an appointment and they are down to earth people. And not SNUDDY.

I am reading the reviews of this bridal salon and I my experience wasnt anything like the most recent reviews. So let me get started....my daughter had an appointment last Friday. We arrived on time and was greeted at the door and given a tour of how the dresses were categorized. After we were given the tour we were told that we could not pull out any dresses because if we ripped a dress bag, that would make things awkward. Awkward??? Awkward??? Awkward for WHO? Have you ever heard of a bridal salon that wont let you pull out a dress from the rack to look at it??? How are you expected to see the dress when they are all packed in and you can only see the dress from the side. Mind you, I was NOT going to take a dress out of a bag, I merely wanted to pull it out a ways to look at it. So what if the plastic bag ripped....arent you a bridal store that has other plastic bags??? PLEASE!!!I was surprised that the staff wasnt dressed more appropriately. I only saw 1 person wearing black. Our stylist wore a pink knit shirt and black slacks. I am surprised that the Bella Rose salon doesnt require their stylists be be more professionally dressed. Especially when you have a cliental that is prepared to spend thousands of dollars there.Somehow, my daughter managed to pick out a few dresses to try without pulling them out to view them. When we first arrived, we were shown the over-flow and finale dress locations, and when I started to go over to that area, Erin, the stylist told me that I couldnt go over there. Now why would they show us that area on the tour but the stylist wouldnt let me go back over there?Needless to say, they were not starting off on the best foot with the MOB that was prepared to purchase a dress that day. Heres a hint for your Bella Rose....dont treat the person with the money like a second class citizen.In the end, my daughter found a dress she LOVED...however, I already decided that Bella Rose was not going to get a penny from me. We can order a Maggie Sottero dress from another bridal salon in OKC.I have done this whole MOB before so this wasnt my first time around going to bridal salons. This is not how a bridal salon should present themselves.I plan to tell all my friends NOT to go to Bella Rose!!! There are many other places to go in OKC that will treat you with respect and make the whole experience special for the bride. Isnt that, after all, what a bridal store should do?

The day i tried on and purchased my dress went very well and everyone was very helpful. After that i felt mistreated. I had explained that my wedding was in a month and needed to purchase a dress of the rack and had found one online i liked that they had i could try on. The designer had a new one in stock so they ordered it for me and assured me it would be in within a week for pickup and id have plenty of time for alterations. After several phone calls 3 weeks later they finally told me it was in and ready for pick up. Apparently they didnt want to spend the money to rush the order as promised even though I spent $1300 with them . That left me only a few days for alterations which i had to rush and pay more for. They didnt apologize or offer compensation for misleading me and instead gave me excuses about processing time which i know is a lie because another bridal shop promised to have it in within a week before i decided to go here but that shop didnt have one to try on. Also, when i went to pick up my dress my veil wasnt even ordered and they said they would mail it to me. Just what a bride wants to hear only a few days before her wedding...NOT. I dont even know if i will get the veil in time for the wedding now. I felt like they only cared about my money and didnt own up to the fact that they delayed ordering my items. Its really sad because otherwise i would love to recommend this this place. The dress selection was beautiful and it was more comfortable to try on in there than other places ive been to. The workers were also very personable. I just wished they had ordered/delivered my items when they promised they could.
