Had a tire blowout on my trailer, and was able to limp to W & W. They where get help, and they squeezed me in and got me back in the road again. Friendly, fast and fair prices.

I usually do my tire business at Hibdon up the street from here. Last Friday, I needed two boat trailer tires replaced, and Hibdon said that W&W was the best for getting that done. I walked in, and walked out again about 30 min later with a pair of new road-worthy tires on my pair of rusty hubs. Good work and friendly workers.

Best repair shop around! I had W & W patch a hole in my tire a few weeks ago and they charged me a quarter of the price that a big name store would have charged. When I picked up my car, the mechanic let me know that one of my tires was about due to be replaced, but didn’t pressure me at all into replacing it right away. A couple weeks later, my husband also needed his tire patched. We tried Firestone this time because it’s much closer to our house. They refused to patch the hole and said the whole tire would need to be replaced. I called W & W and they were able to get us in the next day. They patched the hole without question and again only charged us a quarter of what Firestone would have charged. When it was time to pick up our car, we were on the other side of town and didn’t make it back to the shop until 20 minutes after close. The sweet lady working there stayed until we arrived and didn’t say a word about us being late. We won’t ever go anywhere else!!

The servicemen left their Cheeto wrapper on the floor of my car. Also, nobody wore a mask even though our city currently mandates it. Lobby is dingy and un-inviting. Will not be returning for service.

Called up on a Saturday morning and the gentleman Mike who answered the phone was helpful and very easy to work with. We were taken care of promptly and all the gentlemen in the shop were friendly to my 2 year old who was with me. Seem like good folks. Price quoted was cheaper than other places we looked. We will be back to do business in the future.

I have had problems with my car for the past year or two, and the team here has always been super friendly, helpful, and sympathetic towards my situations as they arise. Work is done promptly and service is second to none. They also stand by their work and if the part they get is a dud for any reason, they make it right. I would highly recommend them to anyone with car troubles.

I brought my motorhome in intending to buy two new tires and they saved me a bunch of money by suggesting I just rotate my fronts to the backs since they had plenty of tread life. So refreshing to find an honest and well-run business these days. W&W earns my repeat business year after year.

I love this place. Very friendly and reasonable. I have been getting tires and basic maintenance on my vehicles for over 10 years here and never had a problem. They didnt treat me like I didnt know anything because I am a woman. One of the owners is a woman and they know how to treat people.

This is the best place in town! I have 60k miles on my 2017 Kia and the dealership told me I would need brakes soon. I came here to get my brakes done and Mike; the senior technician, showed me that the pads were still looking great! Definitely honest folks at W&W. I know where to bring my car for service from now on.

For a family owned establishment they are definitely personable and willing to help. I mainly go for tire related fixes but when I do they always produce an excellent product. Took my truck here to have 2 tires changed out. The guys were very nice and professional! Took them about 30 minutes and that was after I just walked in without an appointment on the weekend. I will definitely be going back to them anytime I need tires!

We had our sons tire issues due to an accident repaired here in July. Hes a UCO student and we live out of town. My husband visited with W&W before work was done. They replaced tire in question and sold us another front end tire. When we went to Edmond a few weeks later we discovered there was severe front fender damage, totally out of alignment, steering issues, etc. By this time claim had been settled. W&W seemed interesting in only a quick repair and not addressing our car issues.

Got my wheel issue diagnosed (at no extra charge), allowed me to order the wheel I needed (without trying to sell me anything) and got my tire mounted to the new wheel once I received it, all at a price so low that I was wondering if they had mis-quoted me. Can’t recommend W&W enough, what a fantastic local business!

September 6, 2019 - Took my car to W & W Auto to see if they could fix my broken brake switch button, which because it cant hit the switch the brake lights wouldnt turn off. This drains the battery, as I discovered. The mechanic, Larry, was able to fuse two pennies together and JB Weld it to the brake pedal. It didnt take him 20 minutes! And to my surprise he refused payment for this. Count me as a new customer! Beyond grateful for their help

Bought tubes. Within the hour they were flat. They did not fix them. They were gonna charge me again for fixing them. I’ve been working for tire shops for 20+ years so I know how to install tubes.Never going back. And to top it off my dad grew up with the owner !

Absolutely fantastic service.In response to a couple of the negative reviews.15 dollars to fix a flat is reasonable and fair, and to expect it to be any less is ridiculous. The supplies to fix a tire are 5 dollars alone.. Im not sure how you expect them to make any money charging 1/3 of that.Also, in response to the Tires popping off of the bead, that isnt something that they would have anything to do with. Tires coming off of the bead after it had been sealed, is due to the way YOU are using your tires. Be less rough with them. They arent responsible for how you handle your tires after leaving the store and cant be expected to fix your mistake for free as soon as you come in. They have paying customers who arent being difficult to deal with. Understand the issue before you try and slander a small family business like this.WW Tire is a small family owned shop that has been in business for over 30 years at 3 locations. Currently owned by Larry Willingham and his daughter Jana Willingham, they have serviced the Edmond community for years. There are always going to be small problems that arise in any business, but this family has done there best to keep their prices low, and to keep customers happy.

No charge tire repair are only to try and up-sell you on tires. Hibdon wouldnt repair my tires because they had 1/3 of the the tread remaining?!? What BS! This placed repaired the tires on my Mercedes for a very cheap price. I will come back her when its actually time to replace my tires. DONT BE SCAMMED by other tire companys who offer services just to up-sell you.

They charged me $15 bucks to patch a hole in my tire caused by a nail. That is pretty darn expensive considering that Toms Tires in OKC will do it for 1/3 the price.

BUYER BEWARE!Experience # 1I took my DR Chipper tires here and when I went to get them, they had given them to someone else! They told me they argued knowing they were mine but the person insisted, so they let them have them! They told me they would get them back and for weeks I waited. Each time I stopped in I was told they were working on it and then a month later I was told “we found one of them behind a rack” I didn’t think it was mine but was told that it had to be because my name was on it in bright white chalk. They said they must have given the other customer one of mine and one of theirs. I asked them, if my name had been in bright white chaulk on my other tire as this one how could you have given it away? No answer. They finally agreed to replace the missing tire, I gave them the info to order it and after another month went by they asked me if I would just sell the chipper to them. I said no and to replace the tire. After 3 months I got my tire replaced and when I went to pick it up they also charged me for the service on the missing tire. I asked them did you not charge the person you gave mine to for the service on my missing tire, they replied “well you got a new tire out of it” I paid for the service on the one I got back but refused to pay for the service on the missing one and took my tire.Experience # 2While this was going on they also had a bobcat/ skidsteer tire of mine. When I dropped it off I watched them write my name on it while it was still on my truck. When I went to pick it up they put it in my truck themselves. When I got it home I could see immediately that the tread on the tire was going in the opposite direction of the other three, they had put it on backwards! This has been a truely terrible experience and they didnt even say they were sorry.

I bought my son a set of rims for his car for Christmas and he took it here to get them put on. After they got all the tires swapped out, the lug nuts didnt fit! Not only did they find new lug nuts at a local parts store, they stayed open late to make sure my son could have his car that evening. They went above and beyond and I wont use anyone else from now on!

Called first, We can get right to it, 45 min flat repair, but you cant leave because were going to park a truck behind yours for a 4 wheel balance. You can leave when his truck is ready.
