Came in ordered a tire for a flat..They said it would be here in a day or so and would call me. I tried calling on the 3rd, 4th and 5th day and could never get anyone to answer. I finally showed back up in person just to find out they never actually ordered my tire. I just laughed turned around and left...smh

I ordered tires online and received an email to pick them up at the auto center. Got to the auto center and had to go to the pickup location, call and say I was here, and then drive BACK to the auto center to have the tires put on and to pay for them. Ridiculous

My son took his car in for a oil change and the employee was super nice and helpful

Worst employees ever. Arrived there at 3.45 and they close at 6 or at least that’s what they say on the website and this is the second time this has happend it took me like 10 mins to get a employees attention and when I finally talk to him he says they have some technical issues and not taking anymore vehicles same thing happend last time I thought they genuinely had some problem but they only seem to have those problems if u go there in the evenings coz the employees jst want to sit around at the end and do nothing and how do u talk to their manager or supervisor like worst employees I have ever seen in any business

Waited for some help and it never came. A guy that works there walked by me and didnt acknowledge me. Some lady sitting in the office not doing anything. They only had 1 car they were working on. 3:15pm 11/11/20 . I walked back to my truck and 3 people in the shop standing around. I will never be back. What a joke.

I will not go here to buy tires again. They had me waiting for 2 hrs . Then they told me I would haft to come back. That they could not get to me. I even went to the desk after 2 he. To check on what was taken so long, and they told me I was next. Waited 1 more hr. And then they sent me home with no tires. They call me the next day and said they would give me $20 off each tire and that the where sorry.

I always get great service anytime I go here. Reasonable prices always open unlike some mom and pop shops. Staff is respectful and helpful. Its auto Care so the wait can be long sometimes.

I was driving through on my way to Houston and needed to check my tires. They took very good care of me. When I mentioned I was driving to Houston, they immediately decided to do a more thorough check on the car for free. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Great experience!

I needed a tire fixed, due to a nail. I took it in and explained, very clearly what I needed. 1 1/2 hrs later, I return wondering if they had gotten to it yet. They said yes, your all set. Turns out, they changed my oil. Then parked it out on a flat. The tire still had a nail in it. Youre not taking you car or truck to certified professionals here. Just know this before you waste your time. I plugged the tire myself in the parking lot. Thanks for forcing me to pay for an oil change I did not need.

Would give a negative if it was available! Rude customer service. Employees would rather walk around on their phones and eat instead of actually WORKING! My car was next in line for 30 minutes without another car in front of me. The other line was moving just fine! I had to go buy my own oil filter because they ran out! I will find another place to take my business !

Had a flat, road hazard, on the tire I bought from the Walmart on Memorial. These guys had it switched out in less than 30 minutes and were friendly and courteous the whole time. And right before closing. Definitely would recommend

Just left this location. To start this review, the associate referred to as Bill has to one of the most unhappy, harsh, and abrasive person I have ever met. It was like pulling teeth just to get my new truck registered into the system. After a few subtle insults about not knowing my license plate off the top of my head, I left my key. An hour and a half later, I noticed my truck was parked on the opposite side of the garage. No page, no one stuck their head in to give me a heads up, nothing. I walked up to the counter and asked if they knew if it was ready or not. The man, now named Charlie, took my slip and went to look for my key in the back. He comes out chuckling explaining its been ready for an hour. Slightly annoyed... I said okay and prepared to pay. He scanned the work order and immediately said, woah woah wait... they couldnt get the oil filter off. Youll need to take it back to where it was serviced last, so no charge. There I stood without any explanation as to why this had to happen. No one would talk to me. I assume that once I was no longer a potential paying customer, I would just be written off. Im not exactly sure why I need to drive 3 hours / 200+miles to Ft. Smith Arkansas to get an oil filter removed... This will be the last time I use this company.

The men who helped me at Walmart in Edmond Oklahoma went above and beyond the norm. They were truly a blessing to me as I was stranded at their store. I only wish I had gotten their names!!

Braxtin the guy over there was awesome! Ive never had such solid customer service from any other car maintenance shop! The other gentleman know how to carry themselves and treat customers right. I never do ratings but I had to do this before I left. Recommend!!!!

Please don’t go here for their “FREE TIRE PATCH” I waited for an hour and a half with my 2 year old for nothing. They said the nail was “too close to the side wall and couldn’t be patched and that I would have to buy a new tire” but made me wait all that time before they even took one look at it. I took it to a different tire shop in OKC and had it patched NO PROBLEM. They tell everyone the tire isn’t able to be patched to try to get you to buy a new tire. Shame on you for being dishonest and watching me try to keep my 2 year old occupied for an hour and a half when you knew exactly what you were going to try to do the whole time. I will never be back.

Sad that they told me 30 to 45 min but it took 2 1/2 hours. All I needed was a battery. At least the guys at the counter were nice.

Ridiculous wait times. Had me wait for a phone call to tell me when my single tire was finished, but the call never came. Had to go inside to see why I waited almost 3 hours. Walked past my new tire on the way inside. Asked one of the people in the shop how long it had been finished, he said at least an hour.

Technicians stand in a circle continuously with no attention or action on the 4 cars they have in the shop waiting. Lots of disgruntled customers waiting too long for services that should take way less time. Needless to say, quality of work matches technician performance. Come here expecting to wait much longer than you expect and ready to deal with very poor customer service

Mr tire tech, I dont know who youre mad at but dont take it out on your new former customer. 2nd bad experience in a row here. Wont even consider coming back. The only reason you get a 1 star rating is that your review wont post without it so dont get too excited over it. Just be glad I cant pick a negative number.

I have never actually wrote a review for anything, but this was ridiculous I went there 20 minutes after I called ahead and made sure they were open to get told by the tech to wait inside for someone to help meSo I did I waited for 20 minutes no one came so then I tried to get the tech to let me back out because I was frustrated and Walmart locks their door they acted like they did not hear me so I had to walk all the way around the store to get back to my car.

Great place for buying tires. Ive priced Walmart, Sams and Hibdon Tires and their prices have beaten both before.

Changed battery for a new one. They should have let me know it was a OReillys battery first. There was still a warranty on the old one. Too late now, i have aa new battery that works

These guys are goofy bunch of characters but they are professionals and they will always take care of you and they will even refuse your business if your safety is at stake soccer guys would always come back

You have a hard time getting waited on and they are extremely slow if you have anything done there.

Bought a 5 yr car battery two+ yrs ago from them & they replaced it free of charge.

Dont forget your oil drain plug, they might.

That arrogant old fart in automotive will never get my business again. Tried to ask about a battery today that wouldnt hold a charge a mere month after I bought it but I guess he felt 2 months is a perfect lifetime for a brand new car battery.
