Took my Gen3 99 4Runner in for a radiator and differential flush and fill. The gentlemen there found a small crack in the radiator, so we changed out the radiator as well.A little more than I was expecting to spend - but since Im planning road trips to both Texas & California soon - Im really glad they found that crack!They accomplished all this within about 3.5 hours and I was back on the road. Thanks for taking good care of my baby!

The techs did a lot of nothing. The manager never cracked a smile to make you think he appreciated your business. I am quite sure they showed me an air filter from another vehicle since it was all oily but I said replace it. I took it out a month ago blew it out.Will I go back do not know.Being sold an item did not need and a manager that does not appreciate your business

Service here was wonderful! They were very professional and offer to help in any way possible. They noticed my tag light out and replaced it and they offered to check my rear light switch for no extra cost! Cheapest oil change I think Ive EVER had done. I will definitely be returning!

This place is great. I get all my oil changes here for both of my cars. The workers always let me know if anything else needs to be taken care of, i.e., brakes, tires, etc. One of my brake lights was out and they took care of that as well. Everyone here is always friendly and they get you taken care of quickly.

I’ve been coming to this site since I’ve been a teenager and the management and staff truly are awesome! Anthony found some leaks on the pathfinder and was just honest with his words and I appreciate that. The gentleman with the glasses and Jesse that works the front seem to be the managers and it looks like they run a great team!

Absolutely amazing team of mechanics. Friendly staff and quick work. We broke down on the way from Illinois to California and had struggled to find a mechanic shop to install new spark plugs and a new O2 sensor after another shop messed it up. Very pleased with how everything turned out. This is one of the few shops in Edmond that I’ve been satisfied with. Also they will put in parts if you’ve already purchased them previous to coming in which is very helpful and saves you money. Can’t stress this enough these guys are great.

Could not ask for better service than I received today after getting railroaded from another service business here in Edmond I drove up Precision tune to get a price quote and find out their availability to repair my work vehicle and they gave me a very fair price $360 less than the other company and was able to get it repaired today!!!! My sister went for a quote on breaks. They quoted nearly $1,000. Obviously not many people are prepared for that type of quote. So she picked up her car and we were driving home, which is quite a long drive, and the car started sounding like stuff was falling off of it. Got it home and had a mechanic come to the house to look at it and apparently they decided since she wasn’t giving them around $1,000 for them to do her brakes they would not put the car back together correctly. Bolts or something was coming off the car while driving 50 mph down Memorial isn’t cool. They will not take responsibility of their mistake either when told of the problem. They say it must be a coincidence that she had bolts from her breaks or rotors flying off down the road. She was not trying to get anything from them just an acknowledgment that they need to do better. I had a similar experience with them quoting a crazy large amount for a break job. Ended up going to Firestone and got the same service at a much more reasonable price. And my car didn’t lose parts on the way home after visiting a different place. Wish I didnt have to give any stars.

Because Walmart automotive was closed and I was in a rush, I had to get a new battery fast. They charged me $21, for test and the rest for battery and installation. $268 overall. The staff was professional but never again will I go there for even my regular oil change. #lostacustomer

Just found out at the dealership when I went in for an oil change last month that someone had messed with the transmission fluid and I am now having to get a new transmission or a new car. They confirmed there was no leakage and my car did not start acting up until after my oil change I wish I would’ve trusted my instincts and brought it back but it is now too late so thanks again will NEVER return

I have been going here for my premium plus oil changes and they never fail to tell me what’s wrong or show me. I like knowing I can go to this place and they are honest, efficient, and have GREAT prices for oil changes. However, I recommend that parts are paid for half or all up front and when they come in they call and get your car to work on in the shop.

I will go there for my next oil change. They did a great job! The lady up front was very nice and knowledgeable. It was on a Friday after work, and didn’t have to wait too long.They turned off my change oil indicator light, which was a big plus! The last time I got oil changed (at a different company) they were unable to turn it off. I had to Google how to do it. If I who knows very little about cars can do it, one would think that employees at an oil change place could. That’s one of the things you’re paying for when you get an oil change.They also changed my tag light. Yes, I know I could’ve done this myself. But to be made aware of this by them instead of being pulled over by Police—which happened several yrs ago to me in a different car. I said change it and get it over with!

Ive been a Customer with precision tune for more than a decade. And let me tell you they have excellent Customer service and there also very friendly.

After a half an hour wait I asked about my car. The fog light I needed was not available but they could have it in 5 minutes? After waiting an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes after my oil change.... No thank you. They were doing pretty good until that occurred.

We have had great service here! The associate helping up front is always very calm and sympathetic. I generally hate going to the car shop by myself because I really am no car expert and some mechanics really talk down to you. However, I did not have that experience here. Weve been here a few times. This last time we couldnt figure out an issue with our rear lights on a car we just bought. They got to my car in a timely manner and were able to solve the issue quickly. It was an embarassingly simple fix but they still treated me with dignity and gave me a more than fair price. Great service and fair prices!

These people are great. They are knowledgeable about products for cars and trucks which I have no experience with and are trustworthy and reliable to do what they say they are going to do for the price discussed. Good hours mean if they are busy, you can swing back later and have a chance for less wait time. The waits arent that long anyway for routine services and checks and the lobby is comfy for taking a nap. Or you can watch some sports on the TV.

I always bring my cars here when I want a cheap oil change. There is always a wait so if possible use the early bird drop off slot available. If you do not use that service the best time to go is in mornings and or on the weekends. The free drink and nice cashier almost make up for the long wait.

I come here for oil changes. Always good and resonably priced service. They move as fast as they can, as they are small. Dont try to upsell you too much, they will ask if you want something and if you say no they will leave it at that. Saturday am is usually really busy, but most people are off on that day so theres that. They will also explain what they are doing and why, as well as whats going on (young or old). Give 6 stars if I could.

Its the opposite experience from going into jiffy lube to get your oil changed.Been in there three times in the last month between me car and the wifes. And every time I think wow! Unbelievably expensive for simple repair. Service was great and manager was very personable, but I went in there for an alternator replacement. They already had the part which I had shipped to them from OReillys just across the street. I ended up waiting a while, which I didnt mind even though they were not busy at all. They took an hour and 45 minutes to replace my alternator which I have had replaced at another shop WITH A NEW FAN BELT in 45 minutes. I walked out of there paying $193 for labor I could have done myself in 30 minutes. Cost for labor of the alternator at the other shop cost me $70 for an hour, while here it cost $190? Seems a little excessive. To put that into perspective, a Ferrari shop would cost as much hourly as I paid. Very friendly though, theyll stick it to you with a smile on their faces. If you want a complimentary drink for $100 more than you should pay for labor, this is your place.

I dont consider myself an unreasonable customer. My dad was a mechanic so I have a little bit of knowledge in certain areas. I will tell you this. The ppl were awesome at the time of the service. Great manner and of course let me know all the other things that could have been wrong with my car. I paid for the additional services and went on my way. Well apparently the negative cable was removed from my battery somehow and i drove around for a day with the reserve power. They were the only ones under my hood so I called back and the defense levels were so high I could barely talk to her. I never accused them of purposely removing the cable, maybe they dislodged it during the oil change or the other services I needed that they searched for. Either way she told me it may have been some imaginary corrosion on my battery purchased in Nov, 2014 and advised me no responsibility was going to be taken on the people who I trusted under my hood. Not happy. Not happy at all.

I really think they do a great job on my car. I have let them work on my car the last four years I have had my mazada. Sarah is a great employee! She is willing to find coupons for me and even explain anything I dont understand.

My husband sends me in to get an oil change...I know very little about cars except how to drive them. I usually avoid places because it seems like you go in, they have you wait hours, then they tell you something is devastatingly wrong with your car (knowing you dont understand what they say) so youll have stuff replaced that doesnt need replacing!And this is why I LOVE this place! They know what theyre doing, but they dont use that to intimidate you. I need felt pressured, they talked to me plainly (no crazy fancy talk), and they got it done in a reasonable amount of time. Also, when they saw me trying to look through the windshield wiper catalog, they immediately helped me and then looking it up in their system (my car ends up not even being in the catalog), then taking care of all that for me too.All in all, they took care of me really well without making me feel taken advantage of or stupid, the price was the price they told me up front, and I will be coming back for sure!

I always come here for my oil changes. Sometimes a wait, but never disappointed.

They are okay on oil changes, havent had them scam me for more money so far. They take a long time when you start adding other things. 4.5ish hours to get my oil changed and new brake pads and they didnt even get everything done that I wanted to do. Plus at the time they were relatively slow in the lobby. First they didnt find missing hardware fron the brake inspection until after. Then they didnt just come a tell me and instead went on a mission to find the part while making me continue to wait. Then they had me come back in but they didnt check thru had the right part until my car was taken apart. Wanted me to come back for a 3rd day. I cant afford to waste all of my time there. Tried to write this as a longer review twice but Google page keeps resetting my review.

Since new managment or owner has taken over this place, the quality has plummeted! Have been going to this place for 8 plus years. Took my car in for a regular oil change on Monday and long story short, they stripped the thread of my oil pan and the oil plug. Then didnt tell me, and just tried it to seal it with this rubber glue thing. I lost 6 quartz of oil. I didnt notice for about 5 days and had been driving around. If you know anything about engine oil, this could have destroyed my motor. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Do not! They will destroy your car!! Im taking it in tomorrow(Monday) and see what they are gonna do. But again STAY AWAY!

DO YOURSELF, YOUR CAR AND YOUR WALLET A HUGE FAVOR AND KEEP DRIVING PAST PRECISION TUNE .... DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR. If I could give them zero stars I would. Went there last Thursday to get an alternator replaced. Was told it would take 2 to 2.5 hours. Left almost 5 hours later and my car wasnt driving correctly. Saturday I had to jump start it three times and took it back and told them something was wrong with the alternator they installed. They supposedly checked it and told me everything was fine. Wednesday evening I was driving 55 miles an hour and the car shut down. Luckily there were no cars around me as I managed to maneuver my car to the shoulder. I jumped started it again, and not even two minutes later it died again. I was able to pull into a 7-Eleven parking lot so I would not be stuck on the shoulder in the dark and risk the possibility of getting hit while waiting for a two truck. I had it towed to Christian Bros. in Edmond where I normally get my car fixed and Thursday morning they called me to tell me the alternator in my car was bad and didnt work after performing a diagnostic test (supposedly what Precision also performed). Well, I called them and told the manager and said I didnt feel comfortable with them working on my car given ALL my bad experiences with them and asked that they either reimburse me or pay to have Christian Bros. replace the alternator. The manager told me I had to take it back to them to have them cover it even though I repeatedly told them I didnt feel safe having them work on my car considering I could have had a terrible car accident or worse. So, I am warning everyone, do NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REPAIRS. Take it to someone reputable who knows what they are doing and doesnt have to google or read message boards - managers words, to figure out how to work on your car. So they called me 18 minutes before closing time today to tell me my car was done and by the way you have a huge transmission fluid leak and we dont fix those. Strange thing, there was no transmission fluid leak that morning at Christian Bros. prior to the tow truck they ordered picking up my vehicle to take it to their shop. Took it by OReillys to check the transmission fluid level, and turns out it wasnt that. It was a coolant leak by the radiator from either a loose hose or bolt. Also, when Sarah called me at 3 to tell me my car had arrived at their shop and they were working on it, she made no mention of this HUGE TRANSMISSION LEAK, which only confirms that they caused it. Additionally, they broke the strap that holds my battery in and just threw the two pieces in the engine. I had to fish them out. I have NEVER in my entire life encountered such horrible and malicious service and never had such damage done to my vehicle from a shop that is supposed to be repairing it. Been telling people what happened and they all tell me they have heard horrible things about Precision Tune. Wish I had talked to them prior to taking my car in last week. And during this whole ordeal I have NEVER received an apology from either Sarah nor Nathan and from other online reviews I have been reading about this Precision Tune location, that seems to be the norm for them ... do a repair incorrectly, dont apologize, damage something else, dont take accountability .... I dont know how they are still in business.
