I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Jackie Cooper BMW service. My car needed some major work and they were a pleasure to work with. Service Advisor Robert Sisney was great about communicating everything to me and keeping me informed along the way. If you have a BMW I would recommend taking it to them vs any local mechanics shop. They were extremely detailed and ensured everything was running right, gave me a solid breakdown of all work completed and answered any questions I had. Going forward I will not be taking my car to anyone but them if any maintenance is needed in the future. Exceptional experience.

If you want an oil change done timely I’d highly recommend going to another dealer. Dropped the car off the night before for an 8:45am appointment the next morning. Didn’t get the car back until the following day. It takes them over 24+ hrs to perform the simplest of task, an oil change. I’d recommend not making appointments if you cannot meet even the lowest of expectations. But they’re happy to try and up sell ya!!

I worked with Carson M. as my mechanic & Parker as my service advisor. All I have to say is WOW. On a roadtrip, limped my bmw diesel in from Colorado to their shop in Edmond, OK. They ordered the part straight away and it got there the next morning. It was done within the day. Team effort, but strong focus & dedication to their assigned vehicle. Nothing but professionalism exudes off these two 🤝. Best BMW service Ive ever had.. Actually, the best service in general that Ive ever had!!Side note to some other BMdub peeps, a smile goes a longggg wayyy 😁 its really not that hard to be nice!
