I ordered a milk shake and when I took a sip all I got was milk. Barely any ice cream.definitely will not order from there again.If you are going to get ice cream there right now, I strongly recommend you reconsider it.

Shock!!! Paid $19 for 2 cones of soft ice cream ( one vanilla and one twist). Let me say I have never written a bad review on anyone regardless of service or cost but I think this establishment deserves the worst rating( average ice cream and comparable at McDonald’s would have been about $3 total. There is nothing special with this ice cream. The brother of the owner claims that due to the high rents that is what the have to charge. I can say with 100percent certainty I will never order ice cream here and plan to let everyone in my path know what the damages are for stepping in line at this place. Do yourself a very big favor and pass this place by. My prediction... greed of any establishment is usually the beginning signs of any establishment ready to go out of business. The prices being charged on not sustainable no way no how. Busy with 5 years due to lack of clientele, heard it here first.

I came in with a group closer to their closing time, I understand that its late and these employees are tired but at the end of the day, respect the customer especially since its still operational hours. Kadri is the best! He makes my milkshakes right every time. He is the sole reason I go there. Ive been to other Haagen_Dazs locations but Kadri is the reason I always come back, thank you!!

Don’t go to the haagen dazs in Menlo. They are very dirty. They do not clean their shake cups and blender for the smoothies correctly. I witness with my own eyes, they do not use soap to clean them. The owner for haagen dazs are very cheap. I saw one of the employee that works there getting yelled at because supposedly he gave a little extra ice cream to the customer he was helping. My friend also told me they have roaches.

Pay 16 dollar ice cream yesterday at the Location at Menlo park and it tasted horrible why pay 16 dollars for ice cream and went to a different location today at bridgewater mall and they did the same thing change me $20 for a small cookie and cream milkshake and went on the website and it $ 7.50 for a cookie and cream milkshake they rip me off twice in a row at two different locations never again with you guys 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Don’t go there..!! Worst service..!! I tried couple of flavors and wanted a small milk shake. But they said they are only selling medium, not small ones.!!Then why put small in the menu..?? Rude ppl

I love Haagen Dazs ice-cream. This location is however WAY too expensive and the guys running this shop are super rude. This location also charges you $1.45 for an EMPTY paper cup. Yes, you read that right. When I pointed out the exorbitant price - the guy said we dont get them for free. Last time I shop at this location.

Beware of sticker shock, no prices on anything, when you pay cash they most likely just pocket the money without ringing it up, tax scammers ?

Good ice cream, but quite overpriced. Just go big because the price difference between small and regular size is minimal.
