Excellent care and concern. Staff were very helpful with directions to the office. Nan was an excellent audiologist - clearly an expert and very knowledgeable and helpful with testing, fitting my hearing aids and gave clear instructions on their use. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Judith made my day. She was able to accommodate me in the office today for my hearing aid issues and able to fix the problem. Very happy to go on vacation with my full hearing is back. Ty Hearing USA for going above and beyond.

No complaints. Clean, neat, and I hear great now. Highly recommend you at least try and see if your insurance or lack there of is accepted. I cannot believe what I have been missing. All these years people thought I was rude, no I didnt hear you lol. Seriously go.

NEVER GO THERE!!! THEY DONT DESERVE ANY BUSINESS. I called to schedule an appointment for my mother who has been going there for years and the receptionist gave me such an attitude and treated me like I wasnt worthy. She then proceeded to rush me off the phone not wanting to schedule the appointment. I will never go there again and I dont advise anyone to provide them business.

If I could gave this place a 0 I would extremely rude staff . Don’t waste your time coming here . These people are miserable and take it out on their clients. If I were the manager I’d fire the whole staff and hire new people
