Whenever I visit the Edison Office I am greeted with smiles and how are you doing?The staff at Edison are wonderful and I would recommend this office to anyone with a hearing loss. They show genuine concern and care.The office is clean and tidy and all are following COVID-19 requirements.
This is such an amazing experience from the phone call to to actual visit. I’ve been at this office for 8 years now and it only gets better. My hearing is amazing, the product is so comfortable and everyone there knows their job and does it above and beyond.
Needed batteries at my Edison location. They were closed and the Westfield location went out of their way to supply me with batteries. Very courteous and brought the batteries to the car

I have been a customer of the Total Hearing Life for 2 years ago. This company did purchase the business from Total Hearing Care which company I purchased my very first set of hearing aids and I am now on my third pair. I would say I have been very satisfied with the service of Cheryl Schwarz. She is very professional, courteous and definitely knowledgeable.Elena in the front desk is also very kind and very helpful. She provides great customer service.
Cheryl the hearing professional I use is very good in describing the results of your hearing test. She also adjusted my hearing aide to the right setting for me. I am glad to keep using them for my hearing.

Updated review!!!June 2019A letter I have written to their customer care which they have yet to answer.Great customer service. (Not)Please read the professional reviews from the people who have worked for Hearinglife and be informed.The worst part of it is that they were an excellent place to go to when they were T.H.C.E. with excellent staff but sadly with the takeover from HearingLife they have really dropped the ball on Customer service.You get what you pay for.If you want to believe the 2 five star reviews and you purchase from here its your fault alone because you have been informed.I am currently a customer at your company at the Progress street office in Edison nj.I am writing to let you know that I am extremely upset with the worker at the front office in that location. I was at the office today because I needed batteries and wax guards for my 2 hearing aids.When I arrived and asked for the items I was told that I would have to come back during the walk-in hours if I wanted to get them.I explained that I have a hard time doing that in which I do because I am disabled.I asked her why she couldnt do it and her reply was that it was an inconvenience. (Office was completely empty)She then told me to have a seat.At that time another person arrived for batteries also in which she took care of them.When she was finished with them she calls me up to the counter and proceeded to give me the batteries that the person who she helped before me had returned because of wrong size.The box she handed me was so filthy that it was not fit to be handed out at all.I told her that I would not take them because they were so filthy so she removes them from the package and hands them to me along with 1 package of wax guards.I have 2 hearing aids that I have just purchased from your place about a year ago and I produce excessive ear wax because I constantly have to change them.I asked if I could at least have 2 packages of wax guards because it is often hard to make it in there during walk-in hours.I cant always get there because of my disability. She refused to give them to me after explaining about my ear problems.I asked her why she couldnt give me 2 packages and she told me because her boss told her she couldnt do that.This is extremely poor customer service especially with this being my 2nd hearing aid purchase with them and spending thousands of dollars on them in which I can hardly afford because I am on permanent disability.Im not sure if it was her or it was because her boss told her she couldnt do it.All I can say is from now on I will be scheduling my hearing tests and future purchases with another hearing company.
