One portion of our pergola was not operating. Although it took a few calls into their service department to get their repair person, Sean, he was excellent. He called to schedule, was on time, put the effort in to determine exactly where the problem lay and worked til he had it in shape. Turned out some wildlife had actually exacerbated the operation as they had chewed through the low voltage wire that operated that portion of the pergola.The pergola and shade we had installed has given us maximum use of our deck. We are so glad we added this improvement to our house.Excellent product and great service.

Needed a new cover for our large deck awning. Sales person came, we chose the fabric, and placed the order. The installers came to install the new cover and when they tried to use the motorized control, the motor seized. They said motors on the older awnings cant handle the stress of pushing it beyond the limits (to get the end wrapped). He said the sales guys should let people know this is a problem. He said we need a new motor ($1000.00) and it should be in by the following week. We never heard anything the next week or the one after that. We called and they said someone dropped the ball and put us on the schedule. The day they were supposed to come, they called from the field and cancelled. We never heard another word. I had tried calling several times and most of the time, no one answers the phone. Ive left messages - to no avail. I finally got through last week and was told we would be put on the schedule the following week. That did not happen. We are still waiting. I have a $2000.00 cover on an awning that doesnt work. Id say thats pretty awful service.

The best place for awnings and pergolas

Multiple problems with this companys service and product. Wasted a day off as the installers showed up an hour late only to cancel as they said it would be dark soon. I called twice to complain to management and never received a call back from the manager either time. Then they installed the awning without providing the rod to manually roll out and retract it (they said it was on backorder). Of course, very soon after, the motor stopped working after the electrician installed it and without the rod, there was no way to use the awning. Then they never showed up to drop off the rod when it was available, requiring yet another delay and call back. Now Im waiting for a call back to replace the motor but not holding my breath. All this despite paying a premium for the awning. Would not recommend this company.

Could not be more pleased with the level of service from Majestic Awning. The 2 employees that installed my replacement awning fabric were on time, courteous and thorough. From the ordering process to the installation, everything was perfect.

Stay far away from them. Unprofessional and not polite at all. Unorganized and poor workmanship.
