I highly recommend this dealership! I had the most amazing experience with, a classy gentleman named Luigi Giacalone! He was patient, informative, kind, fun, and efficient! I also heard he makes the best damn Vodka sauce, from his co-workers. He even had a good snack for my hubby, as he got a little hangry. 😄If you want World Class customer service and sales professionals, this is the place! Everyone was great from the receptionist, to the salesman. Thank you all for not just, a great salesman, but an experience! Dont cheat yourself...Treat yourselves!They also had a great inventory. If you didn’t buy your car at this dealer, don’t even bother to call them for service. Service rep actually said they have no room for my car, they won’t store the car or provide a loaner - even if I pay for it. So now, I moved here and can’t get my car serviced locally. To top it off, the service rep was incredibly rude. They deserve Zero stars.

Mercedes-Benz dealers are just amazing.I had an emergency and just walking in the dealer without an appointment and this guys are so well organized and professional that with in couple hours they perform the necessary repairs, while I enjoyed the amenities at the dealer. Great job guys thanks

I took my gls450 for service, my trunk couldnt lock and they had my car for amost 2 days and still didnt know the issue with it and i had no option since they didnt offer me a loaner car to pick my vehicle and then i notice they dented my trunk. Not a professional place to take ur mercedes for repair beware!!

For the first time I had to purchase my FIRST vehicle (in 33 years) and let me begin by saying Tom Cola Customer Service is second to NONE.Communication was prompt and phenomenal. Tom was so extremely professional especially during this COVID epidemic. He was patient and the paperwork process was super simple and went through each piece of paper and explained every bit of it. I originally thought Ray Catena is Ray Catena, however, they are different between Edison and Freehold. I had my lease from Freehold 3 years ago. Lease is up and trying to be as loyal as possible. Freehold wont do anything but one phone call to Ray Catena Edison found Mr. Tom Cola..... problem solved.

I m really happy with my experience in ray catena. Tom Cola made my dream car reality. He did his best to fit my budget at the same time to got me the car I wanted. Also he was really professional and on time for everything. I picked up the car the next morning of the deal. Everything was taking care of. He even arranged the drop off of my previous lease car. I only had to leave the car for him With both keys and he take care of everything. All my family and friends loved my car and they all planning on going to the same dealer in the futur. I had a really badd experience at service department in Edison my vehicle was brought out it sat there at the exit department for 20 minutes at least everyone else got the keys handy to them and escort to their vehicle I was told by The gentleman its parked with the keys in it we are keeping it cool for you I dont know if it was because of color that he did not get treated everyone else but I thought that was unfair I spent my money like everyone else I would like to be treated like everyone else I am not the type of person to fuss about things but I felt I was singled out dont know why just felt that way

I sent my 2016 Mercedes c300 to ray catena service center for the repair the issue of unusual noise coming from the front of the vehicle while reaching the speed of 62 mph. The center charged me about 900 dollars for the reparation of under panels and handed to me on 20th of December in 2018. I was told the problem solved. However, after a few days, I found the unusual noise still exist and nothing changed. I talked with the service center and arranged an appointment in January of 2019 for the solution. While I arrived, the service engineer admitted that they didnt test drive the vehicle before handing to me. After one week, the adviser of the center told me the problem is because of the aftermarket windshield instead of the previous under panels and a replacement costs more than 800 dollars.

They dont give loaner cars for service unless you buy from them...so if Im out of state theyre gonna make you wait which is absolutely horrible customer service. Whether I buy my Mercedes in New York of California its still a Mercedes and they dont value that. Will be taking my car to another dealer
