Speaking to Craig to set up an appointment by phone for new tires he informed me of all in-store and online rebates and the quoted price was for the tires and installation was spot on. Love this place! It’s close to the shopping mall and good food places to eat. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I followed the reviews and they were right - Craig was awesome! I came to him last minute about a tire issue (and to be honest, a few other car problems I should’ve fixed a while ago lol) and he fixed them ALL in a DAY. I didn’t even ask him to address those issues but he offered despite it being late; he was super understanding and patient with me and my lack of knowledge hahah. Great service, great customer service, reasonable prices - would definitely come back. Just make sure you ask for Craig, the reviews don’t lie!

In an absolute bind! Tire blow out. I have a specialty brand Goodyear tire. Searched everywhere, no one had it. I called this Goodyear and a gentleman named Craig answered the call, found my tire and had me come right in! Knowing my time constraint, he got on my truck on the lift and got me all taken care of. I am an old customer of Good Year, and the overall customer service is pretty good at Good Year. However, for a repair which costed $60 at other shop, at Good Year was told that the cost may go as high as a thousand dollar for the repair, this really left me in surprise.

I came in this past Tuesday (March 2) for new brakes and was very happy with the pricing and time. They were able to work on my car right away and the work was done quicker then my dealership. Lee was the technician that worked on my car and also pointed out that I needed additional maintenance that was not expensive. The shop is also in a great location with Menlo Park Mall across the street. I will definitely return with my car.

I’ve been a loyal customer on this branch for more than 10 years but my last service experience is disappointing . I can hear ticking/thumping noise when driving . They showed me the replaced parts but unfortunately the issue/problem on my car is no being solved and I was charged for unresolved issue for $1255 and they offered me to go further for diagnosing the cause of the noise. What after the next step the problem is still there? I will be charged again for $$$$$? I’ll rather go to better service center than spending more $$$ for nothing..

AMAZING!!! I brought my car in the same day something happened to it. They did an entire diagnostic and were honest with what i needed done. They had everything I needed right there and I didn’t have to keep the car there over night. As they kept looking we ran into more and more problems with my vehicle and they explained it all to me before even touching anything on the car making sure I was ready and ok with what was going to be done. We ran into more problems than expected and the workers even stayed after closing to make sure I got my car back before the end of the day. Very trustworthy and honest people here. I HIGHLY recommend and will be coming back with any problems I may have in the future.

I bought four tires on Saturday 12/5/20. Drove off within minute had to bring the my car back. The tire pressure from the front tire was depleting rapidly. I literally was around the corner.I brought it back they just put air. I drove off went to mall literally across the street. I was there for about 1hour1/2. I Get back in the car the back passenger tired was depleting went from 35 to 16 pressure. Took it right back Again for a second time. He said it was valve core. This was all in one day. Now its 12/07/20 I leave work, one block away from job, my driver back tire blows out. I take it back to the manager and he wanted me to purchase a tire. Never tried to help me. I told him i couldnt pay for another tire. He was very dismissive and told his guy to put the tire back in my trunk. When I said I was going to report him he decided to offer me 10%. This was an awful experience from the minute i drove off. I work at a hospital and i need my car .Im driving on a spare tire and and Im afraid to drive my car.

Went in for 4 new tires, they offered me a better deal on better tires for the same price. Was then advised car need some additional work, they gave me a GREAT discount for getting everything done at once. Ill def be bringing my car back for all work from now on, hard to find complete honest mechanic who will shoot ya straight.

Great service

Wipers installed caused permanent damage to the windshield of my car. Which is causing difficult field of vision.Goodyear, multibillion dollar company, refuses to pay for and replace a $300 windshield after thousands of dollars of work Ive had done there over many years.Great job and thanks Goodyear.Also note they did a horrific job in replacing front brake pads and rotors 2 years back.Constant rubbing noise came from the front right brakes and they constantly claimed that nothing was wrong when I took car back to have issue resolved.My recommendationSTAY AWAY!!!Go to Mavis, who recently did an outstanding job replacing brakes front and back.

I go here all the time for the repairs! They do a thorough job, Ive never had an issue after a replacement. They have good service and great prices. I will be back when I need tires.

Will never go back here again. Called and made an appointment for an oil change and was told it would take less than an hour. When I got there they wanted me to leave the car and come back for it. I informed the gentleman behind the counter that when I called on the phone I told them I couldnt wait longer than an hour for the car to be finished as I had to go to work and they said that would be fine. I went next door to McDonalds to wait while they were doing the oil change. Maybe the gentleman behind the counter felt bad for me because of the shape of my vehicle and the fact that I had an infant and it was clear to see that I am poor. Needless to say he gave me a 25% discount which was $10. The oil change should have been $40 but instead I was charged $30. 2 weeks later the oil low light came on inside my vehicle. When I checked the oil it was 3 * more then should have been in the vehicle and you could clearly tell it was thick muddy and black. I cant be sure but I believe they just added oil and never emptied the old oil of the car. I had to get another oil change done somewhere else and it cost me another $30. So within two weeks and driven less than 400 miles it cost me $60. I will never go back there again

One of the best service station. They have very experienced technician person in this store. Store manager and service manager are very friendly. They have all size of tires in stock. so you don’t have to wait for order the tire. Also Affordable price tire & service of vehicle compare to other store. I strongly suggested to go this place instead of the dealer.

Fair prices on tires. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and will go out of their way to help you figure out what what you are having a problem with in your vehicle. I would recommend this place to family and friends and would also go back, over and over again myself as well. Oil changes are quick and painless, and all other jobs other then oil and tires is usually the best price youre going to get anywhere and if they dont have a part or what it is you need they will order it for you and install it as well.

Today (5/17/2019) at 6pm I had my car service because the tire kept losing air. I had to fill it with air yesterday and this morning. So since I brought my tires from this location and had warranty and I really appreciate their customer service. I didnt hesitate to take it back there (see Ive recently moved to Mt Laurel, an hour away from this location). This time was quite different the manager there, at the time, got upset with me. The charges were $18+. I said to (Im assuming, the non management) why am I paying anything when the tire are under a warranty. He said when was have to balance the tire you have to pay; to which I responded, isnt that a necessary thing to do when fixing a tire. To which he responded yes. Then I asked for the Manager and he try to say the same thing and I said where does it say that in the warranty that I have to pay. I told him thats why I brought the warranty so I wont have to pay. He started to get upset and angrily ask me for my phone number; then he spoke even louder, asking me for my phone number. He had my print out information right on the desk in front of him. I stood quite assessing the situation. Then I told him my phone number is on the papers in front of you. See he was so angry that I didnt want pay for what was covered under warranty, that he couldnt calm down enough to answer his own question. I have 3 Goodyear tires on my car. Ive spent lots of money in this location alone. I felt very disrespected by his behavior. It was unexpected and unnecessary. I told him today was my last day going to that store. From my understand their are two managers their, the one that Im referring to is older and Caucasian.

Craig is a great person. My road hazard insurance on tires were little complicated and he really put his best effort to sort it out and managed to change faulty tires through insurance. I like working with him.

This place was a mess before. But ever since they got the new service manage, Tony, my visits have been much better. They cleaned up quite a bit and the service is much more friendly. My oil changes are quick Tony is very informative with what I need done on my car and when they should be done.

Good year is a great tire, but this particular ones Im feeling. I have 2 on my car in the front. And that tire on the front drivers side needs air at lease waits a month. I had it checked and they didnt find anything wrong with it.

Ive been to this location a couple of years ago and the service was not bad, just a little slow. Since it wasnt anything too drastic, I decided to give this place another try and brought my car in for an oil change and new tires. Since I am a college student, I was nervous about the pricing, but nonetheless I got the work done at affordable pricing, thanks to Tony the store manager. Not only was it affordable, my wait time was not dragged out and I left at a reasonable hour. If I have any other work to get done, I will definitely bring it to this Goodyear location. Thanks!

I bought four tires for my toyota rav4 2008 but the info they put in my invoice was completely wrong, He wrote TOYOTA TRUCK HIGHLANDER . Now i dont know if they gave a price for a highlander toyota or price of a rav4 toyota, the size was aswell wrong, this people arent professional, obviously i wont back again to this place.

I must say Paul was very helpful...called made an appt online...arrived on time and was checked in promptly...did a great job on my car....

My car died and wouldnt hold a charge, so I towed my car to these guys. They did an electrical check, said my battery needed replacing, and they replaced for a fair price which is why I at least gave 2 stars. However, they told me, after doing another check once the new battery was installed, that my alternator was fine. Well, now about a week has gone by, and my car is dead again (even though its got a new battery) and wont start. So as far as checking the alternator and electrical stuff goes, Im not really impressed with their service.

The men at Goodyear (esp. salesman) really know their products. Stopped in on a Monday morning . Ordered the tire a few hours later. Tuesday morning by 9:30 am the new tire was on the car.

Front desk nice - verrrry slow service. Took over an hour for an oil change. Made an appointment and came early to ensure there was enough time to get it done and still waited too long to get my car back. In no world should an oil change take over an hour if your technicians know what they are doing. I was advised it “usually doesn’t take that long” so why did it then? Absolutely ridiculous

Oil change took 1hr 30 mins, when there were just 2 customers !! Did not provide a proper breakdown of the cost and then received a bill with all thr extra bells and whistles..I would avoid this place.

This place really turned it around. Ive been here in the past for simple things like oil changes and it would take forever! Now with the new staff things been a lot different. Clean show room and a lot quicker service. The sales guy named,Luis helped me out like a person not like a corporate robot. He was honest and helped me with repairs on my vehicle. He actually gave me a great deal on my brakes and no problem ever since.

Had a seized caliper slide pin and no other shop would want to take it out or asked an absurd fee. Called up Goodyear and they said to bring it over and they’ll take a shot at it. Long story short brought the caliper bracket over and got the seized pin out fast and easy. Amazing customer service and mechanics!!!

Worst customer service. I had flat tire and it was fixable. Guy want to sell his tire to me so ge said i cant fix it so i told him to change it with spare tire. He told me after half hour that your tires nut bolt not opening so we cant help at all. So i request him again and he got mad and said to me that we have other customer to help. Very bad customer service and i would not suggest to change tire with this location. I would strongly suggest not to go this parsonage good year location.This review will help you alot for your next tire change.

I must say ever since new management that store has really shown a great improvement in my services ive been a long time customer and I must say the people are welcoming so much cleaner and they get my oil changes in and out in 30 mins. I was a hopping around customer before going different oil change places but ever since I met Romy and Tony. Ive never been treated so much like family! Kudos guys!

Worst Service. The Technicians are not well qualified to diagnose the Issues in our Vehicles. Our Car Battery was changed few months ago as per the advice of the Technician but the starting trouble of the Car is still not fixed.When I took the Car again they are now saying that they need to diagnose the Vehicle for some other issues. Even after leaving the Car with them for Two full days they are unable to diagnose now and the problem before the change of Battery still persists !!!!Even the Customet Support Team is Unhelpful in this matter.

NEVER - VISIT THIS SHOP -I Changed my all 4 tires less than 1 year before, Now one of my Front tire has some bubbles and its becoming flat every 12 hours, and there is Squkeeee.. Noise when you turn the vehicle or start it from the halt position..... I visited yesterday(Oct-20-18) they said the tire is okay for now ..... but I have to take 100 $ worth tire protection... for them to work on this ... for no cost #!@#$%^&*(.. Today again My front tire was flat in the morning ... I visited again to meet unfriendly person at the reception..who is like..... answering unwanted and tell me to change the tire ..or take the Tire protection...and he in not bothered that i am old customer or even loosing a customer.... this place like ...they want to extract money for every thing,,,,but you vehicle will remain same... they never took responsibility of the squkee noise ... or the bubble.. ... I will hold this review as record on them....for any actions which I will take in future

Taken my Suv there last week for wheel balance & rotation, after an hour or so theyre done. Keys in hand the rotation hadnt been done. They forgot, lol. First time, not too professional.

Do not go there, this place is a rip off!! I was in the area for work, one of my tire sensor broke, they said it was expensive to repair but i really needed it so I let them fix it, they charged me $150. I just had another sensor fixed from another store, same exact job done, they charged me $37!!!

Strangely after having alignment contract for past 9 month, they didnt want to alignment because I did 3 months ago!! Also wanted to replace my external mirror for 100, not including part!!Bad service and missleading to make you sign up for contracts

I have been going to this place for the past 20 years. I bought tires a few years ago with the road side assistance. A year later I got a flat. They told me I needed all new tires and that insurance covered maybe 15% of the tire THATS IT...NOW January 2015 I needed a new battery they said, memorial day weekend I go to the garden center come out and csrc we on start. I call AAA. . My battery is y orally dead. They give me a jump start I let it run g ir 10 minutes I dont get 1 mile down the road car starts smelling like something us burning and I c as nt go over 15 miles an hr.Call AAA, back get towed .Need an alternator, through the battery on charger, change the alternator. BPuhook up battery syart the car and the alternator starts smoking .Shut it down go get a new battery.Car is fine. Except for a battery light NOW. Stick old battery on charger all nightyhe next day I GO TO goodyear explain what happens . NATURALLY I have to drop the car off. They test every thing . Cks ok. But now the battery has a charge do no refund no credit no nothing .Full warranty first 24 months. This is the crap they pull. Ya get nothing.They s...... and thd battery from Advance Auto where the purchased it s.....s to.JENNIFERI

Just learnt that an OBD II code scanner can be bought online, and they charged $100 for scan the code, completely outrageous.I went there several time, everytime, they suggest me to have their expensive engine and brake flush service. Fortunately, I did not take it.There is one time, I like to have my car check up. They did not notice that the engine check light on the board is on and told me that everything is ok. I had to tell them that the engine check light is on, then they told me that no matter what happened, I need to pay about $100 for the check.(just learnt that OBD II code scanner can be bought with < $100, they were just steal money from customers).I said ok. Then after a while, they told me the emission system has some problem and they could only do temporary fix at that time (may be they did not have time that day?, whatever).(just learnt that what they did was just reset the checking light, no repair, and charge $100, completely outrageous)In any case, I saw the engine check light is off and I was happy. Then after two days. The engine check light was back. Later on, I knew that simply reset the computer system will let the engine check light go off for 100 miles. Anyway, I wont trust them now.Later, I knew that for emission control system, the warranty is 8 years 80000 miles in US, I dont need to pay anything to get it fixed by just using the warranty. The 8 years and 80000 miles is by US law, as auto service people, they should know that and provide the information to their customers.
