I ordered and returned a damaged part (at may cost).I patiently made every attempt to get a refund from them. Not one response. By the time I contacted eBay they told me it was too late. I would not recommend this company for anything but failure.They are unethical and have the worst customer service Ive ever encountered.

I ordered a Camco Little Red Propane Campfire from them to be shipped to Canada. The deliver window was over 30 days long and it was delivered at the very last day. I was disappointed i had to go camping without the campfire and when I returned 3 weeks later I finally opened and tried the unit for the first time only to find the regulator was broken and it sprayed ice cold propane onto my hand burning it slightly. When I contacted them they said because I didnt notify them within 30 days they referred me to the manufacturer for warranty. Terrible customer service I would never order from them again.

I bought a pair of Koni strut inserts at the end of June 2020, only to realize that they were the wrong size when I went to install them. I called and set up a return, and confirmed with the customer service rep that I was within the return period. I was told that I would receive an email with return instructions once my return was reviewed and approved. I received an email about a week later saying that my return request had been received and was listed as “pending approval”. It is now mid November and my return is still listed as “under review” and these guys will not answer their phone (customer service or sales department). I have filed an official complaint with the BBB. If there’s any chance that you might need to return something to these guys, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Wouldnt deal with this company. Seems like they have the reviews correct. Browsing their website they pop up a message saying save 10% off your next order for completing a survey. Did it but never got an email with the discount code. Called and customer service says thats not for everyone. When stated that it was false advertising she says you can say that.

Total lowlives! Ordered product for $300, never received shipping info found they dont answer there phone or return emails. After 4 days I received an email that they were out of stock and canceled my order. They never refunded my money. Would not respond to emails and had to file a claim with Paypal. Be Warned...Dont trust these thieves!!

Looks like the other 1 star reviews are accurate. I ordered a water pump 7 days ago and it has not been shipped nor will they respond. If this changes I will remove this bad review, but so far its not looking good.

I placed an order and never got a shipment email 12 days later I called and they told me it was canceled for being out of stock but the website still says its available
