They kept their promises and treated me like their only client. Dr Mackie takes his time to talk to you and explain everything. VERY HAPPY NOW! Great staff all attentive!

I hate the valley, these people couldn’t even figure out how to run my insurance

So Thankful for The Mackie Clinic....... the staff is outstanding, they are friendly and caring. Dr. Mackie is the best Doctor ever. He is Professional, Personal and Caring all at the same time, not to mention he’s a genius. Kimberly, the PA and JP, the hearing aid specialist both know their stuff!! And they Sincerely Care about each of us. This medical group is Top Notch. I have referred them to others and will continue because this quality is hard to find. Thank you Dr. Mackie and Staff...... Dr Mackie and his staff are super nice and so down to earth, treated me like an old friend but remained professional. Dr Mackie created a treatment plan for me and Ill see him again in 3 months.

Worst clinic ever!!! more than 7 months without response. Very irresponsible, never return the calls. The JP is never there and apparently he controls everything. Insurance already talked to him and he is not doing what he supposed to do with his patients.

I had such a great experience at this office. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Mackie for everything.

I read some review supposedly that they were in and out in an hour as new patients. I brought my mom to her appointment, completed her paperwork as new patient (with referral from her primary Dr.) and srill waiting. We are at more than 2 hours ALREADY since her appointment time (this is withou including the 20 minutes we got in early).08-31-19 UPDATE: in all fairness to The Mackie Clinic, Im doing an update. I had written an update while waiting for more than 2,hours during initial appointment with my mother. The update is due to the service we got once inside the examing room. The Drs assistant and Dr. Mackie were very professional, helpfjjul and explained things to my mother. Now giving it a higher rating.

Got in and got out in less than 1hr as a new patient. The staff was very kind and willing to help with all my questions and concerns.

Dr. Mackie knows his stuff. He runs commercials on T.V. for baloon sinoplsty to open sinuses. He took out my long term ear tubes because they were covered in crud and not working any more. Ear cleanings and Hydrocortisone Rx. Dr. Mackie has now switched to only seeing clinic patients in the morning. You can still see his P.A. in afternoon. His Son is an Audiologist and fixed my VA hearing aids. And his Daughter is his Physicians Assistant. Saw her a couple times also when Dr. Mackie still doing patient rounds or surgery. She is very good at her job and in Texas is even allowed to write certain prescriptions like my antibiotics and hydrocortisone. I go here through an outpatient consult via the Veterans Administration Clinic and TriWest. 100% covered. I am very satisfied with their ❤ care.

Horrible.... The front office staff doesnt know how to give correct information or schedule appt. They are suppose to know what procedure is and able to tell u what time they scheduled procedures at hospitals, since they are the ones scheduling those. Why does one need to wait to pre-register @ hospital to know when they need to be there the day of the procedure. How do they expect to have a 2 yr old fasting till 2pm. That is so ridiculous. They lost a client that could have referred more people to them. I doubt the Dr. that referred me will refer again.
