The lady who did my eyebrow wax did great!

Last Saturday, April 13, 2019. I called to see if there were openings for a makeover. I was told to come in right away, but also made them aware I had a hair appointment at 12 only about a block away. I go in and the girl that is to do my makeover is doing a waxing. The other girl said she couldnt do what I was asking for and she was constantly on the phone. I understand if customers are calling, but this was phone calls regarding needing water and the schedule for the day. Finally, when the other girl finishes the waxing she is taking her sweet time to start with me and then says she needs to go wash her hands, then goes to get a water. It was annoying and frustrating. Merle Norman in Edinburg has gone down the drain. Now I remember why I hadnt gone in several years.

The worst place to go for eyebrow tinting!!! I went with my sis in-law and she did a horrible job on both of us. My eyebrows looked so terrible that I had to use alcohol to rub them of. Supposedly they could last up two 3 weeks which is bs. Mine came off within hours.. Also, she didn’t even stencil them first she just drew them free hand and that’s why they came out horrible. Don’t go for eyebrow tinting!!!!! The technician they have doesn’t even know how to do tinting... I have a photo of mine and my sister in-law eyebrows but it’s so humiliating!!!

They deserve zero++++ stars. My daughter went in to get a sample of the mineral loose powder to try she currently uses clinique, the lady said WE do not give samples. She gave her the wrong color. I called spa la posada which thank god is not owner by the man that owns this one, sharyland and la plaza mall. The young lady told me merle norman has a try before you use policy. My daughter asked for sample not for the whole containerLady should had used better judgement and known that the owner that implemented this RULE is wrong. Never will I go to this, sharyland or la plaza mall location. The owner does not care hes a greedy man. I will also contact corporate main office stingy owner!

Love thier makeup, I love it that they know my name, my color shade.

Very rude, no customer service! And the store was a mess, disgusting and dirty! I will definitely not go back again!
