I went last Saturday, asked for some preparados and i didnt get my smirnoff in a jarrito, and had paid for 2 bags of ice and the girl forgot to give them to me. Called the next day and girl who answered said she was going to ask her boss and was gonna call back. So till this day i havent gotten a call back.

Horribly slow!! When it spoke with the young lady she had no idea what certain thing on menu were. Asked what flavor aguas frescas was available and she looked so confused and said didnt know. Sad

Was lied to when ordering. I was told that the corn in the cup was a big cup which for $3.50 seemed pretty fair. But once I received them they looked like small cups about the size of a childs hand. Plus they took 30min to make the corn. DO NOT RECOMEND.P.s. tried to return them and only got $3 from the $7 of purchasing 2

Horrible experience at this place. I waited 38min for my order of raspas, elote and candy apple. When I was given the raspas they were melted, and then melted even further as I waited for my other items. The elote was missing ingredients too. When my card was swiped they said the machine was not working, so I payed for my order in cash. When I got home I looked on my bank statement and they had charged my card. I then had to return to the store where the two girls were so confused about what to do. They then called the owner who had to process my refund, which it’s day 2 and I’m still waiting on the refund. Don’t go to this place. There are other more professional and better tasting spots in the area. I just got stuck with this one because the others were closed for the holiday. Bad business.

Great on snacks. They do not hold back on the cheese with nachos or hot cheetos.

Terrible service, very rude, took 15 minutes to get an agua mineral preparada and it had 4 cucumbers cut in half and they werent fresh. It came out to $10 for that and a bag of chips. Very disappointed. Over priced. Unless its an utter necessity to stop here, dont. Get your munchie fix down the road at Xnacks.

I went last week for some crazy cornuts that were charged at $2.85 and went in to the drive thru today and the boy in the drive thru wanted to charge me $4.20 for the same crazy cornuts. How do they let drive drus change prices so drastically like this? I just took off like 🚗💨💨💨🔥

No valen verga. Like the previous comment mentioned, bad customer service. Allow me to elaborate: When one thinks nachos, correct me if Im wrong, one thinks chips, melted cheese, and JALAPEÑOS. The picture they have around the establishment has the nachos with the jalapeños advertised this way, so one wouldnt think to request them when ordering. They bring the nachos without jalapeños, when I ask the guy about them he says they dont come with them. I tell him about the pictures (obviously referring to the false advertisement) and he says that since a lot of people dont like jalapeños they offer them separately for $.75, dude seriously, if that was the case, you should have mentioned that from the beginning, not wait until I ask for it. And the pic a dilly, I might as well would have just asked for a regular raspa and gotten a burger from McDonalds, taken the pickle out, and put in top and that still would have made a better pic a dilly than what I paid for here. This place is not getting my money again. Thanks for reading.
