I had an accident in my Infiniti it was towed to the Infiniti shop (thinking it would be the best place for it)but getting parts for it is a nightmare!😭😩😱 it has been in the shop for over 3-4 months. And all they can tell me is all parts are on back order so now Im having to pay for 2 car payment and 2 insurance policies! Again what a nightmare!😱

We sold our car to them over a month ago and it still has not been paid for. We have tried to get an answer and every time its something different. They dont take responsibility for their wrong doing. For being a Luxury Dealership of the biggest Dealer of the Region (Bert Ogden) they really suck. I regret selling my vehicle to them. They promised an easy transaction, however they have done the complete opposite. I really wish Janet would read this post. 👎👎

We sold our car to this dealership 5 weeks ago. The account has been cleared with Lexus for 3 weeks now (we have the paperwork that Lexus has sent to us along with a balance check, shocking how fast it was with Lexus) BUT Bert Ogden has yet pay us our balance owed. First they claim its 2-3 weeks from purchase. Later its just excuses and now they just dont respond to our requests for updates. Poor professionalism from Bert Ogden Infiniti. Im sure someone will post here apologizing and say they hope weve been helped but its just an empty canned message as nothing will actually get done by anyone. Just embarrassing behavior from this auto group.

The finance manager, DYLAN LIBBY, and the senior sales advisor THALIA VEGA, were extremely helpful and very professional throughout the entire process. This was the third Bert Ogden dealership I had to go through to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Bert Ogden Nissan would not accept my loan from BoA unless I paid a non negotiable $1800 warranty fee, and Bert Ogden BMW told me the car was already sold. Finally at Bert Ogden Infiniti I was able to complete a deal with no hassle and no unwanted dealership fees. Fantastic experience at Bert Ogden Infiniti and I can’t recommend them enough! Don’t waste your time at any other Bert Ogden. They all share the same pre owned car inventory so do yourself a favor and avoid the snakes at Bert Ogden Nissan! I agree with Fernie Gonzalez, the previous reviewer, dont sell your vehicle here. Closing on a month now and no word and nothing but avoiding my calls. Last time I spoke to Dylan, I actually had to go in person because once the receptionist relays what the call is about, you can guarantee they wont take your call. He explained they way this works, we cant pay until we get the title from the company after payoff, which sounds about right, but they already had my car listed for sale? Is it standard practice at Bert Ogden to sell cars without titles in their name? Before I went to go ask about our check, I had seen my car listed on the site for sale (Its already sold from I can gather), it was no longer listed under our name with Lexus and Ive actually received a check from Lexus themselves concerning this vehicle. At Bert Ogden Inifinti though, they still claim the hold up isnt on them....

Bad experience. Upgraded my QX80 for a 2021 and when we did paperwork told them my payoff would be less because I had sent a payment. To make a long story short my payoff was less and instead of giving me back the overage they sent to my new financial comp.They had no right to do that. It was MY money

My husband and I purchased a certified used Infiniti last month at Bert Ogden. We love the vehicle but have been extremely disappointed by the sales staff this far. We can’t hardly get anyone to return our calls regarding questions about the vehicle. We don’t even know who or when to make our first payment to. While the sales process was easy, getting information and the extra key fob we were promised has been like pulling teeth. I am so frustrated!!!

Sales without a doubt is exceptional from Management to the sales consultants and would definitely give them 5 stars. The only issue is service, in which from all other dealers we have been we have never been denied to get a loaner vehicle. The first time last year they did not have any loaners available which was ok at that time but now they told me that if we wanted a vehicle for us to rent it at our own cost.... From all the leased vehicles we have had this is the only place that has never provided a good service experience which is why im rating them with 3 stars.

Awful service. No curtesy. No regard for customer’s concerns. They’ve had my car since Monday and no one updates on how it’s going. Have to call to find out. They won’t offer a loaner until we beg for one. No one answers any ANY line except for the parts department. Service no answer, sales no answer, transfer to manager- no answer. I have been texting with the service lady and she’s cold and not friendly. Will go drop off a loaner to a customer in Brownsville but she won’t do it for me in Harlingen despite that I’ve been asking for two days. I will NOT be trading in for another Infiniti. The service they are doing is for a lack of quality in the vehicle’s factory work. Not my doing. Change my mind.

Bought a vehicle about a month ago; maybe I missed something during signing but I still have no idea as to where or how to make payments (first one coming up in a week).Then I called the dealer 3 days ago for advice and was told by receptionist that the person who could help was not in and that they would call me back. But as is typical with dealerships post purchase they never called me back. This dealership went above and beyond for me. I left a message on the site that I was looking for a specific vehicle and was called back within 2 minutes. Marcus was able to locate it for me in Mercedes, he then had his sales associate Tony go get the car and bring it to my house for a test drive. Tony was patient and listened to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. We did the application online while Tony went back to the dealership to get us in the payment range we wanted. Not even an hour later he informed us we were approved with the desired payments. He also got us a cheaper insurance than what we had currently had. Gabriel in finance explained all our options perfectly and was extremely patient with our kids being there, I will definitely go back when I’m ready to purchase another car. This was my best experience at Bert Ogden yet.

Feeling ripped off more and more each day. Had an appointment to look at a used car, promised it was on the lot. That car was not available, bait and switch. They proceeded to show us higher priced vehicles, didnt want to spend that much. When I told them how much I was willing to spend they had a car for us. Never told us how much it was priced for, but it was priced in our budget. I also made it clear I didnt want a former rental vehicle. My wife really liked this vehicle and we ended up buying it. MISTAKE! Never got a car fax.We only saw the car after sundown. About 99% sure it is former rental. Have found numerous scratches and missing paint. We will never go back to any Bert/Ogden dealership and dont recommend them at all.

The salesman are nice, but certain managers need to learn about what they sell and what warranties come with them.The deal almost died when a manager said I was wrong about the existing warranty (power train) and said I had to pay extra for it. Helloooo!!! Luckily, another manager stepped in and said I was right. Totally aggravating.A deal shouldnt take nearly 4 hours especially when I didnt argue the price. They need to get better organized and stop waisting peoples time that could be avoided.Just be aware that if you plan to stop by this dealership, be prepared to wait and wait and wait. This dealership used to be wonderful! There was a complete wipe out of employees and now the service is horrible. They are amazing when you’re buying, of course, but come to get your car serviced or have an issue and then you see the pure lack of interest to help. There is a lack of communication and resistance to deal with people when there is a problem. The service manager blatantly ignored my questions and concerns when my husband was in the room. He wouldn’t even look at me. Any time I called or texted he never answered or responded back but would call my husband instead. They love to wash their hands with situations they don’t want to deal with, even though it is their mistake. They gave us some nonsense excuses trying to put the blame on us. For being a high-end luxury dealership, the customer service doesn’t meet the expectation. We will not being using this dealership again!!

They do not return phone calls. Turned in my loan payoff extremely late. Can’t get service to return my calls. Had an emergency car issue and they still wouldn’t return my call. This was the best car shopping experience that we had here in the RGV. Leo Ramirez Jr. was a top notch professional. He answered all of questions and never pressured us to buy. The rest of the staff was also very professional also.The only problem we encountered was your finance person. He carried himself very arrogantly. He made a commitment to call us when he was ready for us but the call never came in. When we brought up the call he simply blamed our banker. What he didnt realize was that my wife was in the bankers office and he was on speaker phone when he said he would call. I believe this was on a Friday. On Saturday we called Leo and asked when we could go in and he advised us that the finance person was ready for us. So we went in and the paperwork was not ready.Enough with the negative its professionals like Leo that made this buy experience so great! We will definitely recommend your dealership to our family and friends.The other Bert Ogden Dealerships could learn a thing or two from Leo Jr. and the rest of the professionals at Bert Ogden Infiniti!!Thank You in AdvanceRuben Duran.

Frustraining experience.Our car needed regular service and diagnosis for some flashing lights on the dashboard. Called them, scheduled an appointment, and provided ALL information about the car, including the fact that is OVER 10 years old. On the day and time of the appointment they did not know about the appointment as apparently their calls is picked up by an off-site call center. The call center did not notify them about the appointment or about the fact that the car is over 10 years old. At the Bert Ogden Infinity Service Department, I waited 1 hour to be told the car would not be seen by a very rude attendant. The company did not take personal responsibility for having a dysfunctional phone-line call center. There was no way I would have known I was calling an off-site call center and the attendant on-site wasnt the least sympathetic with the situation and kept saying well it wasnt me on the phone. As a family who just moved to the Valley with an Infiniti that is over 10 years old, she should have treated me nicer as I am probably up to buying another car. Too bad, based on this experience I will give my business to another dealership.

Dont expect ANYONE to return your messages. Finance is horrible, management is horrible. Been trying for over 3 weeks to get a call back from finance (They seem to have a customer in finance 24 hours a day)...Its just laziness, if you need anything to be done promptly dont count on it.

Was there on vacation when I visited this place. I needed a part for under the car on the passenger side. The service advisor lady checked under the car and told me the part was going to be worth $30 and that they would call me. Well they never did so I decided to go to a dealership in my home town and they said it was a complete different part worth $100. He even showed me a diagram to verify. Point is they don’t know what they are doing they had me waiting for almost an hour when they only had 2 customers.
