Rude employees, they shouldn’t even be working there, they don’t even acknowledge that your there or even a welcome. Went today 4/28/2021 @6pm two ladies were just being cautious for you not to test anything but don’t even bother to help you out at all. Very Unprofessional!

Every single time I shop here, amazing customer service! The ladies are super sweet and actually help, listen, give you their opinions, just so helpful, I never feel like I’m not welcomed here, in this location or any of the other ones. Stores are always clean and organized and they have higher quality products than other stores say Ulta. Every time I’ve had to return something, that always goes smoothly as well. Rewards program is incredible too. Love love love!

I tend to stay away fromSephora stores since staff usually lacks in customer service, however this Sephora has amazing sales ladies who were happy to answers my gazillion questions and properly recommended products that suited me best . I had to go with 4 stars because it was just too hot in there, I felt like I was going to pass out

I was helped out by Ana Lee (hope I spelled her name right). She was so patient and helped me find a nice full coverage foundation & even gave me tips on products for my skin. Definitely coming back for the moisturizer she recommended. Very happy with the service. Staff is super sweet 💕

I don’t think this store is worth 1 star. I bought a foundation & powder online & they were unfortunately the wrong shade on me. I went to this store for an EXCHANGE (receipt on hand as well) and asked as soon as I got there if I could do that & they said yes. I was there for a while trying to find my shade, stood in line, only to be told I also needed my email receipt as well. As I looked for it on my phone I was told to step aside so that they could continue charging. Once I found the email receipt they told me I needed an i.d. THEN they told me I had to purchase the new products and then they could to a return, meaning I couldn’t just exchange the items. I was told I could only exchange the item at the mall! The ladies at the register were very rude, classless, and non professional. Save yourself a bad time & don’t shop here.

Today my sister went to buy some stuff since it was her birthday and decided to get her free birthday item and the lady that charged her at the registers was being extremely rude. We understood that she couldn’t find my sister’s account and we’re fine, but for some reason she got angry at us and started talking to use with attitude and an angry tone. On top of her being mad for not finding my sister’s account she was also upset for some unknown reason that my sister was paying with a gift card and demanded to see it herself as if showing it to her wasn’t enough she literally took it from my sister’s hand.

The girls here are sweet and super helpful. Im a reg so I am always treated kindly! So, why the two stars? The stocking of merchandise at this place is bad. I mean, who is managing? The perfume rollerball section is empty, they didnt have jars for me to take a sample home and my purchase was given to me in a WHITE PLASTIC BAG. Additionally, they had NO VIB/ROUGE point samples...like NONE. This is not an occasional occurrence. At least stock up when you see you are low on merchandise. Looks like Im going to have to go to the mall to get stuff. Smh.

Some of these reviews are really funny. Whining about sales associates not approaching them. Yall cant go up to them and ask what youre looking for ??? I always do cus I dont wanna be approached but seriously I dont go this one often but its okay. Just people giving one star for something as little as not being approached is laughable. I will give five stars to give the store more cred cus obviously people like me who do not waste their time walking around the store associates to grab their attention instead of going up to them directly are gonna be shopping here.

When I went there was only one girl to help out. Hire more staff! Also, she didn’t even try to help me in the slightest, she actually seemed annoyed. Worst customer service ever. I don’t plan to return to this Sephora any time soon.

Horrible costumer service. I made an appointment 2 weeks prior for a full face makeover for my mothers birthday and when I went with my mom the day of there was no record of my appointment at all. I even said the girls name who apparently set up the date and one girl said she wasn’t there and another said there’s no one by that name.. to make it more clear I repeated the number I called from to Let them know that this Sephora is the EXACT location I called from. No matter what they refused to do anything even though they had no appointments that day besides one which wouldn’t be for another 3 hours. These woman were very rude and just plain horrible I’ve never felt so disrespected and in front of my mom too. I did my part! This was all in their behalf. Sorry Sephora but Ulta is my go to makeup place now. And it seems like I’m not the only one with bad experiences there’s more bad reviews then good on this EXACT LOCATION. You either need to hire new staff or teach them to have patiences and respect for the costumers. Terrible workers period.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!You’re better off going Ulta that’s next door or if you must go to a Sephora, the one at La Plaza Mall has amazing service. I waited for 15 minutes to get help and someone walked in AFTER me and 3 associates went to help her instead. All 3 associates were gathered around this person and chit chatting.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. First of all, when we got there, nobody was helping us. Everyone was chit chatting with one another, you could be standing there and wouldn’t even get approached. Second of all, we were looking for a shade which they didn’t have behind the testers, since nobody was helping us, well we did what we needed and helped ourselves, we got yelled at for opening the bottom drawer. NOBODY was helping us, how were we supposed to know if our shade was there? Finally when a lady approached us, she said they didn’t have it and left. Shouldn’t she be recommending me any similar products that they have? Please go to another Sephora or in the same plaza is Ulta which is much better. Let me help you (:

I hate this Sephora, customer service here is the worst instead of making u feel comfortable so u can spend more no its the opposite at this location. Manager needs training instead of talking about customers she needs to look at her self she aint no A+ herself. Ive gone into this place a few times and I swear if its not me that there mistreating its someone else thats the reason I started to spend my money and time at ULTA that place is bad too but at least they try to help once in awhile this place u can be standing there and Beauty Consultants can see you standing there and they wont even try to help you. Girls and to whom reads this review save ur money go to a place theyll treat u with respect and value.
