I bought a used Ford truck at this dealership. Nice truck. The reverse camera did not work. The salesman and finance guy said they would get it fixed for me. Almost 2 months later, they still have not fixed it. You really need this camera on these big trucks. They keep telling me it is on backorder. So I called the Ford dealership locally and they said there is no back order issue and they have them in stock. Beware....get your requests fixed before you leave with your purchase. Also, the finance guy mentioned an extended warranty in the contact. I told him I would find my own and pay cash for it. The extended warranty ended up in my contract anyway.

Went in wanting to buy a car, had shown pictures of the ones I had seen on the websites but for some reason the sales agent just wanted to sell me the car he wanted and liked. he kept insisting and insisting and changed the conversation every time I wanted to talk about other cars they had. I asked for him to show me the ones available online and he refused and said its because we have hundreds of cars online THEN WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO SELL ME THE ONE CAR YOU HAVE ????After going back and fourth and him saying how he could only work with me with that one car I decided to go, he brought his manager out (which I understand thats how it works, youre not supposed to just let a customer walk out) However instead of asking what the problem was and giving a solution he asked and insisted the same way the sales agent did on that one car they had. After I said no he left and I had asked the agent if he could please make me a copy of the estimates he had given me... he just started to walk away and told me to just take a picture of it instead. Just shows how professional they really are. ANNOYING EXPERIENCE,I drove to the Payne in mission that same day and told them what happened... guess what. I left that day with a new car I WANTED. Not only that, we had such a good experience that a month later my stepdad decided to go back and buy one as well.In conclusion.. the agent (Marco) and his manager lost a sale of two vehicles for not wanting to work with a customer.I recommend you all to go to the PAYNE in Mission and speak with sales agent Enrique. wont annoy you and will work with you,

Went to purchase a vehicle atPayne pre owned, decided to go to an established dealership with the notion of being treated with value and respect as anyone would expect from such a renowned company, however I got pressured into signing a GAP INSURANCE in order to get a copy of my carfax. After reviewing the report I quickly realized The manager had shown me and my wife a fake copy November 16 ceaser showed us a carfax that stated the SUV had only one owner, no vehicle damages or malfunctions. In the car fax it states that it is a Lemon car and salvaged tittle. I got ushered out of the office with a feeling of being done wrongfully the vehicle has turned off on my wife while with my 2 children inside. I do not feel safe driving the vehicle I have requested to speak or receive more information however the managers voice mail always seems to answer my call. I got threatened to get my loan declined and vehicle repossessed if I didnt sign the GAP INSURANCE. for my first time getting a vehicle I am very much dissatisfied and feel unsafe driving the vehicle Ive recorded the engine shutting off while in motion and 2 other occasions. Ive called several times and get nowhere can anyone in the Payne automotive industry give me some more information regarding my current situation @ PAYNE PRE OWNED IN EDINBURG TX

Overall it was good. Amanda and Sergio have extremely nice customer service... Was disappointed with the GM though because he didnt schedule a detail for my car or set up an appt for my trunk when it came defected.

Very bad service 10 days ago, they took my truck due to a fault, they checked it and ordered the damaged part and they tell me that theyThey let me know when the part arrives, they never spoke to me every week and I speak to them and they tell me that I am shutting them up but they turn me on. Date up to three days after I call them, the day arrives I take them early, it is 30 minutes work and they tell me that in half a day they spend the whole day and they do not speak to me, I speak to them and they tell me that the part arrived damaged that no They could debase it to leave so according to tomorrow the part arrives, or the first time they ordered it, it took 10 days and today in 24 hours it arrives I think they didnt even put a hand on it and they left me without a vehicle all day, not even a rental car gave me being that I have the rental car service u now design me that I knowI left them another day but the truth is, the service ate it from customer to service is on the ground, they dont put anything on their side. In order to help the customer but if he were to buy a vehicle theyHe assures that the deal was another where it should be the same treatment for all clients, since they live from that, one as a client is the one who recommends them so that more people go and buy but that way you cant really bad service.Part
