Excellent service and great price

Had an appointment on Saturday between 1pm and 5pm. Called them about1:30pm and was told they would come sometime between 1 and 5. Called her at 5pm and was told they had alot of work, mind you I made the appointment since Tuesday for Saturday. Was told she would call me back in 5 minutes and here it is Monday at 7:30pm and she never called back. Very poor customers service. If I could rate them a negative number I would. Do not recommend at all.

Very Happy with their service. Provided a washing and dryer machine combo for my mom and she was very pleased. In my book. You take care of my Mom, I will always recommend you. They are also next to a great and trustworthy mechanic.

Recently purchased my 2nd washer from this place. I purchased the 1st one 2 years ago with a 1 yr warranty and right after the warranty expired it messed up, paid closed to $300 for it. Then it was time to get another one and called them again, and this time around it messed up with in two weeks. The stupid washer flooded my garage ruining so many items I had inside. Called them and theyre never available. These place used to treat people with respect and now theyre rude and argumentative. When I told the about what had happened they said well maam you knew what you were buying!. I so regret buying it from this place and my suggestion is spend a little more and buy it new.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!RESPETO LAS OPINIONES ESCRITAS, Y YO TAMBIEN ERA UNA CLIENTA SATISFECHA, SIN EMBARGO, UN BUEN SERVICIO, VA MAS ALLA DE UNA SONRISA Y TRATO AMABLE.
