Chad was unbelievably rude. His excuse for terrible customer service was that he was helping another customer which I didnt ask him to stop helping another customer. Ive never had a bad experience here before having been helped by Chad.

Surprisingly good customer experience! Bryan was great - very attentive to all customers in line at the store. I dreaded going here the same way I dread the DMV, but goes to show great employees are the difference maker.

Convenient location, ample parking and kind staff. Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though it was beyond their closing hours, they kept the store open to help with my shipping. They also welcomed other customers who entered after hours with a big welcoming smile. Highly recommend this place.

Wow.....I went to ship 4 boxes for Christmas. I usually use USPS but decided to try FedEx. I took them late in the afternoon, found the prices comparable, helpful pleasant workers and they were delivered to Wi the very next day with ground service. Thank You!

I forgot to rate my experience w them since it’s always such good service. I tend to mail large packages. I have had team members come outside to help me off load a package and have done courtesy prints when I needed a label printed. The closest UPS store off France charges an abysmal $2 up to $4.00 to print off a single sheet! ABYSMAL! This team here at FedEx haas been great for me.

Had a very last minute request for paper copies of a presentation that needed to get delivered in a few business days in another state. My office is closed, and could not do this at home. I called the Edina store around close and the printing staff walked me through submitting the file and the details needed for creation. They told me it would be ready for the shift in the morning for processing and shipping. The following day I went in store to add one sheet of paper to my delivery. The staff was very friendly and the store was very clean with staff wearing gloves and mask and signs on the door for capacity. The order was shipped and delivered in the window that I needed. They followed up with an email and phone to verify the information. If I didn’t have to add another sheet I wouldn’t even have had to go in at all! Very helpful and a total lifesaver!!! Amazing staff. Will definitely come back for printing or shipping needs.

Chad was a jerk. I just needed one piece of paper printed. Usually I go to the Bloomington location and they are able to print it behind the counter and I can pay the $0.17 for it. He told me that “that’s what self serve printing is for.” He then asked if I had the email address for the store, to which I replied “no.” He then scoffed at me and handed me the business card. If they didn’t want my business, I’ll just go to a different store.

Asked if they had an oblong punch that I could use to correct some name tags for lanyards, they did but wouldnt let me use it and said I could leave my 4 name tags and pick them up later... um, are you freaking kidding me!? It took me longer to write this review than it wouldve to do what I needed to do. A staff review definitely needs to happen at this place.

Walked in with two big crates to ship back to our office. A FedEx employee with a tablet walked up and took care of me in about 5min, it was a huge relief as I was rushing to the airport to catch a flight. Great service, though he was not wearing a name tag so I don’t know who specifically to thank.

I just had a dose of that tough bad lady. She demanded ID and when I gave her CA Id she demanded address with my name on it from here. As I was reacting to her demands she refused to help me and walked away to the next person. I was waiting at counter longer than the few moments she gave me. The boss helped me. I was totally hurt and offended her 10 sec mean response and lack of service refusing to help me. She was going so fast. ???? Whats that all about i was a consumer and didnt do or go fast enough for her. It was only me and one other person. In the store she made it totally toxic. Check it out same lady has done this to many people. Wow boss wake up. The only star is for the guy helping me after her and him listening g to why this behavior was prejudicial and rude, tough impatient behavior treating me worse than a dirty rat. In this day and age I am a sovereign being and demand more. Yes full right is that so strange. She need to work in a factory with machines not with real people.

Rude employee, management.Accused me of loitering. Waiting for a call, to conduct continue ing work was not acceptable. No one was in the store, and they booted me OUT!!! I see others have also reviewed them badly. I guess Ill join the crowd.ive been going to this store for YEARS, ever since they get rid of their numbers of copies theyve gone way down hill!

Recently, Adam showed exceptional customer service skill. Unfortunately, FedEx now asks for I.D. to send overnight items. Unlike many business reps who act offended or stupid when asked privacy-related or use-of information questions, Adam explained the policy and put the customers concerns first.

Ross (who is currently in training) saw that I was waiting so he came over from the packaging area to help me this afternoon and provided nothing short of great customer service and I was on track to have what I needed by the next morning. Since what I brought in needed to be cut up, and I didnt make it the right size, Amy came over to help show Ross. Literally within minutes, she had taken the initiative to show him hands on what to do and cut up everything I needed and I was out the door. Really great customer service, positive attitudes all around, I was very pleased. Thank you! Ill be back :)

Wonderful experience of waiting in line for 15 minutes and had to bail. Couple of people on the printing section said you have to go the pack it area for the packages even though they were standing around not doing much and were helping on the package side while I was sitting in line just minutes before. Apparently, the package people can selectively choose when or if they can help on the printing side. If I wanted crappy and random customer service I can go to the post office. Nice work FedEx.

This location just refused to ship a package of mine because of the package. Its a box. Its not a damaged box. Theres nothing wrong with the box. It doesnt have writing on it or is irregularly shaped. Its a plain box.But they cant ship it from this location

Consistent with the experience of several other recent reviewers, I had an unsatisfactory experience at this FedEx earlier today. After 45 minutes of discussing with both the store and the 1-800 customer service line, I left the store with my package unshipped. I will avoid all FedEx services going forward to the extent possible.Constructive feedback: This store should create a large sign that is easily visible when entering the location that states what the maximum dimensions of a package are that they will accept.

I had the worst FedEx experience at this location. I was one of only 3 customers in the office and out of a group of employees I could barely get anyones time of day. I got charged for prints that didnt meet my needs (at an outlandish cost) and finally left with less than what I needed because it honestly wasnt worth my time. Go somewhere else.

Walked in this morning at 8am, no other customers in the store. The employee ignored me for several minutes before tersely acknowledging me. Every question I had, every request I made was met with ATTITUDE. It’s your job. No one forced you to take it. FedEx: Please fire this slug. UPS Store for me next time.

I wont use this location anymore. Im amazed at the rudeness Ive experienced from the printing center in particular. Twice now is too much. UPS prints just as well with friendly service.

I have patronized this location for over 20 years. It used to offer excellent service at low prices. That was before FedEx acquired it. Since then, its been on a fairly steady downward trajectory, especially the self-service side. The equipment generally works well, but only when its maintained. The staff members dont seem to check very often to see whether copiers are out of paper or low on toner. If theres a problem, youre the low man on the totem pole for getting assistance with a machine issue. Youll only get help when there is nothing else for the staff to do. Last time I was there I had about a $40 job. First the paper was out on the only available machine. It took 10 minutes to get someone to deal with that. Later there was a paper jam problem. While looking for a staff member to help, the job timed out and someone else tried to use the machine. This required the store supervisor to have to count the copied pages to figure out what the bill should be. While I was looking for assistance for the jam problem, I approached an employee near the front counter who was doing nothing. When I asked for help, he replied, Im on break. I usually assume that an employee in the work area is actually available for duty. At 12 cents per page for routine copying, the service is abysmal. I switching my self-service copy work to Office Depot or UPS. I dont need to deal with disinterested staff anymore.

I would leave no stars if I could on this establishment. The only woman there was incompetent, rude, and lacked all basic customer service skills. She helped 2 people behind me in line instead of failing to help me print a document although I was first. It took me 20 minutes to print a 4-page document. Go anywhere else but here.

Always understaffed, always a 10 minute minimum wait--and sometimes without any actual line because theres no one there to help you pick up your package (the print employees will look at you out of the corner of their eyes and then pretend they dont see you). Once I do get service from someone they are always very polite and apologize for the wait, but it never changes. The experience reminds me of a cross between the DMV and the post office.

This location is chronically under staffed. I typically have to wait at least 10 minutes in line to be helped, but on my most recent visit it was 15. The staff means well, but because of the under staffing, they are usually rushed, and make mistakes in print orders. For my latest print order, I have spent a total of 25 minutes waiting to be helped over two vivits, and the order still was done incorrectly. Please send these guys some help!

While set up for quick easy self serve printing, the hardware does not work reliably, and then they charge a premium to have their staff work around their own short comings in the machines. Not very customer service oriented, and disappointing.

Update: 2/26/18 4:55pm went here again despite my first horrible experience and I get the customer service terrible! Telling me that my items need to go in a shipping box my item was completely covered in tape and only contained clothes but they insisted they couldn’t take it. Terrible value of item worth less than $10 and you are worried about my a large more than I am but it comes with $100 insurance that will cover it forsure! Big waste of time should have went to Richfield instead. And if they would’ve cared they would’ve reached out but they obviously don’t care!Bought an item that shipped to me in the original box. Retried to return the item and fedex denied me says they need to wrap them in another box however I shipped 4 of these at a seperatr location prior. I have a fedex account and I am aware of the shipping rules. Some people just overreach their job description. Worst service I won’t be back to these snobs. Left them to go to another location to ship my items.

Been to a ton of fedexs for printing and at this one I was told they do not print behind the counter and I have to use the USB kiosk. It took a while for them to see I was standing in line and then to hear that, Im heading to office max.

They ran out papers on one of the printers, and they actually gave me a bunch of papers to let me put papers into the printer myself.... Im a customer and Im not there to do their job! Also, there was one time about 3 people and I were waiting for almost 30 mins and no one helped us!
