It says it open at 11 am. Went to get a hot dog and a blizzard and employee said 11:30 am. Tell your company to change the time. This place doesn’t have a drive thru at all. People that says it has a drive thru is lying and probably with the company to get it better review

To the young adult working the drive thru July 15th around 8pm that gave our puppy a pup cup!You turned our day around by doing such a simple gesture! Thanks for being so sweet

Bought Blizzards Royal New York Cheese Cake shake and Chase cakes were missing. Also, the shake was all melting. It was suppose to be like dough. DQ, please ensure the consistency in your quality across outlets.

Came for an ice cream with my son. Ordered as I always do, was told they dont do 1/2 and 1/2 toppings but they do extra toppings. I dont want extra because thats too much topping to ice cream. It must have been a manager because he thought he didnt need to be in uniform rather a Minnetonka fleece. Came back to grab a napkin for my son and could tell they were obviously talking about about, looking back and immediately stop talking. Super unprofessional. Hopefully you own this franchise because a salaried employee should have much more respect for guests.

Went to the location at Southdale Mall in Edina MN. The manager Amber made one of our blizzards wrong and when we went back to have the issure corrected we where told very rudely that it was made correctly. That she would not remake the blizzard and if we wanted a new one we would have to pay for it. When we asked for our money back she called security on my friend.Both of us working in customer service all our lives we have never been treated so poorly and with such disrespect. I mean it was a mini blizzard that would take no time to make a new one and have a happy customer. The manager Amber obviously hates her job and should no longer be working with the public.

I always get an Oreo blizzard here and its great.

Employees are unprofessional always outside smoking. Nasty!
