I have made multiple purchases and been helped by several of the fitters. Everyone has been professional, friendly and thorough. Technology is fantastic, service is stellar and my handicap has dropped. Great experiences!
I had a fitting with Dayton on July 4. Had my new wedges July 11! These clubs are unreal for what I was trying to achieve which was closer dispersion and ability to stop the ball on the green. First 3 practice holes I played in 2 under! The ball came in and stopped after the first hop no matter the trajectory. Can’t wait for my next session to dial in utility clubs and driver.
Derek and his staff were incredibly professional and easy to work with. I went in for an iron fitting expecting to be fit for the latest generation clubs. After hitting a variety of current and previous generation heads and shafts I was fitted with a previous generation, which was ultimately less expensive. I was very impressed that they were more concerned about what was best for me and my swing and less concerned about sales revenue. I will definitely be recommending them to others.
The entrance to the store from the mall was closed, but I just went around. Nice staff, quick fitting, no complaints :)
Elite is the first word that comes to mind. These guys have it figured out. Top notch service and entire process was pleasant. Exactly what I hoped for. Night and day difference from other fitters in town. Clubs are elite and so was the staff. Nick got me dialed in to exactly what I needed. Highly recommend if you are looking to elevate your game. They have a lot of great deals going on now. Glad to be apart of the PXG family.
The customer service is unmatched. If other businesses operated with the mentality of the staff members at PXG they would all be successful.
Top notch store and staff. Paul, Derek, Dayton, and Cam have always shown the highest level of knowledge and support each and every visit. Your customer service has made me a believer and a simple driver and 3 wood purchase 2 years ago turned into an entire new PXG bag of new sticks. My only complaint about PXG is not actually the company. Its the stigma that other store bought brands put on the company. Golfers on the course or threads will post negative words about what we pay for the clubs. What they don’t understand is we are paying for more than the clubs. We are given a full array of top notch service and fittings that come with that service. Unfortunately if you leave a 9iron or leather hybrid cover on a course you significantly reduce the odds of that item being turned into the pro shop at the turn or end of the round. Not that I have had the pleasure of experiencing that!….lol :)As a Marine Corp veteran, this company and its owner has always shown there level of support in their “support the troops” program. The signature MOS codes on the clubs 0311, 0341 etc shows the influence of the infantry division and the military in general in the Mr. Parson’s life. I am waiting and hoping for the the day they come out with the club that shows my MOS 0331 (Machine-gunner), who knows it could happen!Congrats to Store Manager Derek for qualifying for the PGA Championship! The Edina PXG store is awesome. What a great place to come and get custom fit for PXG clubs and/or putters. State of the art simulators, extremely professional and helpful staff, and a huge selection of PXG apparel and accessories. I think there are only 5 or so retail locations in the country, so its cool that we have one here in MN.
Top notch! Great staff, awesome place. They really care for your game and do their best to match your play style and tendencies.. prices may look steep but its all top quality stuff.
This Stores customer service has been outstanding! Jasi has personally reached out to make sure everything Ive bought fit well, played well, delivered on time, etc... Shes the best, PXG is awesome, and I recommend them highly!
I went in for a club fitting and was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism. Dayton really took the time to ensure I was comfortable and got fitted correctly.A+ experience and will be back to add more clubs/clothes.

Love the clubs. The fitting experience was top notch. I really appreciated the continued contact after I got the clubs too. Its rare to have that much communication after the purchase. Im used to just being left on my own.
I went for a driver fitting. It was a great experience. I never felt rushed, and was very pleased with the hands on service by Dayton.
After over 10yrs of buying off the rack clubs I decided to pull the trigger on a full bag fitting. I made an appointment and was paired up with expert club fitter Dayton. Dayton was very personable and friendly and quickly put me at ease. After a few mins of warmup we got to work, first irons, driver, 3w, hy, then lastly putter. The whole process took about 2 hours and afterwards I even selected a PXG golf bag. I left feeling very good about my experience and excited to get my new clubs which Dayton had said would take about two weeks or so because of COVID. So why the 3 stars? So the day finally came for me to go pick up my clubs, I walked in the store and was greeted by an associate, possibly manager. I told him the reason for my visit and he went to go grab my clubs. I also told him I had a bag as well, he said no, just the clubs. Confused I ask him to check my order, he looked and told me my bag was on order and had not arrived. More confusion, why cant I just grab the bag in the store. He told me me some business about if I did that then everyone would want to do that and he couldnt have that and basically told me he couldnt do anything for me. Ive just spent close to $3k in equipment, also I brought a friend with who also spent a couple grand so this wasnt the customer service nor lack of it I was expecting from this company. Am I being too unreasonable? I didnt think so, it wasnt like I was asking him to make a bag appear that wasnt already there. My reasoning for wanting the bag when I got my clubs was because I didnt want to take all the packaging home that the clubs came in. Eventually I left the store with my clubs and a bag, I felt like it shouldnt have been that hard. So 3 stars for poor customer that left a sour taste in my mouth. I like the product and will probably purchase more but not from this location.
Had a fitting with Dayton, he was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Had me hitting my driver straighter and farther than ever, and made me feel good about it. Ill be coming to PXG for all of my clubs in the future.

Wow what an experience provided by your team at pxg south dale center! From the moment I entered I was greeted and welcomed. Upon entering the store area I was able to truly appreciate the aesthetic and welcoming atmosphere created by both the team and the arrangement of the store. The store itself was merchandised, stocked and lined in a pleasing manner. You were able to see through the store and the easily identify items of interest. Wasn’t cluttered, gaudy or tacky. The fitting itself was out of this atmosphere. Ty was a perfectionist who was helpful, informative, and inquisitive in all just the right amounts. Truly a master! Ended Up in proto driver, gen 2 3/5, 456 gen 3 p, 789p gen 3 t. And sd blackout wedges 50/55/60. It was such a fun experience I honestly didn’t want to leave. If I had to pick one drawback The only thing negative, absolutely the only negative thing is it is extremely warm in there. I feel bad for the staff it must have been 80 plus in there! Get those boys some ac!
