We have been looking forward to getting a couple prints from Mark Hermans Landmark series and planned a day off to go get it. We went to Southdale and were so disappointed the store was closed. We called to ask if this was a permanent thing or if there were new hours because of Covid. We left a message and our call was returned quickly. A man named Troy was over the top helpful in his response and apologized over and over for any inconvenience. He then told us all the different options of how we could get prints through Piccadilly. I cant remember the last time someone was so sincerely eager to help me. He explained he would be working at the MOA store the next day and invited us to come in. He said to ask for him and he would help us in any way he could. SO, today we went to MOA and a nice woman named Abby greeted us and then asked if we were Randy and Muggy. (Our names) Troy had some prints prepared on the counter to show us and was incredibly thorough in presenting our framing options. We were THRILLED with the two 24 x36 framed pictures we chose! We even opted to pick up the pictures when they are finished at the MOA store just so we can see Troy again. He truly WOWED us with his service.

Best local gift shop around! Great selection and unique items. Definitely worth a look! Creativity at it’s finest!

I wish the store was bigger! I was in the neighborhood to stop at Hunt and Gather down the block, but stumbled upon Piccadilly in the process. Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were fair. Inventory was varied and interesting. Found a couple of neat treasures and will definitely stop back!

I was very disappointed when I went to your location at the State Fair to find nothing that had Lake Calhoun on it. Was told by one of your staff that the name was changing.. it has??!! Very nice of you to show your political views and personal opinion in your merchandise. After all... changing the name is going to change history.. Guess I need to change my last name (Calhoun) as well......

Neat gifts, handmade items and fun decor. Local artists work is displayed. Very friendly staff. Nice change from the other mall stores.
