Ive been wearing Studio Fix Foundation in the same color for 10 years. I normally just walk in and ask for my shade and I am out the door. The last time I went to pick up my foundation I stopped into this location which is new for me. The lady working seemed surprised and matched me to another color. Its absolutely perfect! I cant believe for 10 years no MAC employee has ever corrected me to the right color?? Really happy with my experience here!

I love the girls that work in the makeup section they are sooo nice and bubbly but in the fragrance section they just kinda gave me stares idk maybe bc I’m black but I kinda had that feeling tho

I had an absolutely phenomenal shopping experience with Sam today. She couldnt have been any cuter or more helpful! I just went in for a liquid foundation but hadnt used their brand in a while so she took the time to have me remove my makeup and she color matched and contoured my face- she even gave me a dark turquoise lip for some fun 😉 I cannot stop staring at how beautiful my face is right now! I will shop with her every time from now on. 10/10! Thanks Sam! ❤

I enjoy using Mac products so it’s unfortunate that their customer service is terrible. I called to place an item on hold and I specifically did this because I knew they were going to be busy. The woman I spoke to said she’ll put the item on hold for me. After driving 30 minutes (through traffic) that same woman unapologetically told me that they did not have it in stock. She should have put in the most minimally effort to check if it was in stock before I drove across town for it. I wrote Mac a letter regarding this and have not hear back but I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. Fortunately, the cosmetic market is very competitive so I wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business.

MAC must stand for moderately adequate cosmetics. 😂 smh.

Cant register returns?? Wasted my time. Not a MAC store if you cant provide service to a customer.
